Don't prefer it, wasted money and unacceptable behavior.

Only that I saw in Austria along with the people I interacted with who were impeccable, nothing from the residence, as the behavior in what I reported in writing to the owner was unacceptable with the sole aim of not losing the money I gave, and it was too much for 6 nights. Everything I encountered needs to be reported to the competent courts of Austria.

Complaints: I want to inform you about the accommodation that it is not as you have rated it. Access is difficult and unacceptable next to an airport with flight noise. The parking lot without lighting does not fit the car, you hit the irons, wood is hanging, etc. Entrance into the mold and smell, dangerous stairs without good lighting. Internally, an effort has been made but: the sheet was dirty, there were no sheets, dust in many places in the wardrobes, the wardrobes smell, a storage room in the living room that smelled, the floor creaks, a step in the room and the living room, & the front door. The heating is average, the internet does not work properly low speed, washing machine does not work nor was there detergent. There were no shampoo and shower gel. So it is not worth the money I paid, if I could I would change it for another immediately? I await your update. I have also taken photos. Also bare power cables stuck above coffee maker, toaster. risk of electric shock. Also propane gas bottle back inside the garage next to my car. He also asks in a note for 36€ to leave. I inform you that I am alone, it is 18€ although I told you it is not worth it.

Excellent stay, no complaints whatsoever

The flat was spotless, had everything you need for a stay, and in a stunning location. Having a parking space allotted was a real bonus as parking in Innsbruck is tricky and you have to pay almost everywhere no matter how far out of the city you are. Also, you are only a 5 minute walk from the bus/tram stop which takes you direct in 10 minutes into the city centre.

Family choice for Innsbruck!

Great communication with the host! Spotless clean and warm apartment! Attention to details, has everything for a comfortable stay and discovering Tyrol. Really nice neighbourhood with lots of interesting locations and conveniences nearby (highly recommended Phil’s Diner around the corner - best burgers in Austria). We loved our nice stay in Innsbruck and would recommend this unit to other groups!

Check-out at 10:00 felt a little early, since we stayed with a baby. Would be desirable at 11:00 or 12:00 like at hotels.

Besser geht's kaum 👍

Perfekte 'Homebase' zum Erkunden von Innsbruck und Umgebung. Wunderbar, herrlich gelegene Wohnung, die allen Standard den man sich nur wünschen kann erfüllt. Sauber, modern und absolut ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Unser Vermieter Harald hat an alles gedacht und ist auch immer erreichbar. Zur Straßenbahn sind es 5-7 Minuten Fußmarsch und die fahren in kurzen Intervallen. Hier ist während des Aufenthaltes die 'Welcome Card' inklusive. Wir empfehlen aus unserer Erfahrung heraus, die 'Innsbruck Card' für 3 Tage zu kaufen. Kostet 89€ und hat sich eigentlich schon am ersten Tag amortisiert. Genaue Infos gibt es natürlich im Internet. Wir haben die knappe Woche sehr genossen und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft, der Lage und natürlich mit unserem Vermieter. Vielen Dank Harald Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
