Good location, but appartment is worn down.

The appartment was spacious, nice location and views, easy access and close to public transport.

The appartment needs to be refreshed. A lot of appliances looked worn down (especially the dishwasher that did almost no washing and everything needed to be rewashed by hands). As the appartment had very limited cuttlery and dishes, that meant a lot of washing. The bed linen and blankets were terrible, worn out fabric, very synthetic and unpleasant (the host did not agree to change or provide an alternative) and there were no extra blankets available. In general the place has a lot of potential, but is not properly kept up.

Lovely balcony with view of mountains. Free public transport with Innsbruck card organised by host. Good location in centre of Igls. Spotlessly clean.

Nice stay in Innsbruck quite area; good service to reach city and extremely kind host Monika: top!

Nice appartment in a peaceful area. Space in the house was extremely good. Small supermarket very closed and bus station with high frequency bus availability. Nice train station for trip into the forest to Innsbruck

a little bit out from city center life, but nobody can transalte the village: it's an high value geographical compromise

Cozy apartment in a perfect location!

The location was perfect, the apartment was very comfortable, and the host was incredibly helpful and friendly! It is a perfect jumping off point for skiing at Patscherkofel (10 min by bus, which is 2 minutes from the apartment) or for accessing any of the other mountains by bus (public transport is very easy and frequent and everyone uses it!). The apartment is also very close to a pharmacy, a grocery store, a little bakery, cute little shops, a few restaurants, plus lovely little paths to walk. We really enjoyed staying in Igls, which had a lovely low-key atmosphere, while also having the ability to easily and quickly make it into Innsbruck to explore/enjoy other restaurants, etc. and then easily take the bus home (they run basically every 15 minutes).

Disappointed

We stayed this apartment for the 3rd time for our ski vacation. I gave 10 points the last time. The apartment is big and conveniently located. The communication with the owner was smooth.

After a few years from our last stay here, the facility got really old. The sofa was kind of dirty and the dish washer was broken. The glasses were a random collection. Fir only 3 Euro the owner could buy 6 glasses from IKEA. Not really nice.

Needs renovation of W/C and bathing area. The bathroom is partly newly renovated but the shower area is old and unclean with traces of mould. The W/C is separate and needs renovation of floor and W/C

Spacious clean apartment.

Large spacious unit which worked well with our teenage children. Clean, and well equipped kitchen. Location is a little out of town but the bus is super easy to catch to Innsbruck, so was not a problem. Monica had our tourist cards ready for us when we arrived. The supermarket underneath was very convenient.

The blankets were too thin. Thus, i needed to wear a jumper to bed, and the lounge was too hard.

Superb

We liked the location. Easy and quick to travel from Innsbruck center by bus. Apartment was clean, spacious and Monika very helpful. Grocery store in the same building with good selection of products. Good price-quality ratio.

Beds in the second bedroom and additional bed not very comfortable for adults and longer stay. Smell of tobacco was awful inside the building, fortunately the apartment didn't smell at all (there's probably not much that Monika can do about this issue).

Everything You have everything you need , close to the city ( via bus J ,station 50m, from accommodation ). Very comfortable , two bedroom and large living room . Kitchen equipped with everything , but really everything ! Washing machine ( with cups for washing ). Yuu have nespresso maschine with few cups. WiFi = PERFECTION Private parking space Furniture - nothing special but very good , everything you need . Owner very polite... All recommendations

Very lovely HUGE apartment, so much space for everyone. Stunning views from every window. Excellent grocery shop underneath. Bus to skiing and to Innsbruck and ski rental shop very close by.

The location was great. Even though apartment is not in Innsburck, but in a village next by, the communication by public transport is easy and fast. Apartment itself is spacious and cozy. The host was super friendly and helpful. Definately would stay here again. 10/10👍

It is not far from the bus stop to the city center. The place was very clean and spacious. The kitchen has all the equipment you need. Monika was very friendly and helpful.

A real Tirol experience, quiet apartment with beautiful scenery

Clean and spacious apartment - 2 bedrooms plus large living room. 1 bathroom, 1 toilet Kitchen well stocked Beautiful view of mountains from all windows Balcony for fresh air Easy reserved free parking close to the apartment Igls is a lovely little town/suburb of innsbruck. Small ski slope 5 mins walk from the apartment and family run ski shop on the same street where we could hire a sled for the day. Apartment is above a Spar supermarket for all essentials. We spent most of our two days here so only went in to downtown Innsbruck for half a day. 2 sets of keys given Host provided us with some bus tickets and discount vouchers for local attractions to get to downtown innsbruck. Host very punctual and greets on arrival and departure to show you around property.

Very good and comfortable!

The host is very helpful and kind. We met her at the house and she had prepared for us Innsbruck welcome card which we can get some offers at the spots in Innsbruck as well as the public transport ticket travel to the city. The location is good that the bus station is very near and a supermarket is just stone’s throw away. Also the house is very clean and well-equipped. Overall, we very enjoyed our stay and thank you Monika.

Gute Lage, um ein paar Tage Innsbruck und Umgebung zu erkunden!

Die Möglichkeit mit dem Bus im 10 Minuten Takt kostenfrei in die Innenstadt von Innsbruck zu kommen war klasse. Auch die Waldbahn Linie 6 war ein tolles Erlebnis.

Das Badezimmer hatte leider kein Fenster und der Abzug war nur mäßig - deshalb hat es im Bad etwas unangenehm gerochen.

Emplacement très bien. Le village est petit mais charmant.

La literie est très usée et les lits sont moyennement confortable. Les 2 lits simples conviennent pour les enfants. Cela devrait être mentionné car peu convenable pour des adultes. Dans un premier temps, de changer la douillette pour une plus grande pourrait régler le problème. Le fauteuil dans le salon est très sale et ne donne pas envie de s'y asseoir. La cafetière coule sur le comptoir et perds toute son eau. L'appartement est vaste et bien éclairé. Les salles de bain sont parfaites.
