Ferienwohnung-Apartment Monika in Innsbruck-Igls

Monika is a great host who came to greet us at the car park and then showed us around the apartment. The place was bigger than what we expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable big bed, lots of storage, close to small town that's just around the corner. After giving the hired car back we used the bus to get into the city. The bus stop was about 5 mins away. The balcony was a fair size that got plenty of sun.. It was a lovely place to stay.

The apartment was on a main road so could hear traffic noise up to about 10 p.m

The appartment was spacious, nice location and views, easy access and close to public transport.

The appartment needs to be refreshed. A lot of appliances looked worn down (especially the dishwasher that did almost no washing and everything needed to be rewashed by hands). As the appartment had very limited cuttlery and dishes, that meant a lot of washing. The bed linen and blankets were terrible, worn out fabric, very synthetic and unpleasant (the host did not agree to change or provide an alternative) and there were no extra blankets available. In general the place has a lot of potential, but is not properly kept up.
