Comfortable and affordable

Nice and spacious basement loft. Located a bit on the outskirts, but with easy access to public transport. The neighborhood is clean and friendly, and the host was always available (through chat or phone). Shopping is in easy walking distance. Bonus: I was able to charge my EV overnight at a very fair price.

The parking (which is priced reasonably at 5€ per night) was a little confusing, but we got it sorted out. The flooring in some parts of the room was a little uneven.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this property.

The host is very helpful and friendly. The location is nice and the parking place is just at the doorstep. The property is well cleaned and there is a lot of space. The bath is large and in very good condition. The baby cot was provided.

There is actually one bedroom with actual privacy. However, this is very small and a bit claustrophobic. The second bedroom is actually refers to a double bed placed in the living area and separated from the sofa by a half-wall.

The fact that is advertised as a two bedroom apartent but is actually a one bedroom (very small Bedroom) and the second bed (very uncomfortable bed) is in the main room, it is downstairs and no security if you want fresh air in the apartment. I wouldn't recommend.

Tram stop on doorstep, group-friendly, and quiet!

My family enjoyed the proximity to Innsbruck, and the quietness of the area. It's a very convenient location - the tram stop is nearly in front of the door. The decor is very fun and welcoming - altogether a very well-priced stay. Considering how many people could actually sleep here if needed, it's a very useful space. The communication with the host was great - there was something stuck about the coffee machine, and although he was ill he had someone come by within ten minutes to get us a working machine. Very communicative. Recommended especially if you don't care to stay in the old town, and if you are travelling in a group!

The bed in the closed off room was a little lumpy, one of us said there to be a loose spring in the mattress. Still great value for money in Innsbruck, but this should be fixed.

Not clean. Bad costumer service.

Location

Dusty floors. Bedding smell dirty. We had to vacuum the apartment. Even when we paid for cleaning the owner very rude yell to us, because we didn’t do the dishes… not recommended at all!

We truly enjoyed the property! A few things could’ve been made for convenience but overall we enjoyed our stay!

We loved the uniqueness of the property and the cleanliness! It was so stylish and cute. The location was great - enough out of the center of the town but you could pop on the tram and hit the center or walk a bit and find necessities at the DM or whatever.

On the listing, there was mention of a pull out couch as one of the beds. The couch was nice, but there were no linens to go with it and we couldn’t find any notes of where they’d be. We looked throughout and never found any. We compromised and made it work, but it would’ve been nice to dress the bed. There also wasn’t any laundry detergent provided, but we went and bought some pods and all was good!

Artifacts apartment cum mint stay home

The apartment was okay in Keller , too much of decorations but no microwave oven, dish washer was there but no pods for cleaning, washing machine without cleaning materials, no sugar ,no oil, coffee machine was there but pods was on payment basis, NO FREE parking 🅿️ eur5 per night proof in pic . Check description in English very difficult to understand as with code owner said press four digits and da which was not there . It's in basement . When you open the front door all dirt goes inside with wind. Lastly one sitting area at the back where next door guest come and pee, smell of pee is there you can't sit .

No facilities for cooking, cleaning and no toiletries like shower gel, shampoo etc,yes van fine wine for 12 eur each and coffee rate list for 20 cents but no pods . Don't how people have rated it 9

Good but could have been better.

The house, in general, is really very decorated. The option of having many beds definitely helped. The location was really good with an excellent view of the Alps right across the street.

A couple of things actually. First, I never understood how the heaters work, maybe a manual help. NO coffee or sugar was provided (which I feel is the minimum a host could do). The tap in the kitchen was leaking. I had to work hard to get it closed. The beds were clean but one of the beds had pet hair. Dangerous if you are allergic. I still did not understand why I had to pay parking charges when the post said the parking was included.

Nice Apartment in convenient Location

Very spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed for our short stay, although would be comfortable for a longer stay as well! Nicely furnished and updated. Conveniently Located nearby a tram stop to easily get to and from the city. parking right outside the apt for 5€/day which was nice to have.

The unit did get pretty warm at night, no AC offered but did have two fans available to use which we appreciated.

Disappointing

the parking place was safe next to the building. The apartment design is nice.

The instructions to get the key were confusing because the placement of the box next to the door on the picture the host sent to me differed from what we saw in reality. The picture showed the box on the right side from the door. But in reality, the box was on the left side from the door. We passed that door many times, and couldn't find were to get the key. Finally, we decided to try that door, and it worked. The apartment wasn't cleaned up before our arrival. The table was dirty. The floor was covered with dust, and under the beds was a lot of dust. I am not sure if the linens were cleaned up. The floor between the rooms is broken. If you have little kids, they could fall because of the uneven floors. The door in the kitchen is a door to another apartment, I guess... we woke up at 7 am because of the loud noise at the door. I thought, somebody entered our apartment, but it was the loud noise from that door. I paid the cleaning fee, but upon my arrival, however, I saw the instructions that I have to get out all the trash from the apartment before leaving.

