El apartamento está muy bien, cómodo, renovado, con todo lo necesario. Hay poca luz y no mucha ventilación porque es un semisótano pero incluso haciendo mucho calor fuera, no hemos pasado calor ni por el día ni por la noche, así que todo bien. Buena ubicación, con varios tranvías directos al centro en unos 20 min
Algo ruidoso el dormitorio porque la ventana da a la calle con coches. Faltaría un microondas.
