Very enjoyable and a well appointed room.

Easy to find. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean.

The kitchen area is very cramped especially when washing up.

Poor experience. Owner ignores you!

Good location.

Poor customer service. No wifi. The owner never took care of it and actively ignored us. We were told that they were going to come within "in no time" but never showed up. Furthermore we were told to buy our own soap, even though it was included in the amenities offered.

Internet did not work well, no help from the provider, problem to get invoice. I do not recommend.

Good location within Innsbruck. They offer Innsbruck wellcoem card.

Very bad service from Keyone. They spam you with emails, does not sent at due time the Wellcome card. Giving only 4 toilet papers for four people for 14 days is not enough. When I wrote them to bring more - no response. I had to buy them. Sink at the bathroom was leaking. I reported that first day (from my 14 days) and noone repaired that all the 14 days! The only put bucket bellow. No small knifes here - when I told them, they brought a huge knife, not small. INTERNET NOT WORKING -one needs to restart modem all the time and immediately after to connect. Very laud surrounding because of the roof repair. Lastly problem to get invoice - at keyone the promise you to do promptly, but alway nothing happenes. Then they sent wrong one..one needs to call again and again to Austrian phone number..it cost me another 20 EUR. Nighmare.

Good for exploring Innsbruck

The owner was very helpful but I think we were not supposed to need to contact her on arrival. The appartment was clean. The bed was big comfortable. The apartment was large. The shower worked well. The bed was comfortable. it was a 20 minute walk to the nearest supermarket or you could drive.

The apartment was very nice however I had some issues. The parking was on the street outside and had to be paid for at a parking machine. As advertised it cost 9Euro per day. However the machine only took coins and we didn't really have enough coins and we had to get change. When we arrived at the property despite finding the right address we could not find our apartment. There are several at this location. The property sent lots of messages in German, maybe I did not understand them and that is why I did not easily find the apartment. When inside the WiFi name wasn't correct but it all worked anyway.

Mold on the walls

Location is quite fine, easy to find parking for our car, close to the zoo (by car). Big room, quite a lot of space.

The first thing we've noticed, after entering the room was mold on the walls. Isn't it so difficult to clean it nowadays? It was disgusting. The other strange thing - the was coffee machine with capsules, but no capsules. And check-out time was pointed something like 10. At 9 AM a stranger suddenly opened our room and went away immediately. It was also unexpected.

Great stay in a spacious apartment!

Very spacious room with 2 double beds, perfect when traveling with kids. Quiet location, city centre with famous Golden Roof is around 25 minutes by walk - you will enjoy when taking the walk next to the river. Very nice host assisted with anything we needed, like a crib for the baby.

Parking is not allowed in the courtyard, you have to park on the street and pay 2 Euros per hour during the day (but max 8 Euros per day) - but that's everywhere in the city so it's ok.

Cozy and quiet location

All necessary tools to make a breakfast and to do some small cooking was perfect. Very quiet studio room with a lot of space for 4 people. Beds were large enough. A coffee machine and a microwave was also in that location. Very clean bathroom with a washing machine. Very nice place.

Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment for a short stay !

It was a very comfortable room, warm, cozy and comfortable bed. The room pretty new, clean and spacious for 3 ppl. The kitchen is small but well equipped for the stay for us for 1 night. We had free capsule coffee, was really nice. The host put some small chocolates for all us as a kind gesture. We walk around 2.7 km from the apt. into the old town. The walk was nice and we do enjoy the walk which is not a problem for all of us. In short, it's a place we would choose to come again, just perfect for the night (1-2 nights would be just nice there).

The only difficulty at first was to find our room as there are several rooms and specific door to get in. We were a little lost at the beginning but the host was there and came to help us. Just nice ! But that is considered just a slight inconvenience for us which is very ok

It was fabulous! The location was just perfect!

They do not serve breakfast, but we can cook so it is cost efficient. The room is very clean and spacious than expected so it was very comfortable especially with kids running around the room.

The booking could have indicated exactly the room name or number because when we arrived in the courtyard, no one is there and we have to look around the property to check where could our room be until the owner came out and directed us to our room.

We had a lovely weekend stay at the apartment. It was spotless clean, very quiet and in a nice location, a few minutes away from the city center. The check in process was easy and efficient. The wi-fi worked well. We'd definitely recommend this place.

The room was clean, everything we needed was available. The bed were comfortable. The host was responding whenever help was needed and it was easy to get the keys. All informations was available in the room. The apartment is the exact same as the pictures.

Bright and clean apartment. Nice small kitchen and a really nice bathroom. No noise from the street. Fast replies from the rental company.

The garden was unfortunately closed off and there was noise from the small building site from one of the other apartments and from asfalt repairs in the driveway.