This was a fun, comfortable place to relax after a long day of sight-seeing.

Several comfortable beds, spacious apartment. Use of a washing machine and kitchen was perfect for our needs. We loved the decor of this property and the hosts were great. Lots of communication with them before and after the trip. Reliable wifi, and two TV's for a family movie night after touring all day.

Located a little far from attractions in Innsbruck. Had to pay to park, and one of the neighbors complained to us because of where we were within the lot (nothing is marked as reserved). Apartment is below a busy restaurant, so it did get a little noisy.

A nice and tidy apartment with good amenities close to the city centre

A pretty good apartment overall. The facilities available were good ie kitchen, oven, coffee machine. The bathroom was good, hot water and water pressure was excellent. Tv and netflix worked fine, WIFI was good. Although I didn’t use public transport, there was a tram stop outside the apartment. Location was a 10 min drive to city centre, and shops were moments away. Parking was available outside the front door for 5 euros daily. I noticed a nice smoking area outside the back door private to the apartment.

The property advertised having a washing machine, which was one of the reasons I booked. After a week traveling elsewhere, I arrived with no clean clothes and needed to find a laundromat in the city. The apartment is located under a kebab shop, sometimes the noise from the shop could be heard in the apartment. Also, the kitchen had a non-access door to the business above, and whenever the washing machine in that room was used, the noise was quite loud in the apartment. I will potentially stay here again, but I like to write accurate reviews for those who take reviews into account when making a booking.

L appartamento è molto carino e ben arredato e soprattutto ben riscaldato. Le indicazioni per il check in semplici e precise. In 10 minuti di macchina sei in centro.

Punto negativo la pulizia..sembrava pulito ma quando abbiamo toccato la televisione era sporchissima c'era un tappeto di polvere!!gli asciugamani abbastanza usurati e non c era un kit di benvenuto...neanche una camomilla o un the. Inoltre l appartamento va bene per 4 e non per 5 perché sul divano giallo non ho chiuso occhio, troppo duro,mi è venuto mal di schiena e mal di testa con quei cuscini inesistenti di piuma. Nella descrizione parla di 2 camere da letto ma in realtà la camera è una sola piccolissima ,l altro letto matrimoniale è nella sala con una semplice divisoria bassa dal divano giallo.

BEL APPARTEMENT EN SOUS-SOL (DOMMAGE) - ANNONCE PLUS EXPLICITE A REFAIRE

L'appartement est correctement meublé, assez grand et il ne manque rien. La salle de bains est très bien aussi, belle douche. La décoration est surprenante mais très sympathique. Très grande table pour manger, cuisine bien équipée.

Par contre, nous avons été très surpris de nous retrouver en sous-sol, le propriétaire nous a dit que c'était pourtant bien mentionné !!! Kellerloft voulant dire loft en sous-sol, on ne le savait pas, ce n'était pas très clair pour nous. Par ailleurs, il est mentionné sur l'annonce appartement 2 Chambres, ce n'était pas du tout le cas, la 2ème chambre étant un espace situé au fond du salon, sans porte et séparation. Quand il s'agit d'une famille cela ne pose pas de problème mais entre couples, il y a un manque d'intimité certain. La vraie chambre est vraiment toute petite, pas de table de nuit, rien pour ranger ses affaires, on peut à peine y bouger, c'est dommage car le reste est bien. Deux chaises étaient cassées également et le lave-vaisselle non débarassé...

Spazi grandi e confortevoli, ben riscaldati, bagno grande, molto comodo e ben funzionante (che non è una cosa scontata!) Cucina ben fornita. ערבוב של פלוסים ומינוסים. דירה שיכולה להתאים לשהייה של לילה אחד, אך לא הייתי נשארת בה לשהות ממושכת.

המקלחת ממש טובה, המטבח מאובזר מצוין, כלי אוכל יפים וציוד כמו שמן, מלח וכו. עיצוב הדירה מגניב. התקשורת עם בעל הדירה היתה נוחה ועניין הצ'ק אין וצ'ק אאוט והחניה היה קל.

מעט אור בדירה, בשל היותה במרתף. דלת המקלחת לא נסגרת טוב, צריך ממש לטרוק וזה מפריע לאנשים שישנים. מקום הלינה לאדם החמישי היה בפינה ליד מקרר, על מיטה נפתחת לא נוחה. רעש מהשכנים בערב בדירה מעל מאוד הפריע לשינה.
