Beautiful spot within easy reach of Innsbruck

Space, view from the balcony. Good kitchen and a parking space. Great communication and instructions from the host.

All very good. Parking spot was a little tricky to fit an SUV into.

Nothing not to like, though the second room is on the small side for 2 teenagers! Not a problem though for us!

- The bathroom is new and very nice. - The living room is comfortable. - The main bed room is big enough.

- The dishwasher was not working. - The fridge did not cool enough. The food got almost to the room temperature overnight and the ice in the freezer melted. There was another small fridge without a freezer in the storage room, so I used it instead. - The parking is located across the street and you have to first go 5-6 steps down (no lighting equipment) to the apartment entrance, so it was a lot of work to bring the skis in and out everyday. - The ceiling is low. I hit my head two times on the way upstairs (I am 158cm tall). - The second bed room is tiny. This room has a second mattress under the bed (like a drawer). This room is good for one person, or maybe one night for two persons, but two persons for longer stay would be really uncomfortable. It was my forth ski vacation in this area, and the other apartments with same budget were better.

Nette Unterkunft zwei essentiellen Abstrichen.

Super freundlich und unkompliziert bei der Ankunft. Johanna erklärte alles und gab uns de hinterlegen Schlüssel, obwohl ich die Mail mit sämtlichen Infos bekam, aber nicht gelesen hatte. Zur Abreise habe ich mich auch noch um eine Stunde vertan und wir sind zu spät ausgezogen. Es war sauber, duftete gut und der Kater hatte genug Platz. Die Einrichtung als solche war auch gut und reichte für unsere Bedürfnisse. In der Küche war viel vorhanden, dass man sonst selten schon vorfindet. Das Auto steht unter dem Dach gut geschützt vor Frust und Schnee.

Unser Bett im Schlafzimmer ging gar nicht. Die Matratzen sind völlig durchgelegen oder extrem weich. Wenn wir uns reinlegten, sind wir bestimmt 10 cm eingesunken und hatten wie eine Wand zwischen uns und Rückenschmerzen nun auch. Auf die Couch konnten wir leider nicht ausweichen. Für uns war das das wichtigste der Unterkunft, da wir früh raus sind und erst abends zurück waren und nach der Dusche gleich ins Bett sind. Die Treppe wird zwar in der Mail erwähnt, aber wenn sie so extrem glatt und kurz ist, sollte man besser mit Antirutschbelägen arbeiten. Unser Sohn (17 J.) ist 2x runtergestürzt.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus, das seinen Preis wert ist. Für Hundehalter nur bedingt tauglich.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ideal für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie. Bei kleinen Kindern könnte die steile und glatte Treppe zum Problem werden.

Hunde sind im Haus erlaubt. Es muss aber beachtet werden: In der näheren Umgebung gibt es keinen geeigneten Gassi-Platz, so dass es im Urlaub nötig ist, den Tag mit einer kurzen Autotour zu beginnen.

Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht, inkl. eines wunderschönen Ausblicks auf die Berge vom Schlafzimmer aus. Die Kommunikation war super, alles war gut und verständlich erklärt! Man ist super schnell in Innsbruck, wir haben alles mit dem E-Bike gemacht. :-) Der Ort selbst und auch Innsbruck sind traumhaft!

Der Parkplatz war leider für unser Auto zu klein. Die Vermieterin war so nett und hat sich um einen Parkplatz bei einem 300m entfernt liegenden Hotel gekümmert, den wir aber noch einmal extra bezahlen mussten. Für das Auto ein- und ausräumen sollte man aufgrund der Treppen zur Unterkunft fit sein.

Location en bord de route sur laquelle il y a pas mal de circulation Rideaux pas du tout occultants Indications de la propriétaire (pour trouver le logement) peu précis et uniquement en allemand Douche mal conçue : eau qui sort par les joints quand on se douche, on retrouve des flaques d'eau dans la salle de bain Rez de chaussée bas de plafond Location très chère pour ce que c'est et pour l'emplacement (c'est a Mutters et non à Innsbruck) Le rapport qualité / prix n'y est pas
