Підземна парковка з індивідуальними паркомісцем. Невелика, але дуже зручна та продумана квартира, обладнана абсолютно всім, чим тільки можна. Ідеальна чистота. Ідеальний стан меблів, сантехніки, побутової техніки та білизни.
Через те, що будинок знаходиться поруч з дорогою, трохи шумно. Немає кондиціонера, але його ніхто і не обіцяв.

Ce petit appartement est propre, confortable, situé à 3 minutes des transports en commun et offre un parking couvert, privé et gratuit. Il y a beaucoup de traffic dans la rue, mais les fenêtres sont très bien insonorisées. Les hôtes sont gentils et avenants, mais ils ne parlent pas anglais, la communication orale était difficile. Je suggère d’écrire sur une feuille en anglais les informations pertinentes.
Le bloc numéro 22, correspond à plusieurs appartements, observez bien le numéro de porte et le moyen de se rendre au logement depuis la rue. On a eu un peu de difficultés à trouver l’endroit. Nos hôtes nous attendaient dans le stationnement sous-terrain au numéro 18, mais cette information nous est parvenue en allemand peu après l’heure d’arrivée prévue.
