Location. Views. Cleanliness.
It was very hot. The radiators made continuous noise. The neighbour played loud music a lot. There was no room to prepare food in the kitchen.

We love the apartment. It was beyond our expectations. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and super clean. It provides large smart Tv in every room makes my kids didnt want to leave their rooms. The kitchen was clean, complete with necessary electrical gadgets like coffee maker, dishwasher etc. Coffee, tea and jam were also provided.
The apartment is also on the ground floor, convenient for a family who has a lot of bags.
None. But it would be better if washing machine is provided 😅

A great sized apartment for a couple, with quick and easy access to the Aldstadt in just 10 minutes via the nearby pedestrian bridge over the River, near the Hofgarten and Nordkettenbahnen. The large warm windows have a great view of Nordkette whilst reducing street noise. The apartment was nice and warm, and with a comfy bed. The WiFi worked well and the tv was easy to use.
The lights above the hob in the small kitchenette need fixing/replacing as it is dark to cook. Similarly, the lights to the vanity above the bathroom sink don’t work. The clothes hooks fall off the wall near the entry so you can’t hang your wet coats. The bins were complicated to understand with 5 bins downstairs for various recycling but only 2 in the apartment. The kitchen could do with a microwave or airfryer as there is no oven, and it needs a bread knife (both kitchen knives need sharpening). The bedroom would benefit from a couple of small bedside tables. Finally, the building front door security doesn’t work, although Innsbruck seems a very safe place!

Rented three different units for two couples and a sister. Each unit had its benefits. One was on the second floor but was rather small. Two were on the 4th floor, so lots of stairs. Of those, one had a large kitchen, the other a large table and seating area, so between the two units we had what we needed. Fantastic view from one apartment.
TV in one room didn't work (I changed the batteries in the remote and it still didn't work), room with little table had largest kitchen, room with large sitting area lacked furniture (presumably to leave room for pullout couch), etc. Be careful to read each room's description, as each are very different.

Really nice apartment in good location
Its top floor without a lift so it can get tiring, especially with luggage.

The location was perfect and it was very clean.
Nothing to complain about.

View excellent. Location very close to city centre. Clean. Bed comfortable. Although up four flights of stairs, stairs were wide and not steep, so not a problem for us.
Could do with some updating. Particularly bathroom. Lukas was very responsive and helpful in obtaining Welcome free travel permits for us. Check-out reminders and rules could have more courteous.

Near center and the river, you have an excellent view of Inn. Easy access to center and parking garage.

Huge spacious apartment. Great views. Good value for money for a group of people. I was alone but it was a nice roomy place to stay in. Had a fully functioning kitchen which would be nice for families. Also had good internet and a modern TV on which you could access youtube and streaming services, which is quite uncommon in Europe, where most places are usually quite behind the times with adoption of modern technology and amenities.
No lift. Had to lug my bags 4 stories + ground floor up and down, and walk up and down several times a day. It wasn't an issue for me but if you have older people and kids in your travel party, clarify what floor your apartment will be on. It wasn't specified during the booking.
Also would be nice if they threw in access to a washer and dryer. They have the space.
Also, never saw or met the hosts during the trip and they were sometimes not communicative when I needed help. My bag was stolen during my trip in Innsbruck (not from the hotel but when I was outside) along with the room keys and it was quite a struggle to get help. Managed to come through in the end where I needed to try 30 different keys myself to find the one that worked and they still charged me a hefty fee at the end of all the turmoil I went through.

Location is excellent, beautiful views around, 5 minutes walk from the city center, 7 minutes walk to a supermarket Spar, kitchen has everything you need to cook, room also has some welcome brochures to plan the next day.
Mind that there is no microwave, pillows could have been more comfortable, no possibility to sleep in a dark room, very light window screens so if you are sensitive to light bring a sleeping mask with you, you can also expect some noise from the street in the morning as the studio room is overseeing a relatively busy street, not that many sockets in the room, make sure to use hot water wisely as boiler is responsible for heating it.

Great location, everything was really clean ( bed, kitchen , washroom ) , had all the kitchen necessities. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it.
Maybe a suggestion would be to add a microwave to the kitchen.

Great location, spacious apartment and very well equipped. Also great communication with the host. Apartment looks better in person than in the pictures.
The place was in need of some light maintenance, like doors not closing properly.

