We had a lovely time Innsbruck town is charming.

It was clean and perfectly adequate for our stay.

It would have been beneficial for us if it had a microwave oven for convenience. It would also have been helpful to have an internet access password provided. Finally and this is personal to us as my wife has mobility issues the property is on a hill and the walk into town was fine but the walk back from our nearest bus stop was challenging.

Great place to stay with a great host!

Great location- 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Place is big!!! Alexander is helpful, even helped my heavy luggage up and down the stairs, and also offered us beer for free, but since we do not drink, gave us iced tea(delicious cherry). He also gave us advice about the area, especially a very good traditional restaurant. Overall, GREAT place. Do know area is uphill but not that hard. Bus stop is like 5 minutes walk to the place.

If I was to nitpick… hmmmmm… cannot think of anything really.

Lovely quiet and spacious apartment

Lovely ground floor apartment within a larger house. Two bedrooms plus sofa bed and outside area. One separate bedroom, with second in alcove area and sofa bed in living area. Kitchen small, but fine for our short stay. Nice quiet location with bonus of outside table for evening meal & drinks. Uphill walk from town, about 20 - 25 mins to train station, but if you stay for 2 plus nights you get the Innsbruck Welcome card which gives you free bus transport and 24 hour (does not have to be continuous) to city bikes. We took advantage of bus and bikes. The bikes were great as you can drop off and pick up on locations throughout the town. Lots of off road flat cycle paths, but even in town, cycle lanes felt safe. Note that free city bikes adult sized.

Location uphill, so not great if you have small children or are elderly.

Beautiful location. Quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to walk to the centre. Very comfortable and cosy apartment. The owners are very helpful and friendly (they live on the upper floors of the house). We would love to return for a longer stay one day!

It would have been nice to have a washing machine for laundry, especially if we were staying longer, but perhaps there isn't really space for it.

Lovely stay, definitely recommend

It's a lovely tranquil area. The flat was spacious with a sunny garden for most of the day. All the facilities were good. Easy walk to the town.

I would only suggest to add a cutting knife to the kitchen utensils.

The apartment and hosts are great and very comfortable, but parking was our biggest problem.

The apartment is very well equipped, very clean, very comfortable. They had a pack n play set up and ready for us upon arrival. The hosts even moved their van so that we could have the parking spot out front the first night we were there to unload our car.

Directions to the house could be a little more clear. We had difficulty locating it. I had to call the hosts, who met me outside as they live in the same building. There is also not much parking available around the house and we had a difficult time finding a spot.

Host was lovely and very helpful, apartment was warm, clean, and comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed including a microwave, location was good if you don’t mind a bit of walking, very reasonably priced!

Great apartment in a beautuful area.

The stay was great. I loved the location- near to the city center, among beautiful, uniqe buildings and narrow streets. The apartment is spaceous. There were 4 of us with 5-months baby and it felt very comfortable. There was a bed for a baby too, which was nice. The beds were comfortable, there was a dishwasher and a washing machine. The kitchen was fully equiped. Nice terrace.

Poor internet. No parking- parking zone on the street for 3 hours only. There were some dirty plates in the kitchen, but generally the amartment was clean.

Great ground floor flat, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Quiet location just out of the centre with shop, bar and bakery just down the road.

Great views. Great area. Really good host. Balconies stunning for Yoga and Breakfast. Cool little area with a bar or two and Italian doing stunning pizzas. Eat in or take home to the balcony.

Very nice and spacious place 80m above the city

Very nice place, vieuw over the mountains and at a small stream from the mountain. Out of the noise of innsbruck and still near shops. Small enough so people greet each other, near enough to walk to the center or by bus J each 10 minites. Freindly owners!

ロケーションが最高でした。管理人の方がとても親切で色々助けて頂きました。スーパーが近く、便利でした。直ぐ後ろが山でまるで別荘に来ているかのようでした。ベランダも２つあり、１つからはスキーのジャンプ台が真正面に見えました。夜はそれがライトアップされ、時間で色が変わり、ベランダでワイン片手に何時間も過ごせました。インスブルックウェルカムカードも直ぐ取ってきてくれました。また此処に来ることがあったら絶対に泊まります。

Bel appartement spacieux

La literie vraiment confortable avec des oreillers au top, le cadre et appartement atypique bien situé des transports en commun. Endroit calme

Poussière pas faite partout, pas de petite cuillère juste 2 grandes cuillères à soupe. Et pas de volet ou rideaux occultants ; on dort en plein jour. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais n"a pas de vmc donc elle est très humide.

Excellent point de départ pour visiter Innsbruck

Au calme, à l’écart de l’agitation de la ville mais seulement à 15 minutes à pied du centre historique. Appartement décoré avec goût. Dommage que la météo ne nous ait pas permis de profiter de la terrasse!

Manque d’informations fournies (sur le parking, la gestion des déchets, la localisation du logement) : pourtant il suffirait de mettre un petit panneau sur la porte et une feuille avec toutes les informations à l’intérieur du logement
