A nice house close to Innsbruck with some small things to improve

The location was in a village near Innsbruck ( 20 mins by car ). There was a very nice fireplace where we could spend our evening in a nice ambiance.

The internet connection wasn't good. The heating wasn't started, even though the owner told us that it would start if the temperature was below 10 degrees. Fortunately, we had the fireplace, but it wasn't able to heat the entire house

Wonderful Host in a Great Location, Very Accommodating

A wonderful host who truly went the extra mile! Arriving late after a long journey was stress-free thanks to their courteous key handover. We also appreciated the clear explanation of Austria's recycling system and the inviting warmth of the fire pit upon arrival.

Parking is available but if there are another guests it might be an issue. Location is on top of area (hill) and one way only … when we left, we faced a civil work is on going (excavation) and we had to for short time until the pause to let us pass through …

nice apartment in a strategic position

Apartment was sparkling clean: Kitchen has all the amenities you need for cooking. Bedrooms have enough space and living room is super big and comfortable for several people. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach the bus stop that take you to downtown and with the "Innsbruck welcome card" (provided by the host) it is free. Apartment is very quiet. Comfortable position to reach all the touristic points in the area. Near the bus stop there is also a supermarket and a restaurant.

there was nothing I didn't really like. Just the disposition of the rooms is kind of weird since you have to go through the bathroom or through one bedroom to reach the other 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is directly connected to the living room without any door (just a curtain). These 2 things are not real defects, they have just to be taken into account especially for long staying.

Great spacious house.

A great house, very spacious and the bedrooms were a great size. The hosts were really helpful and answered any questions that we had. Check in was seamless. The house was tidy and clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with everything we needed. Overall a really positive stay and we hope to be back in the future.

Kurztripp - super Landschaft

Schöne große Küche, verbunden mit dem Wohnzimmer. Die kleinen Sitzecken vor und hinter der Wohnung. Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Für 7 Leute ist ein Bad und 1 WC zu wenig. Zwei Durchgangszimmer zum schlafen muss man mögen. Für uns war es völlig ok, da wir alles eine Familie waren.

Sehr großes Apartment

Sehr groß, super eingerichtet (zum Beispiel verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Kochutensilien), nette Kommunikation. Es gäbe sogar einen Kamin mit Holz, zwei Terrassen, eine Waschmaschine, war wir alles nicht genutzt haben, aber es war da :-)

Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass nur fünf der acht Betten in zwei Schlafzimmern mit Tür sind. Für uns völlig ausreichend, aber zu acht, schlafen zwei hinter einem Vorhang und einer auf dem Flur.

Unkompliziert mit gutem Ausblick in ruhiger Lage

Ein echtes Platz Wunder. Wir hatten 2 Terassen dabei, richtig gemütlich zum draußen sitzen mit Blick auf die Berge. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell im Zentrum (fuhr bei uns alle 20 min.). Und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 10 min). Super ruhige Lage.

Die letzten paar Meter zur Unterkunft geht es etwas steiler hinauf, das sollte man beachten wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Wir sind am Abend dann mit dem Taxi heimgefahren weil wir uns das nach einem langen Tag ersparren wollten. Ging super gut und der Preis fürs Taxi war OK. Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht die neueste aber gut gepflegt und sauber.

Super schön und sauber! Sehr freundlich und alles was man braucht vorhanden! Sehr groß und locker für 8 Leute Platz. 15 Minuten zum Tivoli Stadion und 20 Minuten ins Innsbrucker Zentrum mit dem Auto. Einziges nennenswertes „Manko“ - nicht für gehbeeinträchtigte Urlauber da einige Stiegen zur Wohnung zu bewältigen sind und das Apartment am Ende eines steileren Hanges liegt.

Tolle Wohnung, gerne wieder

Ich bin eigentlich zu schreibfaul, alles positive aufzuschreiben, es mangelte einfach an nichts. Tolle Aussicht, sofortige Hilfe, entspannter Checkout. Bei anderen steht, dass das WLAN nur von 19 bis 21 Uhr verfügbar sei, das stimmt nicht (mehr), es ist nur in der unteren Wohnung nicht gleichmäßig gut. Wenn man morgens die Wohnung verlässt, dann sollte man vorsichtig sein, denn der Anblick der Nordkette ist atemberaubend. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Betten waren bequem, die Möbel auch, der Wohnraum ist komfortabel. Ich hoffe, dass ich im Sommer noch rechtzeitig buchen kann oder ob ich meinen Urlaub der Verfügbarkeit anpassen muss
