Location was great, short bus ride into city, multiple routes available and free transport with the Innsbruck welcome card
Toaster shorted out the electric, luckily we didn’t need to use it

Easy to find. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean.
The kitchen area is very cramped especially when washing up.

Location is quite fine, easy to find parking for our car, close to the zoo (by car).
Big room, quite a lot of space.
The first thing we've noticed, after entering the room was mold on the walls. Isn't it so difficult to clean it nowadays? It was disgusting.
The other strange thing - the was coffee machine with capsules, but no capsules.
And check-out time was pointed something like 10. At 9 AM a stranger suddenly opened our room and went away immediately. It was also unexpected.
