Host was amazingly responsive. We had a medical emergency and she really helped us out. Whatever problem, we had instqnt response before the booking, during the stay. The views were awesome from the rooms. A treat for the senses. Would love to come back again.
May be one more WC could be a big convenience for a large grpup. Otherwise nothing!!! It was a super stay from start till end.

The location and the room. We had a forest view room and it also had a view of a mountain. Very quiet place. One can hear the birds chirping in the morning. It's quite relaxing.
The hotel was a bit uphill, walking with luggage up to the hotel was a bit challenging. It's nice if you have a car.

Excellent location. Conveniently reachable by bus from Innsbruck and perfect for enjoyable walks in the mountains
The bed was extremely uncomfortable so we chose to put the mattress topper on the floor and sleep there instead. The mattress was very worn and far too soft. Also, there was a strong smell in the kitchen (like urine). It would have been nice to have hand soap.
