Exceptional stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the 4a apartment (the one with a great large stylish kitchen on the main photo). It exceeded our very best expectations! It is very cosy and stylish, 100% true to the photos. The apartment is recently renovated and gives an exceptional feeling of having everything new (furniture, carpets, textile, kitchen equipment and amenities etc.) and an absolute 5* stars hotel cleanliness. We were impressed by the high-end kitchen which one could hardly find in touristic apartments – the quality of the kitchen furniture, equipment, utensils and tableware is exceptional, all premium brands, every small details or whatever you might need is there! The apartment is situated in the suburbs Innsbruck with a wonderful view over the valley of the city and the Alpes from all windows and a big terrace. On the other side of the building you have wonderful mountains view as well. The airport is relatively near (as in most places of Innsbruck) and some plane sound can be heard with the windows opened and outside, but there is no sound at all with the windows closed thanks to their high modern quality as well. Petra is a truly great host, always ready to help, highly professional and friendly. Her attention to each and every detail of the apartment and your stay is impressive. We simply could not ask for more. 😊) It was a great stay we would love to repeat some day!

Excellent stay! Highly recommended!

Petra is a wonderful host. Everything went perfectly. The flat is very pleasant and fully equipped (with a dishwasher). The bed is very comfortable and it is very quiet. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the communal areas. The flat is located at the start of some beautiful hiking trails.

The wifi connection was sometimes a little slow, but I don't think that the wifi is the main reason to come to Innsbruck ;-).

A perfect getaway with modern, clean and fully equipped apartments.

Spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for a family. We also had a great balcony, which allowed us to appreciate the Mountain views. Very clean and modern apartments. Location is perfect and is close to various walks or access to the old town via car or bus. A very quiet neighbourhood and apartments.

The location, building, cleanliness, amenities all very good. The host was very friendly, efficient and helpful. The bus stop was a few meters from the building. Free pass all around Innsbruck. Also, a lovely open restaurant very close by.

The apartment we had was on the ground floor with limited views. The main bedroom hadn't any windows, which I found disappointing. Lack of fresh air/circulation.

A very good place

Very good place. A very good bed (beds are often very hard in pensions). Very well equipped. The bus station is right near the pension which makes the center accessible very easily and quickly. Very calm. We had a parking spot so everything was very nice. A very good address.

Clean and well appointed apartment. comfortable bed. Good kitchen. Handy to transport.

Bathroom and toilet was very tiny. You couldn’t swing a mouse let alone a cat (as they say in Australia). Also had issues with washer/dryer.

Cozy stay with peaceful surrounding

Petra and Hans are wonderful and helpful host who provided prompt responses and assistance to our inquiries during our stay. The apartment was equipped with all the facilities we needed and it was conveniently close to major attractions by car. The rooms were tidy and clean, lovely decorated, with freshly cut flowers on the dining table. We had an enjoyable stay and loved the mountain view from the bedroom window.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The centre of Innsbruck is within walking distance or alternatively accessible by bus with a bus stop in front of the apartment building. The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet location. Petra was a fabulous host who responded quickly to any enquires. The free Innsbruck Card was great as it included free travel on public transport. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the future.

A Perfect Apartment Stay in Innsbruck

I've been wanting to stay here for sometime. I'm so glad I did. Petra was incredibly helpful over email and I never had to wait long for a response from her. My room was on the ground floor facing the road. I thought it may be a problem but traffic never bothered me. I took public transportation everywhere and I never had to wait long for a bus. There are several that will take you to the market platz or there's a train station not too far that will take you to Innsbruck main station. Google Maps will be your best friend if you take the bus! I specifically booked this accommodation so I could buy groceries and cook half of my meals in my apartment and save money. I ended up eating most of my meals out (shaking my head) but it was nice to have a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. Also, there's washer and dryer on site. It was a beautiful apartment and very clean. It was the perfect pre Christmas stay. I will definitely come back sometime.

Warm, nice and spacious apartment. Well equipped. Apartment owners are always available for help and advise. Parking is available on site. Easy access to Innsbruck and easy exit in any direction outside the town.

excellent location and ambience of the apartment. If you visit in winter, hearing and accessories are excellent and you don’t need to worry. Pedra, our host has been extremely helpful and she will start communicating few days prior to check in. All necessary information of local travel are there and you can ask Pedra at any point. Overall, Kasperhof was a dream holiday apartment for us and thank you so much for the wonderful stay 🙏🙏

A wonderful base to explore Innsbruck and its surroundings.

We had a lovely stay at the Kasperhof. Petra was an excellent host, with great communication before we arrived and always happy to help during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well presented with plenty of space for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped too. I was a little worried about the location being quite far out of the city centre but in fact it was nice to be away from the busyness of the city and as the Innsbruck bus network is so efficient it was really easy to get around. The Welcome Card that came with our stay allowed free travel on public transport within Innsbruck (amongst other benefits) so that was an added bonus.

Great amenities, Place is clean and comfort and it has parking. Furthermore you get a card which gives some great benefits.

Not very pastoral as it is near the airport and actually it is not also in town, It was too expensive in compare to an hotel and they charge way to expensive for additional kids and rooms has no windows so you can enjoy the nature.

Want to come back

The apartment was perfectly clean and organised, all needed was there, I enjoyed tremendously the view (Top 5) on the city and the mountains. The pleasant surprise was a horse paddock in the back yard - loved watching the horses! The bus stop is right next to the apartment, but I personally enjoyed very much walking there, as the way is very nice, from the city centre and to the university. This was a working trip, but I really want to come back here for vacation!

We had a lovely stay at Kasperhof! A perfect location, beautifully situated against the mountains. Close to beautiful hiking trails and close enough to be in the city centre within ten minutes. There is a bus stop and a supermarket nearby. The apartment itself is very nice. I haven’t been in cleaner and neater apartment before. Spaces are good and everything is there. The owners are very friendly and helpful. In short, a real winner!
