While the host’s guidance was prompt and kind, the price was outrageous for what I got — it felt like a total rip-off. ⭕ Quick response via message ⭕ Detailed and friendly guidance messages ⭕ Self check-in/out ⭕ Large towel and hair dryer

€125.10 per night — but… ❌ Located in the city center (More than 3km away) ❌ There is no reception desk front desk and Reception desk. ❌ Private bathroom, kitchen.. The property was very clean. It's a huge flat with several rooms and you shared a bathroom and kitchen. There is also a nice view of the mountains. The host was kind and helpful.

The property is very far from the city center, so you need to take a bus or walk for around 40 minutes. They are also not a member of Welcome card which is a pity.

Such an amazing place to stay with your own privacy, comfort and sensational views. The host was lovely and catered to my request for an earlier checkout with no issues at all which I really appreciated. Absolute gem of a stay would suggest it to everyone and anyone!

its Absolutely so calm and relax for Solo traveler and For Public transport service are so closer from Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof you can take to come here M and 4165 Super good! i suggest keep clean like your home so that way Its good for Next guest just when you finished place the right things thats it so easy 😊 ilove everything is super and happy i have been to REUTTE from Innsbruck if you go there by case for best for take train Its change from Garmisch-Partenkirchen to Reutte its ok but with bus or with car soo crazy because of Fernpass sooo traffic you have to spend 1/2/3 hours on street it depends ok I will take here next time too

A beautiful place with a beautiful view! The owners are wonderful and incredibly welcoming. The place was also impeccably kept.

The way into town takes about 40 minutes walking, which is okay, though the route isn't pretty for the first half. So, I wouldn't recommend walking. Saying that, the bus stops exactly in front of the building and is really fast!

Place was really clean and well organized. Also quite area. It might not be walking distance to the center, but there was a bus in front of the place, that you can take and 20-30 mins you will reach to the center

I liked everything but one part may not be the most comfortable is that it’s not possible to check-in/out anytime. You need to communicate with the owner about check-in/check-out time and should be on time. In my case, as a traveller when there are some natural uncertainty of your day, it wasn’t easy.

It's a room in a shared appartment, so that I guess cleanliness depends on them. There was a spider in the bathroom and some dirty dishes.

The room is clean and ok.

I’m totaly irate about this stay. When I come during the check-in time, I wasn’t able to get in. It was raining, I was on my bike, I tried to come and ring 3 times, but no one was responding. I had to come back to the city to charge my phone and call them. It took more than one hour in the heavy rain! Then, the owner forced me to pay €100 deposit, not announced before. In the morning, during the check-out time, nobody was there: I had to call the owner and he told me to wait 30 minutes so that he come, while I needed to go, otherwise, he wouldn’t return the deposit to me. He finally came and returned it, but first I get totally wet and stressed and next I lost the time I needed for my way.

WC / Dusche / Waschtisch ist in Seperaten Räumen, der über einen öffentlichen Gang erreichbar ist. Leider befindet sich keine Ablage neben dem Bett ( Fehlt auch kleine Beleuchtung wie Steckdose ). Beim Schreibtisch nur eine Steckdose. Keine Möglichkeit das Gewand mit Kleiderbügel aufzuhängen. Auch keine Möglichkeit die Gepäck Tasche abzulegen.
