Kasperhof Apartments—a family-run establishment—welcomes you with 11 lovingly designed, spacious apartments ranging in size from 22 to 115 m² and accommodating up to 8 people. Each apartment has its own unique character and features small, thoughtful details that invite you to relax and feel at home. Whether it’s summer or winter—here at the Kasperhof, you’ll experience the perfect combination of a relaxing nature getaway and exciting moments during a city break in Innsbruck.
The apartments’ location offers the unparalleled experience of a vacation in the heart of the Alps, combined with all the benefits of the Olympic city of Innsbruck. The bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away, and after only a few minutes’ ride, you’ll find yourself in the heart of the historic city of Innsbruck: from cultural treasures like the famous “Golden Roof” and the Imperial Hofburg to the venue of the annual Bergisel Ski Jumping competition, all the way to an extensive shopping spree in Innsbruck’s Old Town or one of the surrounding shopping centers—countless possibilities await you.
On-site costs: Upon booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is due within 7 days. Please transfer the amount to the following account: IBAN: AT46 5700 0540 1103 3336Bic: HYPTAT22 Payment by credit card is also possible, or a deposit can be provided to secure the booking! During the summer months, air conditioning can be added to the following apartments for an additional charge of EUR 4 per day: Top 1, Top 3b, Top 4b, Top 5, Top 6, and Top 7. Parking is available directly at the house in the open lot for an additional charge of EUR 4 per car per day. Pets (subject to a fee) are allowed only upon request. The following will be added to the room rate: the local tax, bed linens and towels at EUR 4 per person per stay, as well as a one-time final cleaning fee
