warm, amazing views, top floor apartment

The location was perfect, it was right outside the tram line. The instructions were very clear and the apartment was clean and cozy.

The stairs to go up was harder and steeper than expected but it was a minor issue. There is moss on the balcony that may be slippery and a loose connection on the electrical circuit in the bathroom. But overall, it wasn't anything we didn't like because if you look outside the balcony Innbruck is amazing and the apartment is well equipped. We enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful Mountain View, Big Apartment, Host could've been more responsive

- location with Mountain view - big rooms with comfy beds - good location (well connected) - host was willing to prepare sth for our anniversary

- no lift (2n floor, tiny staircase) - still 25min to Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof - the host didn't read our messages properly and prepared wine and flowers which we didn't ask for (we also don't drink and he thought he should buy it for us and we would pay him when we just asked for sth free of cost to suprise the other person) - the host barely answered our messages (we asked 3 times on the same day if they can suggest us a mini-hike and to this day we didn't get a response, calls were declined) - Kurtaxe was another 3€ per person per night and only after we asked we were given the option of paypal instead of leaving the exact amount in cash

Good stay

I really loved this apartment! The location is perfect very close to the city center and public transport. The place has such a great vibe, and the view of the mountains is beautiful. We especially enjoyed having breakfast outside on the patio/balcony. Also, the bed was incredibly comfortable probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

the staircase is quite narrow and there’s no lift, so it can be a bit challenging if you’re bringing large or heavy luggage. But overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Apartment with the most amazing view from the balcony

Great apartment with the most amazing view from the balcony. You can find there all Kitchen staff that you can need. The apartment has 2 bedrooms + a sleeping couch, which also made our stay as a family very comfortable. Parking place just right next to the door. Great grocery store in 5-7 min walk.

We didn't liked that the second Balcony, where you can have morning sun, was closed (no access). Sleeping couch in the living room, unfortunately, when opened, was not clean, so I needed extra take a new bed sheet. And I also think, that the tax for 3kg small dog is too high.

Good base of operations for an Innsbruck visit

The property was in good shape and well-located next to the Innsbruck tram. Everything was as described in the listing. Parking was available for an extra fee. Convenient location if you drive a car to Innsbruck. Owner was responsive and provided photos that helped with getting to and entering the apartment. Owner helped with a maintenance item right away.

Not very close to the old town area, and there were only a handful of restaurants nearby, so it wasn't the most walkable neighborhood. Water heater capacity was a bit low for the advertised number of people. There were 5 of us and we had to split up showers between morning and evening.

Specious, well equipped, terrace views, great host.

Location is brilliant only 150 meters away from the tram station which takes you directly to the center. Nearby shops in a walking distance like supermarkets, doner joints, restaurants. Walkable areas and parks. Science view from the terrace. Mike is a great host and very responsive throught whatsapp we reponded to our request quickly and solve the problem I had.

There are no elevators and the stairs were narrow and steep which make it challenging to take your luggage as the apartment in floor 2. Sound of tram until midnight.

Good location and view

We stayed here as a family for 2 nights. Rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was very useful. The terrace is big and it was pleasant to spend time with the view. Access to the city center was easy. There is a train station in the immediate vicinity of the house and you can reach the city center with a 15-minute journey.

Enjoyable

Cleanliness - Communication with the owner - The view, the beds (from the bedroom), the kitchen equipment (but come with your own supplies) - The tram station is very close

The sofa was not very comfortable for sleeping - In the morning, there was a bit of smell in the bathroom (probably because of some building infrastructure problem) - No wardrobe or a small place to hang the outdoors clothes

The stairs up to the apartment were difficult to use, especially for kids, and when carried your luggage up.

Perfect apartment: comfortable, clean, well decorated, and convinient location

Spacious and comfortable apartment. You have great mountain view from the balcony. The host was not in the city, but communicate with me efficiently through message. All instructions to get the key and parking are detailed and easy to follow (and yes, in English). From in front of the building, tram route 2 and 5 (very frequent) goes directly to the city center. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants within easy walking distance. If you do not use the paid parking, it is usually easy to find a free street parking space in early evening.

L’ampio spazio, la vista sulle montagne. Erano presenti differenti utensili e strumenti casalinghi (lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, phone, lavatrice, bollitore, tostapane).

Qualche asciugamano in più può essere utile. I cuscini per dormire non sono molto comodi per chiunque.

Große komfortable Wohnung, mit ausreichend Platz. Die Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehrsverbund ist super und der Blick auf die Nordkette genial.

Das Zustellbett war sehr unbequem und hart. Es gab einen üblen Geruch aus dem Bad, die Lüftung hat auch nicht funktioniert. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, dicker Staub auch auf den Bilderrahmen und die Küchenausstattung bräuchte eine Grundreinigung.

Innsbruck ist eine tolle Stadt zum enddecken. Hafelecar und Bergisel ein muss.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren super. Die Terasse war auch schön. Mann kommt mit dem Tram überall hin.

Wir hatten Mühe die Türe zu öffenen. Man sollte erwähnen, dass man die Türe wieder etwas zuziehen muss nach der Schlüsselumdrehung. Mussten sehr lange probieren, da wir dieses Schloss so nicht kannten. Das dritte Bett in einem Zimmer war nur ein Notbett und das Zimmer zu klein für drei Personen. So haben wir das Sofa in der Wohnküche umgebetet. Da war leider die Madratze und Ueberzug nass uns schmutzig.

Aktiv semester i Innsbruck!

Vi var familjen på 3, jag och 2 vuxna barn, och vi hade fantastisk tid i Innsbruck. Lägenheten ligger i ett lungt rural området, men väldigt bra förbindelserna till centrala stadsdelen. Det tar ungerfär 25 minuter tid med spårvagn att komma till Altstadt med tillgång till färdmedel vad man bara vill! På en halvtimme kan man komma till vilda skogen från stadens kärna. Lägenheten är stor, bra utrustat och har alla faciliteter man behöver inkluderat stor altan med utsikt över Nordkette! Besökte museer, natur, restauranger, kulturarrangemang. Schloss Ambras, Arzler Alm, Tiroler Abend Familie Gundolf, ....

Tolle Aufenthalt in Innsbruck

Die Unterkunft ist in einer schönen Lage im zweiten Stock. Und dann hat es einen Dönerladen, in dem man neben Döner auch Pizza und Pommes bekommen kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig und sauber. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Straßenbahn Haltestellen, von wo aus man ins Zentrum fahren kann.

Gut für einen Städtetrip und um das Auto ein paar Tage stehen zu lassen

Tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge, Parkplatz vor der Tür (+5€ pro Nacht), Supermarkt um die Ecke und die Straßenbahn gleich um die Ecke, in 25 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt.

Während unseres Besuchs war eine laute Baustelle vor der Tür, die man vom vorderen Schlafzimmer sehr deutlich hört, dafür kann der Besitzer natürlich nichts ;-)