We never met our host, but the communication was good. The location is excellent (within walking distance) from the Old Town Centre, as well as the Lowenhaus station for the Nordkette cable car. The apartments is very clean and more than sufficient for a great stay in Innsbruck. Innsbruck is a delightful city to visit.
The position of the bed in the alcove in Apartment 12 made it difficult to access, especially for elderly people.

-The property is located near by the lake
-Bus stop near by the apartment.
-Dead Slow Wifi.( There were no signal most of the time)
-Tiny and slippery bathroom( very very risky to bath in it as I personally slipped thrice)
-Check out time of 16:00
-Noisy floors

Nice location, well equipped kitchen
Bed sheets smelled not that good, the WIFI didn’t work and the owner didn’t really seem to hurry to fix that

The property is spacious enough, clean, comfortable and in a good location, and the app interface made the check in process easy.
We stayed in the one bed apartment, suitable for three supposedly as there was a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. However, the hosts failed to mention that there was no blinds in the living room where the sofa bed was. This is incredibly poor as sunrise is at 6am in the summer meaning sleep quality was poor. The hosts apologised however offered no help to rectify the situation, and in the end we had to source bin bags to cover the windows to provide some sort of darkness.
The hosts did say that blinds were on order, however if there are more than two of you I’d avoid staying here until the hosts update the photos to show they have got blinds in place.
This meant that we didn’t sleep well at all, and therefore we’ve had to provide a low score.
Once blinds are fitted the property is lovely and would be a great place to stay, but unfortunately this wasn’t our experience.

Easy communication and check-in. A very peaceful building - considering there are several apartments, we heard no noise from other guests. The beds were comfortable, the shower had plentiful hot water and the kitchen was mostly well-equipped. Location good - we had a view of the river and a 'balcony' area where we could sit out, which was brilliant.
The apartment wasn't particularly clean when we arrived, although the staff did then rectify this. Also, the duvets were winter weight, so too hot to sleep under in the summer. I think the kitchen needs a microwave rather than two toasters.

The apartment is situated in a good location, cute kitchen and basic facilities.
the street was quite busy and cars were always driving by. The bed was very uncomfortable and the kitchen was small.

The location is amazing, it is directly in the center.
You have any facilities nearby.
Directly from the window you can see a wonderful view of the mountains or the town .
The important locations nearby are accessible even by walking from the property.
Clean apartment and the host was very helpful, he answered me on whatsapp to any question I had.

Communication with the hosts. I was meant to receive an innsbruck Welcome Card because my stay qualified for it, but they never sent it and didn't respond to my messages about it.

Fantastic location, easy checkin / checkout
Church Bells on Sunday morning are extremely loud, which is no fault of the host, but important to know

Location, space
Lack of blinds in main room, nobody met me on check-in or check-out, very small bedroom. 91 steps to apartment - should be on website.

Perfect for us a family with a small child enough space to make breakfast have a bath for baby little breakfast Nook for playing with toys lovely views out of the window and so close to walks up the mountain.

Many facilities, nice kitchen, walking distance to the centre, warm, nice view, comfy bed, good value for money, felt safe, enough info for tourists etc.
Bathroom could use an upgrade but everything did work; initially we did not have neighbors but the last night we did and we noticed that we could hear them quite well so somewhat noisy.
No problem for us but:
- only stairs (no elevator);
- check in late, check out early

The location is incredible. The view is amazing + close vicinity to the Zoo is nice - it is just 15 min walking + the city center of Innsbruck is just 10 min away. The cable car station (Congress) is nearby, easy to go to the mountains. We could slide with kids at the Seegrube station. Sledge rental is free of charge. There are many different types of sledges available, including small ski-balance-bikes, bigger bikes for 6-13 y.o. kids.
The apartment is modern, cozy, the wooden floors make it look stylish. The kitchen has everything you need. The balcony and the open terrace with a river view are great for summer. The electric window roll shutters are comfortable to use. There are 3 rooms that can be used for sleeping (the sofa bed in the living room is a great extension of sleeping options).
The shower drain got clogged very soon. It’s better to provide chemicals for guests to solve this problem (special powder or gel).
I would also like to have a standing wooden shelf on the left side of the sink. There is space that is not used.
