Listing states, fully equipped kitchen however the shared kitchen was just a very basic kitchen with essentials only. Internal heating could not be adjusted for the apartment.

There was no kitchen or even a kettle to boil tea. And hairdryer was missing but this wasn’t a big issue. The bathtub compliment it all.

Don't believe the photos!

Nothing.

The photos are lies. There is an apartment for rent upstairs that the photos are of. The actual facilities are small, old, completely different. The place is loud and the bathrooms are tiny. Ordered a double bed and had two single ones pushed together so my partner and I couldn't sleep together unless the beds started falling apart. Pillows were very old and lumpy and the lights in the room flickered and didn't work, just a lamp. Horrible stay and would not recommend.

Basement dwelling adventure.

The room was clean, the digital communication channels were used alright. Good to have a kitchen, but it's the tragedy of the commons, as was to be expected.

Overheated basement room with trash in the air shafts. I had to go to a shower on another floor because the basement one does not have a lock. I could not actually get in contact with the owners - they claim to be reachable via WhatsApp, but apparently aren't.

-The location is very convenient, couple of stops from the city centre - Boarding process is good and completely automatic

-There was no 24hour hot water service -There was no attached bath room which was mentioned before booking -Door was not sturdy - The photos showed in booking.com were completely different -Owner number was not in service - There is no support

Well, the accommodation overexceeded our expectations. The room was really nice, spacious and clean

Nice location, so easy to check in, there is everything what person needs Good value for money. It was also warm and quiet We are quite happy about the accumulation

Do not stay here.

Room was disgusting. Very dirty. Bed sheets dirty, stains on floor and on the walls. Window did not lock and we were on the ground floor so not secure. Everything was dirty and gross. We contacted the owners and they would not switch our rooms and would not send someone to clean.

It was a joke! Absolutely disgusting room covered in stains the shared bathroom was by far the worst shared bathroom we’ve had! Shower doesn’t have a lock and there is a door in the bathroom that says “private” which was open and there was a big empty concrete dungeon needless to say we did not shower here and very greatful we had family there that let us have a restless sleep and a shower

It's wallking distance to the Hofburg.

The sofa is very dirty. The locking mechanism on the door malfunctioned on the last day of our stay and we couldn't get out or in. The staff does not reply to our WhatsApp messages.

Austria is a great place and the views from this location are excellent with great walks close by

Loud group staying in the accommodation, if we put out in fridge they took it out for their beers and even left a written note swearing at us and my child is 13 he would not go around the accommodation on his own

Not well maintained,no blinds in the bedroom,no privacy. Shared bathroom so tiny that it’s difficult for little obese person to fit in..could be maintained much better,lot of space wasted.

The entry code shows low battery once in a while and difficult to get in.Garden is not maintained.Overly priced for the facilities provided.A very old house converted for stay.Basic curtains and separate wash rooms would have justified the price we paid .

Good value for cost

Very easy checkin and out, good location on the Inn River path and common bus lines. The only downside is that the other guests were loud and the shared kitchen wasn’t a place you’d want to spend much time. The room was clean and had a great view of Nordkette mountain

Wir sind abends eingecheckt und fanden die Wohnung offen vor, die Schlüssel hingen an der Tür. Die Unterkunft war völlig verdreckt: starker Zigarettengeruch, Zigarettenstummel, schmutzige Bettwäsche und Couch mit Flecken (sogar Blut) sowie Gläser und Flaschen von vorherigen Gästen. Keine Reinigung, kein Sicherheitsgefühl, einfach ekelhaft. Mussten mangels Alternative in den schmutzigen Betten schlafen – angezogen. Unverschämt und inakzeptabel. Wir haben die Wohnung beim "Check-In" so wie auf den Fotos vorgefunden.

Soggiorno schifoso mai più da rifare

BANGNO SOLTANTO IN COMUNE, riscaldamento davvero pessimo, letto pietoso davvero PIETOSO, letto matrimoniale scomodissimo con 3 cuscini da divano, praticamente erano tipo 40x 30 cm, nemmeno quelli da bambini sono così piccoli e senza federe, 2 piumini singoli leggerissimi per l'Austria a dicembre e corti perché io sono 1,85 cm e mi copriva fino a poco sopra l'ombelico, si sente tutto quello che fanno nelle altre camere, 2 prese corrente ovviamente lontane dal letto, solo 2 asciugamani e niente di niente praticamente stanza vuota senza nemmeno uno specchietti o un'altro cuscino o altro per coprirti dal freddo e noi siamo morti di freddo. La camera per 2 è minuscola.

Eine absolute Katastrophe, Das ehemalige klien Zweifamilienhaus ist völlig heruntergekommen. Unklare Zimmerorientierung. Anstatt eines hellen Doppelzimmers mit Bad ein winziges Kellerzimmer muffig ohne Bad uralter Möblierung. Das Zimmer war nicht aufgeräumt und schmutzig. Leeres Geschirr neben dem ungemachten Bett. Niemand im Haus zuständig. Die Buchung wurde erst nach nachhaltigen Drohungen storniert.

Une véritable arnaque. L'entrée de l'hôtel n'est absolument pas sécurisée. L'état des chambres est déplorable. Tout était très sale et il y avait des cheveux, des tâches de sang et des insectes dans les draps ainsi qu'une très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. Chambre au sous sol éclairée avec des néons de garage. La salle de bain partagée n'a aucun verrou donc n'importe qui peut rentrer en plein milieu de votre douche, le lavabo n'avait pas été lavé depuis plusieurs jours et l'eau est tiède/froide. Je me suis réveillée avec des piqûres sur les jambes. Je n'y ai passé qu'une nuit sur les 6 prévues au vue de l'état déplorable et j'ai averti directement le service client de mon souhait d'être remboursée des 5 nuit restantes. J'ai eu au total 3 interlocuteurs différents à qui j'ai dû expliquer à chaque fois la situation. Au final j'ai seulement été remboursée d'une nuit car "les insectes présents dans le lit n'étaient pas des punaises de lit". Au vue du prix c'est vraiment honteux de proposer une telle chambre. A fuir.

Vi havde mange problemer. Vi fik en forkert kode samt en nøgle ved check-in, som vi slet ikke skulle bruge. Personalet var meget svært at kontakte. Halvdelen af vores ophold virkede vores dør ikke. De lovede os at give refundering for de dage døren ikke virkede, men det gjorde de aldrig da de pludselig ikke svarede på besked eller når man ringede. Virkelig dårlig service. Mange andre gæster sad ude på gangen og ventede i timevis og prøve at kontakte overnatningsstedet fordi de heller ikke havde fået instruktioner til check-in. Generelt bare virkelig dårlig service og meget svær at komme i kontakt med, medmindre man vil sidde i telefonkø i timevis.
