Unfortunately not worth the high price per night

The property is central and fairly clean. The check-in process was straightforward. The wifi worked well for us.

For some reason, only one of the 2 beds was made. When we asked the owner why he tried to blame us as he stated that we should have specified. No request for such specification was ever asked in any communication leading up to the stay, and the apartment is marketed with 2 big beds. No one was available so we had to go to another floor to retrieve blankets, sheets, and pillow covers late at night. There is a coffee machine, but it does not work with Nespresso or the usual available pods. It requires some capsules/pods we could not find, and no coffee capsules are provided (usually a normal thing in previous stays in other apartments). There are exposed nails in the skirting boards on the floor and that can be severely dangerous. The water heater is attached only with 1 of the 2 brackets, while probably not a security concern, it definitely does not scream for stability. 1 last minor issue, although this is marketed as an apartment for 4 people, only 1 set of keys is provided. To put this into perspective, I travel to Innsbruck every 2 months for university together with my sister, and these are things we never had to complain about in other accommodations. All these things would have been easier to accept, had the property been cheaper, but at 150+ euros per night are simply not ok.

A fantastic, comfortable and pleasurable stay.

the location of the apartment in the centre of Old Town was exceptional. the size of the property was great allowing plenty of room to spread out and relax, unlike being cramped up in a standard hotel room.

The entry to the property is through a corridor that backs on to a cafe kitchen. the kitchen staff use it as a break area and seem to be continually smoking cigarettes. This makes walking down the entrance, fighting through the thick smoke very unpleasant for those who don’t smoke.

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable and everything was within walking distance.

The location can't be beat, you are right in the middle of the tourist area and very close to the river. There were many restaurants and shops available right below the apartment, and it had an elevator, so you didn't have to schlep your luggage up several flights of stairs. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Stayed with three people and it was very comfortable.

We stayed in the middle of the heat wave, so could have benefitted from some fans to move the air around the apartment, but it stayed decently cool otherwise.

We were only given one teaspoon. We had to rewash the cutlery. The hot water ran out.

Accommodation dissipointing but Innsbruck fabolous.

The property was in the old town of Innsbruck, close to everything.

This property have so much potential. The location is great but it it is not worth the money. Everything is old and there is nothing pretty inside. Everything is cheap. The coast per night is not cheap and I will rather stay out of town a bit and drive in. Was a big disappointment. It is a shame because it can be a lovely little apartment with the correct decor.

Awesome Location and historical comfy apartment

The apartment is literally next to the Golden Roof and is easily accessible from everywhere. The host was super nice and even allowed for early check-in. The apartment has almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only item missing was a TV, but you are on vacation - why do you need a TV? :)

Location was fabulous and right in the center of the old town. It was nice to have one bedroom, and then another bed in the small living room. Generally quiet too, despite being in the center of the action.

There is a finite amount of hot water per day. Once it is gone, no more hot water appears until the next morning. We didn't know this, and after hiking only 2 of us got hot showers and my husband had to heat water in a pot and do a sponge bath. This is not optimal, especially since we were given no notice of this reality. Also, small things like the fact that the light in the closet didn't work, so it was hard to even see what was in my suitcase. And the kitchen supplies are a little sparse. A few more larger-sized mugs would be nice. And clearer info on finding the apartment would help. I knew it was on the third floor, but once we got up there it was hard to tell which apartment was ours.

Exceptional

In the heart of the city center with wonderful views and lovely atmosphere. Everything is close to the apartment, you can find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. If I go back to Innsbruck someday, this would be my first option to stay again.

Praktische Wohnung an perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung war super gelegen, mitten im Zentrum Innsbrucks und die Kontaktpersonen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich konnte auch bereits früher einchecken und es gibt eine (nicht kostenlose) Gepäckaufbewahrung gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung hatte alles, das wir brauchten.

Eines der beiden Zimmer hat eine Glastür zum Flur, was störend sein kann, wenn der/die Mitreisende das Licht anzündet. Die Aussicht der Wohnung ist zum Innenhof hin, weshalb man nichts sehen kann, aber immerhin ist es sehr ruhig!

In ganzen ist gut, keine Luxuswohnung, aber für uns war ok.

Gross, die Betten sind sehr bequem! Dank dem Innenhof ist sehr ruhig obwohl zentral.

Es war kalt, bis ich realisierte, dass die Heizungskaste an der Wand hängt. Ziemlich überraschend, wenn man das System nicht kennt. Ich wurde paar Kleinigkeiten fixieren, wie den Duschenhalter, der gebrochen ist, oder Vorhang in der Badewanne. Es gibt auch keine Waschmitteln ausser Seife.

Geweldige locatie midden in oude centrum

Locatie! Midden in het oude centrum loop je overal naartoe. Je zit echt in het hart, bij het gouden dak en de stadstoren. Nb. Auto te parkeren in algemene garage op zo’n 5-10min lopen. We hadden ipad laten liggen en die wordt pro-actief nagestuurd. Hoe vriendelijk!

Woonkamer is tevens 2e slaapruimte, gescheiden door een kast. Voor 1-2 nachten is dat werkbaar maar mi. Niet langer.

Die Lage war direkt in der Altstadt und damit für einen kurzen Städtetrip ideal

Die Küche war nicht wie beschrieben "voll ausgestattet" (nur 2 große Kaffeetassen vorhanden, keine Eierbecher, kein Geschirrtuch....), das Haus verfügt über mehrere Wohnungen und die Beschilderung der gebuchten Wohnung war nicht ausreichend, so dass man nicht wusste welche der Wohnungen einem gehört (fehlt Wohnungsnummer oder genauere Beschreibung)

Der Zugang zur Wohnung führt durch einen heruntergekommenen vollgestellten Flur und durch ein Küchenkabuff, in dem kleine Speisen und Getränke für Gäste des Lokals vorm Haus zubereitet werden. Hygiene = Fehlanzeige. Insgesamt enttäuschend

Die eingestellten Bilder entsprechen nicht mehr dem aktuellen Stand. Die Unterkunft ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung ist nicht sauber gewesen. Hinweis, das warmes Wasser nur begrenzt zur Verfügung steht, hat gefehlt. Ausstattung sporadisch und nicht vollständig.
