Overall, perfect location to spend peaceful and quality time.

The house was big, spacious, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The tram station is within walking distance, though the road has a slight incline, so be prepared. The owner was friendly and welcoming :)

Beautiful location and views. Christine met us on arrival and we had good communication beforehand. Innsbruck welcome cards were very handy for the trams and discounts. Very clean and safe. Easy to travel to places we wanted to visit on the tram and walking.

Beautiful House in beautiful surrounds with amazing local walks

Beautiful views from most rooms. Very spacious. living areas.Great to have a coffee pod machine with pods included and a dishwasher. Was lovely and warm.

No washing machine to use, no soap or shower gel provided.If staying more than 2 nights, it is inconvenient not having access to a washing machine.Paying cash is also really annoying as we then had to pay lots of withdrawal fees when withdrawing from the local ATM.

Superb

The apartment is located in a couple of minutes of walk from the center of Mutters. The location is very convenient also for those who want to ski - the lift (Muttereralm) is even visible from the window. The tram station is close enough to reach Innsbruck easily. There is also a bakery nearby that offers a large selection of bread. The apartment is rather large and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay in Mutters. Hosts were friendly and responsive and we appreciate it.

As already mentioned multiple times, the bathroom is't convenient. You have to hold the shower with one hand to bathe. A shower cabin would be a good solution. One of the streets was under construction and closed for driving. The navigator failed to find an alternative way, and we spent some time to find the bypass road through Natters.

A perfect apartment to stay in, 5 minutes to the tram that takes you to Innsbruck, 10 minute walk to the ski area. Really well equipped, quiet and lovely surroundings in a great village. We would gladly return :)

Excellent apartment but a car is required to enjoy its great view and location

Great quiet location close to a tram and cablecar station. We found everything we needed for selfcatering excepting a BBQ grill. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

We would have liked to BBQ but found no griĺĺ. There were no facilities to keep a 5-year old child in our party occupied.

Appartamento comodo a pochi minuti dalla fermata per Insbruck centro

Casa accogliente, molto grande e perfettamente adatta a ospitare comodamente due coppie. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e attenta, fa davvero di tutto per farti sentire a tuo agio durante il soggiorno. Molto comodo il posto auto incluso e, ancora meglio, l’alloggio comprendeva anche una welcome card con abbonamento ai mezzi pubblici. La casa si trova a circa sette minuti a piedi dalla fermata del tram, con una corsa ogni mezz’ora che porta direttamente al centro di Innsbruck in circa venti minuti. Unica attenzione: i pagamenti sono accettati solo in contanti. Consigliatissimo!

Leggero odore di animali (c'è un allevamento vicino). Rigorosamente solo all'esterno e non impatta sul confort della casa.

Die Lage ist hervorragend für einen Ausflug nach Innsbruck, da die Strassenbahn und der Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Auch für Wanderungen in die Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf Berge, Seilbahn, Kühe und Kapelle

Es war alles bezaubernd. In unmittelbarer Entfernung fuhr die Straßenbahn (Stubaitalbahn) vorbei, Kühe mit bimmelnden Glocken standen nicht weit entfernt, eine niedliche Kapelle stand unmittelbar vorm Haus, der Blick in die Berge und auf die Muttereralmbahn waren begeisternd.

Die Anfahrt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war aufgrund von Bauarbeiten etwas schwierig. Aber gleich nach der Ankunft war alles klar. Nockhofweg/Muttereralm heißt auch die Haltestelle der Stubaitalbahn.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön groß, gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem. Dank des schönen Wetters konnten wir auch oft vom Balkon aus die herrliche Landschaft genießen. Das Landhaus Peer ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Man erreicht in wenigen Minuten den Bäcker oder auch einen Hofladen mit Selbstbedienung. Die Umgebung bietet unzählige tolle Ausflugs- bzw Wanderziele, gerade auch für Kinder. Frau Peer ist sehr freundlich und offen. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Fantastyczny, spokojny apartament w Tyrolu

Bardzo miła Pani Gospodyni. Wygodne łóżka. Funkcjonalna kuchnia i łazienka. Bardzo duże, wygodne mieszkanie, duży taras, gdzie można posiedzieć w cieniu. Fantastyczne widoki, co chwila chce się popatrzeć przez okno na górskie krajobrazy (na południu w stronę Mutteralm, na północ w stronę Nordkette). Jest bardzo spokojnie i cicho, ponieważ dom nie jest przy głównej szosie, więc można naprawdę wypocząć. Z balkonu można obserwować pasące się w oddali krowy oraz latające ptaki, np. kanie rude. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: 5 minut pieszo do stacji STB (tramwaju do Innsbrucka lub do doliny Stubai), 7 minut do przystanku autobusowego. 15 minut spacerem do stacji kolejki linowej Mutteralm. Bardzo przystępna cena. W dodatku dostaliśmy od Pani Gospodyni kartę Innsbruck Welcome Card Plus, dzięki czemu mogliśmy za darmo jeździć wszystkimi środkami transportu w Innsbrucku i w okolicach oraz raz wjechać i zjechać wybraną koleją linową. Reasumując, to jedno z najładniejszych miejsc do spędzenia urlopu, w jakim byłem w życiu.

fantastisk beliggenhed, med uovertruffent venlig ejer med velkomstgave og hele tiden god service. kan absolut anbefales til alle. at der ud over velkomstgaven var en ekstra turist-gave med adgang til kabelbaner og tog var kun ekstra og blev bestemt benyttet 😀

intet! men lidt ærgerlig over at vi ikke vidst hvordan vi skulle sortere affald og hvor vi skulle gøre af det.
