An affordable, specious, and quiet apartment close to Innsbruck.

A very specious apartment at a quiet location, close to both Innsbruck and the ski resorts, and with a nice view of the Inntal and a lovely garden. Available washing machine and a large drying room. Large kitchen. A reasonable, responsive, and welcoming host.

On arrival, the bed springs in one of the rooms were broken. The host fixed this on the first working day. For a two weeks' stay, we expected a change of towels and bedding. The night-time lighting was insufficient.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Top Lage für Ausflüge in die Stadt oder das Umland. Sehr freundliche und herzliche Vermieterin.

Rundherum eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und Wiederkehren.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Innsbruck Innenstadt. Sehr gut ist die Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn und man spart viel Parkgebühren. Die Haltestelle befindet sich fußläufig in weniger als fünf Minuten Entfernung. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine elektrifizierte, also ganz leise Schmalspurbahn. Die Vermieterin hat uns die Welcome-Card besorgt; abhängig von der Aufenthaltsdauer beinhaltet diese freie Fahrt mit Bahnen und Bussen und zum Teil Gondeln uvm. Achtung: auf Maulkorbpflicht für Hunde achten. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, leisse, sauber und gut geheizt ( wir hatten nachts bis -16°C). Die Ebenerdigkeit ist optimal für unsere Hündin samt kleiner Wiese vor der Terrassentür. Generell wird viel auf Hunde und ihre Hinterlassenschaften mit Beutelspendern geachtet.

Das WLAN hat nicht in allen Räumen gut funktioniert und für die Mülltrennung gibt es Alternativen . Beides sind allerdings nur Kleinigkeiten, die nicht gestört haben.

La posizione è molto buona, vicino al tram per raggiungere Innsbruck e con l’abbonamento offerto se superi due notti di soggiorno. La casa è confortevole, molto calda , spaziosa e ben accessoriata.
