Trasandato ad eccezione dei letti sporco ...non c'erano le luci del soffitto quindi una parte della stanza era buia ....ci hanno cambiata una lampadina..... Dalle foto sembra molto più bello in realtà è molto trascurato

The apartment was well equipped with a big room, bathroom and a balcony with nice view to the garden, nearby villas and magnificient mountains.

The floor was poorly vacuumed, there was lying an empty wine bottle under the bed and some dust. There was no wifi in the room. I claimed it to the owner - only AI responded that the information was sent to the staff. No one responded to it.

Good location, quite close to the city center, close to grocery store, close to public transportation. There was a kitchen, tho suspect chipped nonstick frying pan.

The whole vibe is definitely more of a private room hostel experience than a hotel experience. If you knew before hand which apartment room you got, i.e. basement / upstairs. I would not have choosen basement. Staff didnt know how this property worked, noone on site, didnt know the code to the outside door. We hade to find someone else who stayed on the property to tell us and he had to do the same. We got told there woild be a key box, there was no keybox, or keyboxes with 4 digit code and the guy in the phone said try a 6 digit code. Like the info is so bad. Bad information, and no one works at the location so you have to call and that person did not know and basically just guessed. Wifi in the basement did not work, at least not the two you got in the welcome message, but we found a wifi router stashed in under the sofa in the kitchen which reached our room… all of which the support guy had no idea of. Also hot in the room, we got a fan but there is definitely no AC what so ever. Also no lock on the downstairs showerroom…
