On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the countryside. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Supermarket 2.1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Nearby attractions: Altstadt 4 km, Freizeitzentrum Axams 5.3 km, Einkaufszentrum Cyta 2.1 km, Alpenzoo Innsbruck 5.8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 14 km, Patscherkofel 10 km, Mutterer Alm 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lanser See 10 km, Natterer See 11 km. The house and location were perfect, nice and cool when hot outside. The owners of the property should be very proud of what they have. It was very clean and tidy with all amenities to hand. Would use it again in a heart beat. Also very well managed with no complications.
