The Art and Sporthotel

Great location outside Innsbruck yet easily accessible by public transport. There are also shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was well designed to serve all its purposes. Kitchen well equipped. All clean and functional. Check in/out very convenient by door code received in advance online.

The shower was done in a way that the bathroom floor got flooded after every use. Not a big deal but a spare rag there would be handy. Description to use the door code for getting in and locking the room was far from matching the reality (forgotten key and wrong direction of rotation). We had to find it out by ourself. Perhaps this was a problem of translation as we got it in English.

The apartment was clean and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The beds were comfortable. We had a load of washing done for just €5. The location was okay, if you have a car or are happy to catch the bus to Innsbruck

The apartment was worn out and uncared for. The kitchen was missing fundamental items in case you wanted to cook your own meals (no chopping board, no serving bowls, no smaller plates etc.) We were lucky with the weather and could carry a table and chairs outside for sitting and for dining. We had to squeeze in between the house and the tennis court. No view of the mountains! Inside dining etc. would have been way too crammed. We were only six people - the apartment has enough beds for 10! The back of our apartment was facing the backyard. This was extremely filthy with old kitchen equipment, garbage and a bin, full of maggots. DISGUSTING! No need to say,we didn't eat at the restaurant attached!

calm and quite location close to nature. everything is nearby and parking is also good. great restaurant at a reasonable price. we enjoyed the stay.

nothing to comment, staff is supportive, and room was clean. overall it was a great experience. innsbruck old town is only 30 minutes drive.

The apartment itself was nice, in a good location, and the receptionist was very helpful and provided all the necessary information.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Despite repeatedly calling to ask why my deposit has been held for so long, I never received a proper explanation. According to Austrian law, a deposit can’t be held for more than a week, yet they held my deposit for more than 10 days. This shows a complete lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend that future guests book this hotel with caution or better avoid it altogether.
