Gets the job done, and may be a great value stay for large groups who need the minimum.

Very nice proprietor, answered phone promptly after hours, easy to communicate in English. The room was freshly cleaned with bedding ready and folded towels. Area seems safe, even if building isn't impressive.

Directions to find the entry were unclear; didn't have photos or videos like other properties supply. Needed to make an international phone call to reach the host due to a check-in issue, which was expensive. Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Not much noise isolation; hallway noises woke me up early in the morning.

Supposed to be two single beds but it turned out to be a joined bed. The shower room glass door is broken allowing water to go out and wet the floor. The passcode instruction is not clear. It happened when a mistake occurred and we could not open the door while the receptionist is no longer available

We saw the accommodation and left immediately without staying the night so I didn’t get to run Parkrun in the morning.

Close to Parkrun

It was very difficult to find. It seemed more like a hostel for the homeless. The door was almost blocked by three super market trollies full of personal possessions. When we finally got in to the “apartment”, it smelt. It looked nothing like the photos.

All the apartment is having bloody cigarettes smoke smell. Also owner dis not provide a bath towel and soup. The worst thing is s door lock room which is pathetic. I have stay 15 mins outside of my room because of the door locker system. I humbly request to booking com please remove this apartment from your service so that others traveller will get a good service.

Ground floor room is worst, lot of mosquitoes due to the garden outside, people in the night smoking outside our room in the garden side and also playing the music, I have to tell them to stop and let us sleep.

Descrizione ingannevole. Ho prenotato per 5 adulti + 2 bambini (specificato 7 e 5 anni). Due stanze si trovavano in un condominio distaccato dalla reception, difficoltà ad entrare nel palazzo, a immettere il codice, stanze sporche, puzzolenti, non abbiamo nemmeno avuto il coraggio di entrare nelle docce. Una delle stanze aveva un divano letto invece che un letto. La terza stanza era nel palazzo della reception (chiusa) Condizioni migliori delle altre due stanze ma non c'era il riscaldamento (temperatura esterna -10°) Nessun posto per i bambini, ho dovuto metterli a letto con noi. Letto minuscolo, cuscini inesistenti, materassi singoli su un letto matrimoniale, con due piumini singoli. Si può immaginare il disagio.

Se volete un consiglio lasciate perdere...odore, sporco e sicurezza dell'alloggio

La struttura risulta essere sporca e puzzolente(parlo dell'alloggio a me assegnato al PT) oltre ad avere le finestre senza scuri o tapparelle e/o inferiate, facilmente rompibili in quanto il davanzale è a soli 70 cm dal piano strada. Non ho notato impianto di riscaldamento, odori forti e pungenti di cibo dall'appartamento a fianco( diviso da sola una porta in casa, neanche sul pianerottolo di ingresso) oltre al classico odore di chiuso, codice d'accesso stampato su una tessera plastificata(spero che sia diverso per ogni cliente altrimenti un dramma)cucina e stoviglie in condizioni pessime, impianti(scarichi acqua e rubinetto cucina) a vista. Non ho abbandonato il soggiorno poichè la mia compagna mi ha convinto a rimanere ma dopo la prima notte sarei andato altrove.

Never again!

Die Unterkunft war sauber

In der Früh ist Personal in mein verschlossenes Zimmer gekommen, während ich noch im Bett lag, um mich auf die zwei Stunden spätere Checkout-Zeit hinzuweisen!!!! Aus einem anderen Zimmer wurde ein Handy geklaut. Die Straße war sehr laut.

Überteuertes und heruntergekommenes Zimmer, mit Zigarettengerüchen und Schimmel!

Sauber geputzt war es schon, das war aber auch schon alles!

Eine sehr lange Liste: beginnt damit, dass der Vermieter nicht zurück antwortet, wir haben keinen Code zum Einlass bekommen, mehrfach nachgefragt. Auch vor der Ankunft und während des Aufenthaltes haben wir mehrfach versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen - ohne Erfolg! Nur durch Zufall kamen wir in den Safe hinein (weil andere neu angereiste Mieter einen Code hatten - alle zum gleichen Safe!!!) dort lagen Kuverts mit den Namen der verschiedenen Ankünfte und in diesem Kuvert dann der Code für die Zimmer!!! Das gesamte Haus stinkt nach Rauch und Zigarettenrauch, es war vom Eingang bis zu den Zimmern dreckig und abgenutzte Teppiche. Im Zimmer selbst war es sauber geputzt,aber das konnte nicht über den Zustand hinweg täuschen: kaputte Schränke, Schubfächer, wackelige Steckdose und ein riesiger nicht sicherer Fensterflügel,der regelmäßig beim Versuch vom Kippen zum komplett Öffnen bzw. Schließen aus der Verbindung gesprungen ist. In der Dusche haben die Fugen Schimmel angesetzt!!!! Laut Beschreibung hätten folgende Dinge zur Verfügung stehen sollen, haben aber definitiv gefehlt: Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr für 3 (waren nur 1 bzw 2 Stück da), Pfanne mit Deckel, großer Topf mit Deckel, Schneidebrett, Nudelsieb, Mülleimer. Tasse und 1 Teller sowie einzelne Besteckteile waren nicht sauber! So richtig Essens- bzw.Kaffeereste dran! Allgemein wären Steckdosen gut, es gab nur eine einzige freie im Küchenbereich! Insgesamt haben wir nur 4 gezählt(TV und Reciver waren an 3erSteckdosenleiste, Nachttischlampe, Küche) Aber am nervigsten war, dass in einem ausgeschriebenen Nichtraucherhaus alles nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen hat. Wir waren im 2.Stock und schräg unter unserem Fenster saßen im "Garten" "temperamentvolle" Herren bis spät in die Nacht (nach 23Uhr) und ab ca 5Uhr in der Früh unten, haben laut geredet, Musik gehört und viel geraucht. Da es keine Lüftung und auch keine Klimaanalage im Zimmer gab musste wir aber lüften. Furchtbar!

