Stunning view and cozy apartment

Lovely stay! The apartment is huge. Stunning view from the balcony. It was sad to leave this place. The apartment is clean and has everything you need, even a complete kitchen with a few amenities as coffee and juice. The host shared maps and guides as well, which we used a lot! Easy to park and ride, close to Innsbruck. There is a supermarket in a 10 minute walking distance.

Amazing!

The apartment is a truly gem. We traveled every day in every part of the Tyrol, and that balcony was our relaxing place. Te eat a delicious kaiserschmarrn in the morning with that beautiful view…. Mrs Kendra is an amazing host, she helped us with everything. We had our Welcome Card for public transport and cable cars, we are grateful for this stay.

Exceptional

We spent three nights at Karlshof. The apartman was far better than expected, fully equiped with evertything we needed - even an electric grill on the balcony! As we were there with our son they also left some nice toys for him which we found really nice gesture. The location is superb you may relax and enjoy the nature but if you want you can reach Inssbruck downtown in ten minutes. Absolutely recommended!

Location, OMG, breathtaking views over the mountains and the city of Innsbruck. Also barely about 10 minutes drive to the city center. Kendra our host, such a nice and pleasant lady. Very warm welcome, so helpful and kind. Bedroom, living room, toilet were all of very high quality. Kitchen fully equipped.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with a magnificent view

We stayed 6 days and were very lucky with the weather: a thick layer of fresh snow fell on the first day and it was sunny the following days. The location is great, with a beautiful view on the valley and surrounding mountains. It is great starting point to go for a walk using the path next to the house and going up in the mountain. Our host Kendra was very friendly, discreet and thoughtful, she left us documents with plenty of useful tips in the living room. The apartment itself is spacious, bigger than it looks on the pictures, and also classier. It is a very relaxing place, comfortable and practical. Quality is there in every detail. We enjoyed it so much that it was hard for us to leave this place :) Really recommended, we will be back!

Welcoming, modern, apartment with valley views and a friendly host made us feel very at home

All was perfectly taken care of, and more than that. The apartment was clean, spacey, modern, with a balcony with great views over the valley and a very nice apartment with all amenities needed, all in perfect condition. The host was friendly, welcoming and helpful in providing directions and information on activities in the area and beyond. Even a nice welcome present was there upon arrival. Great!

Wonderful magical place

A true surprise of how thoughtful and caring the householders are. Its been a wonderful experience- As much consideration was put to ensure maximum convenience and great experience for the guests. The apartment feels new, very clean and modern.The children were thrilled to find box games awaiting for them, and Cendra is a special owner- Helped us a lot with any question. Insbruck card was also provided. We highly recommend this place that gave us the best experience in a long tour through Austria.

Beautiful apartment

Great, spacious apartment with beautiful balcony. The kitchen was small but good (no oven). The beds were very comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and made check-in/check-out very easy. We had a rental car to explore but also found using the buses into Innsbruck city center were really easy to navigate. Only about 15-20min bus and you are in the heart of the city.

They do not take credit cards, but was not a problem for us.

Foi um dos lugares mais incríveis que fiquei. Apartamento completo com sala, cozinha, varanda, banheiro e com todos os itens necessários para cozinhar. Os anfitriões são muito atenciosos e tiveram cuidado com todos os detalhes. Tinha até lixeira antiodor que é maravilhoso para quem viaja com bebê e precisa trocar muitas fraldas. Os anfitriões nos serviram café da manhã direto da fazenda a um custo e nos entregaram vegetais da horta própria. Foi tudo perfeito. Já queremos voltar mais vezes.

De ir embora, pois queria ter ficado mais tempo. Lugar sensacional para descanso e paz. Foi tudo maravilhoso, recomendo fortemente.
