One of the best price/quality relation in my life

A wonderful appartment and a warm and helpful host! A short distance to Innsbruck and an excellent base camp thinking about skiing in Stubai Glacier. Perfect!

Perfect accommodation with unrivalled mountain views.

The view from the decking was absolutely stunning. It is clean, spacious and has everything you need. The hosts were friendly and helpful, even offering to take us to the supermarket or train station when checking out.

The property was perfect. It is around 1.5 miles from what I would consider the very centre of Innsbruck. Also, at the top of a big hill. However, there is a bus stop just outside the property when you don’t feel like walking. We were also kindly supplied with an Innsbruck Card on arrival which made all our bus travel free. The buses are regular and reliable.

Very beautiful house in a lovely location. The hosts were amazing, and very helpful to us, especially as we were travelling with a toddler and needed a bit of extra help with groceries, travel recommendations, etc.

Couldn't dream of a better stay in Innsbruck!

Very gracious hosts, we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Got shown around and even got a lift to the near supermarket. We asked for hiking tips and got an elaborate answer that gave us plans for the next days of our stay. The balcony has an absolutely stunning view, easily the best property we ever stayed in.

Pure Erholung und Genuss mit wundervollen Aussichten und gemütlichem Komfort.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit im Haus Sunnseitn. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen wundervollen Wintergarten mit Aussicht auf die Berge und auch von der großen Terrasse aus und durch diverse Fenster konnten wir die Berge immer "beobachten" sowie auch die auf- und absteigenden Flugzeuge vom nahe gelegenen Flughafen (kaum Lärmbelästigung aus unserer Sicht). Sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber und gute Busverbindung ins Zentrum (mit Gästekarte kompletter öffentlicher Nahverkehr gratis). Parken vorm Haus war auch möglich und gratis. Wegen Treppe zum Eingang der Wohnung und ansteigendem Weg zur Bushaltestelle ist Lauffähigkeit ohne Einschränkungen erforderlich (gut für die Fitness!). Wir buchen hier gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft von Herzen an.

Außergewöhnlich

Die Unterkunft Haus Sunnseitn hat eine sehr schöne Lage oberhalb von Innsbruck. Der Bus ist fast vor der Tür, man kommt aber auch fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad gut in die Innenstadt. Wanderwege sind gut zu Fuß oder auch mit der Seilbahn erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist super schön mit mehr als allem, was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich ist der Wintergarten. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