Do okna koupelny hlavně do sprchového koutu bylo vidět z vedlejšího apartmánu, zničené vybavení koupelny, neodtékající odpad ve sprše, špinavý záchod. Špinavé polstrování postele a židlí, špinavé záclony, podlaha plná vlasů, zapáchající polštáře, skoro nefunkční lednička. Úmorné vedro, nešlo větrat ani v noci, vedle okna je Mc Donalds a ten žije minimálně do půlnoci a svítí do oken. Hluk od silnice. Celkově apartmán v katastrofálním stavu, bylo vidět že byl vytopen vodou, která zničila i podlahu.

Ottima posizione a qualche minuto dal centro. Appartamento non elegantissimo, ma comodo e pulito. Ottimo anche il parcheggio di fronte all’alloggio.

Bisognerebbe offrire un servizio colazione, magari con qualche struttura convenzionata.

La posizione su molto vicina al centro

La camera familiare molto spaziosa e ben organizzata ma necessiterebbe un po’ più di cura da parte del gestore . Dispone di un comodo parcheggio privato davanti , non è comprensibile una richiesta di 15€ al giorno visto che il costo della camera che non è poi così economico . Peccato per l’odore forte di fumo nei corridoi ma che arriva fino dentro le camere , nonostante la camera fosse per non fumatori.

Abgewohntes Apartment mit unangenehmen Geruch.

Die Lage des Apartments ist ganz gut, man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt.

Es hat sehr stark nach abgestandenen Rauch gerochen. Die Bettwäsche war zwar sauber aber der Stoff war schon sehr ausgedünnt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, trotzdem kann ich es leider nicht empfehlen.

Im Zimmer hat jemand geraucht, das hat man deutlich gerochen, obwohl es als Nichtraucherzimmer ausgewiesen sind!!!Es war schlecht geputzt. Herdplatte nicht geputzt. Überhaupt war alles heruntergekommen und Flecke überall von scheinbar ausgedrückten Zigaretten! Ein Fleck auf dem Bett. Der TV ging nicht, da keine Batterien in der Fernbedienung waren und der Rauchmelder war rausgerissen, da ja offensichtlich geraucht wurde. Der Code an der Türe ist nur schwer zu öffnen, da die Tastatur nicht gut funktioniert! Alles in allem, bitte ja nicht buchen. Ich hatte Appartement 10, Adresse Mitterweg 15.

Einfache und oragmatische Unterkunft zu einem relativ (für Innsbruck) günstigen Preis und verkehrsgünstiger Lage.

Die Lage zur Altstadt ist fußläufig am Inn entlang👍. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte ein bequemes Bett. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber zweckmässig aber auch älter. Der Preis ist für innsbruck relativ günstig, dafür darf man auch kein Wellnessangebot erwarten. insgesamt preisbewusste, pragmatische Menschen, denen lautere Umgebungsgeräusche (Zimmernachbarn und Straße) und vor allem eine verkehrsgünstige Lage suchen. CheckIn war einfach. Menschen mit feinem Geruchssinn und dem Wunsch nach einer hochwertigen und, kuscheligen Unterkunft empfehle ich mehr Geld auszugeben und sich eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Für mich hat es für drei Nächte gepasst.

Überall Zigarettengeruch (bin Nichtraucher), war im Erdgeschoss und hatte keine Sichtgardinen zum zuziehen, weshalb ich meine Privatsphäre nicht ausreichend geschützt fand. Zumal direkt vor meinem Fenster zwei Bänke aufgestellt sind, die Menschen zum Rauchen (Fenster nicht öffnen) und sonstigen Aktivitäten genutzt haben. Das war das Einzige, was mich wirklich gestört hat.

NICHTS HAT UNS GEFALLEN!! Es hat nach Rauch gestunken. Das Bett war voller Haare. Die Wände mit allem möglichen verschmiert. Offene Stromdosen. Schimmel in der Küche. Bad konnte ich nicht sehen da kein Licht. Bzw. Lichtschalter war ohne Abdeckung ( stromschlaggefahr)! Wir sind auf der Stelle umgedreht und lieber die 2 Stunden mitten in der Nacht nach Hause gefahren, bevor wir in diesem drecksloch übernachtet hätten.
