Well located, but a bit cramped for a larger group.

Well located (Next to a bus stop, but the frequency of the 401 bus is low), and had decent views from one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was helpful as well with some pots and pans, fridge/freezer, stove and oven. We found the beds were quite comfortable and the master bedroom was quite spacious, and helpful with kids. The apartment was also well ventilated. The key code access was also very helpful and convenient.

There wasn't a living room, and it was just a small space at the entrance with a foldable dining table that could seat a max of 3 people at once - which was a bit hard as we travelled with 4 adults and 2 kids. They also didn't keep any dishwashing liquid (they left a sponge, but no soap), and we had to ask the restaurant downstairs for one. It would also have been helpful to have kept a vacuum or a broom for us to clean up (they seem to have a weekly cleaning service, which happened at the end of our stay)

Everything is Perfect Clean and spacious Room, for 4 of us we even have our group get together in our room a group of 15 and we really enjoy our stay if given a chance to be back again in innsbruck this the place where I would plan to stay

A very good and enjoyable stay.

The room met our expectations. The location was convenient, close to roads leading out of the city. The high-quality, efficient Wi-Fi is a big plus. I would gladly return in the future.

The beds should be replaced – although the mattresses were comfortable, the beds creaked with every movement (at least in the room we occupied). The shower cubicle should be more enclosed to prevent water from spilling out. There was a TV in the room, but the reception quality and channel selection were below average. Improving these few minor issues could earn the highest rating.

Great stay in Innsbruck

The restaurant is really tasty with great food and an awesome selection and really wonderful dining. The location was also great too - if you like to be out of the city. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Nothing really stood out as not liking... but I might say that because of the structure of the room, it felt as if the kitchen area needed a window and didn't really air well.

Avoid This Hotel — They Hold Your Money Unreasonably! Beware!

The apartment itself was nice, in a good location, and the receptionist was very helpful and provided all the necessary information.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Despite repeatedly calling to ask why my deposit has been held for so long, I never received a proper explanation. According to Austrian law, a deposit can’t be held for more than a week, yet they held my deposit for more than 10 days. This shows a complete lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend that future guests book this hotel with caution or better avoid it altogether.

Cheap base for a short stay

Great price, comfortable beds, had all we needed for a short 4 night stay, free parking, helpful when checking in

The TV’s only showed black and white and poor signal, there were a few things that needed fixing like edges around the floor fallen off and dodgy plug socket in bathroom. There were also a lot of black ants in the kitchen sink area. Couldn’t find the boot / ski storage. The place was extremely warm and seemed like radiators wouldn’t completely switch off.

Location is a bit far outside, they are renting bicycles (directly written at the reception) but as we asked they weren’t even sure that they are renting some. They called their boss and all bicycles were in maintenance.

View from the Room. There was nothing. Room no.1 The only way comfortable to reach hotel is via car. Rest all means of transport require too much efforts. Staff was smoking outside the window of restaurant where customers were eating inside near to the window. I could feel the smoke while eating.

Everything. The location of the hotel is far from Innsbruck. The vibe of the place is scary, odd and off. There are no services that they offer except for cleaning . Rooms are very hot, they didn’t offer a fan to cool the atmosphere. Isn’t suitable for tourists. And isn’t that comfortable.

Quiet place. Out of the way. Rural setting. Absolutely excellent restaurant on site. Good mattresses. Clean rooms. Good views out windows with excellent curtains/ shades for night sleeping. Peaceful country side setting.

Really need to rent a car to stay here. We used bus for transport to Innsbruck It worked out fine Uber cost to Innsbruck $25 euro. No coffee maker in room. Tea kettle was available.

Loved the location, comfortable & large room

We loved the location (as we had a car) and the wonderful views from our balcony. The restaurant (Fratelli) was a really fantastic meal and good value for money. We wished we had a chance to eat there again in the garden. Room was spacious and comfortable.

We would have loved a small refrigerator in our room. Whilst the hotel is named Art & Sport Hotel, I guess the sport refers to local sport options in the area rather than facilities at the hotel. But for us, the hotel was a perfect base to see Innsbruck.
