Great location but very uncomfortable bed

Excellent location. Conveniently reachable by bus from Innsbruck and perfect for enjoyable walks in the mountains

The bed was extremely uncomfortable so we chose to put the mattress topper on the floor and sleep there instead. The mattress was very worn and far too soft. Also, there was a strong smell in the kitchen (like urine). It would have been nice to have hand soap.

Very nice

A view from our room was wonderful! There’s a restaurant in the same building, the food was very delicious and waiters were very kind. Also it’s very convenient that there is a bus stop nearby and it’s easy to reach the city centre.

Last night we heard a crazy noise from neighbours who were upstairs. They were screaming and laughing until almost 2:00 at night. So I had to call the owners to solve this problem. The owner helped us and calmed down the residents. Keep in mind that the walls are really thin.

Isolated from the city center, next to a forest. Perfect spot for a calm night sleep.

A bit remote, a car is needed for traveling to city center and back. Public transportation is also close but I didn’t check the frequency of the buses.

Perfect quiet location to visit Innsbruck - stunning views from balcony!

Location was quiet and perfect just outside of Innsbruck with a bus 7 minute walk away (free public transport) and view from balcony was stunning watching the blue sky and sunshine and dark grey thunderstorms - stunning! Check-in was very easy and simple, communication was clear and simple and responsive. Parking was safe. Room was big. Liked having separate toilet to shower. Next door to a really good restaurant serving good food and brilliant atmosphere. Other good restaurant was a 6 minute drive away in Thaur. Innsbruck as a city is beautiful! Would highly recommend staying here and visiting Innsbruck!

Stunning balcony view

We stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff set up the room with chocolates and champagne which was very sweet. The bed was very big and comfortable and the view was spectacular. It was lovely to sit on the balcony with a bottle of wine and cheese board overlooking the mountains. Size of the room was also great. Public transport is free when you stay 2 nights or more. You'll receive a welcome card via email the morning of your trip. This is very convenient as the location is in the suburb of rum.

The accommodation is a 10 minute walk up a STEEP hill from the bus stop 'rum sanitarium'. If you have a car or like hiking you'll be fine though. Also we found the wifi to be slow and resorted to using our phone data on occasions. There is a restaurant underneath the accom and people can be quite loud chatting but it wasn't too bad. The room has a fan but we found it to be quite hot unless you keep the window open all night.

We loved the location of the apartment ...get out and start hiking ...five stars if you are into hiking ..The restaurant on the ground level was fantastic with great beers , cocktails and delicious meals.

Room was clean in a good location out of the city with a restaurant in the evenings next door

Bathroom was tiny, shower flooded when used, we were on the top floor which wasn’t helpful as we are both elderly with arthritic knees and a dog. Bedside light not working. Nowhere nearby to get breakfast.

A dream stay

It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. First of all, the flat was exceptionally big and clean, it had a balcony with an amazing view of the mountains and lots of fresh air. The kitchen was small but useful, next to the hotel there was a restaurant where we had a Schnitzel and a Cordon Bleu, ex-ce-llent. The owner was also very kind and helped us when we couldn't find our key. In front of us we also had a forest, the dogs were so happy to wander all around. The city is just 6 minutes apart by car.

Spacious apartment in a lovely location outside of innsbruck with

Location was superb up on the edge of the forest with a fantastic playground in the trees for our young children. It was a bit of a hike from the bus stop with bags. Bus went into innsbruck centre every 20 mins and was always on time. The apartment was spacious and very clean.

It would have been good to have a few more bits of kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper, and some cleaning spray. We were unfortunate that the first night we arrived there was a wedding party in the restaurant below which was very loud until the early hours. But the rest of the evenings were very peaceful.

Beautiful location, lovely clean room with good views it was perfect. You can hike straight out of the door into the mountains including 2400m peaks so many trails nearby, the location is fantastic. There is a restaurant below that does great food and drink, what more could you ask for!

Really nice room. With lovely touches of sweets on the towels on arrival. Combined with the beautiful restaurant. Which served very tasty meals at lunch and dinner. All staff were very friendly.

Keep your expectation to low

Had an adjacent restaurant with good food and nice view from terrace .

We were to collect the Room key in person from the reception. But after arrival, had to wait for a long time in the reception as there was no one there. Tried to reach out over telephone on the number provided during booking and also one no mentioned in the reception, but got no response. After a long wait got the key well beyond the check in time of 3 PM. Subsequently for the whole stay of 2 days, could not find anyone in the reception and also struggled to get the basic service of some fresh Towels and or refill of coffee-pods , teabags for the subsequent days stays. Rooms are without window, only one door to adjacent balcony. Ventilation of the room was poor as there was no window but only one door to adjacent balcony. Beds are not very comfortable .

The view was spectacular from the balcony. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Was not aware of the restaurant on arrival and was directed to the bottom of the hill, quite a steep, lengthy walk back up. Once we understood the bus timetable the hill was no longer an issue.
