On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the countryside. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Supermarket 2.1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Nearby attractions: Altstadt 4 km, Freizeitzentrum Axams 5.3 km, Einkaufszentrum Cyta 2.1 km, Alpenzoo Innsbruck 5.8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 14 km, Patscherkofel 10 km, Mutterer Alm 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lanser See 10 km, Natterer See 11 km.
