The property is of timber construction. We were in a lower room, the noise from the people upstairs was terrible. Even just them walking around was noisy, but the furniture scraping round on the floor at midnight was awful. The soundproofing needs addressing.

The location is wonderful, but it's not easy for everyone to get there. It is not far away from the city centre, but on the way back to the accommodation, you'd better be in good shape. The entire property is wonderful and cosy (hard to compare to anything else), very clean, and the view from the windows is healing.
Even though Guenter was nice, it was not very easy to communicate with the property: I believe the reason behind this is that they have a central and another type of accommodation in the city centre, so we were sometimes given general info that does not apply to our dependance (e.g. in info before our arrival). As a foreigner, I was also unhappy that the property does not provide the opportunity to communicate with the host via WhatsApp, Viber, or other chat applications (for free) from the very beginning, unless you ask. We also had to ask several times for the luggage room information until we got all the necessary details for our dependance (where it is and how to access it). The Welcome Card came a bit late, by the end of our first day. The only thing we were missing from the equipment was a kitchen towel to dry off the water from the dishes. A hanging gear in the bathroom would be a useful addition, too.

It was nice being next to the stream and forest. And the big balcony was a pleasant surprise. The hosts seemed helpful, but it is designed to be self-managed so normally you wouldn't meet them. The process of checkin and checkout was stress free. The building itself is really nice.
I was disappointed as I expected to have a large living space. The kitchen was cramped and I didn't feel I could comfortably cook in it. I think the upper flats might be more of what we were expecting - they seem bigger and brighter. There are warnings about the noise on the staircases. But unfortunately we had guests above us who didn't seem to care, and were walking loudly in their shoes - despite a no-shoe policy. Can't blame the hosts for that, but I wanted to warn about it as it really can be annoying if you end up with inconsiderate guests above.

Comfortable property, up the hill out of town. Very large terrace overlooking a stream with great views of the mountains. It should be obvious from the map that this property is up a steep hill, be prepared for the walk. Helpful and available staff.

The location is wonderful with beautiful views, and the accommodations were great. We were comfortable there the whole time and felt like we were at home. We enjoyed staying there just as much as exploring the city.
I would just point out to travelers that it is at the top of hill quite far up, which is fine for walking down to the city, but unless you are used to that type of terrain, you may end up taking a taxi to the place while heading up as we chose to do. There are plentiful cabs near the bridge and everyone was a nice driver. Everything with the booking and the hosts is mainly online, but they were apt to answer any questions quickly by e-mail.

We booked this property as it had washing machine facilities, which we found difficult to get in Innsbruck. Even though there were some reviews alerting us to potential issues at the property, we were hoping it would be okay. Unfortunately, the issues that others had raised do not appear to have been rectified by the owners. Other than the cleanliness, the other negative points raised are still ongoing.
As there is no face to face contact, we did email a question on arrival regarding the heating. The owners did respond to our request by sending the owners young son to assist us, which was appreciated.
I wouldn't call the apartment we booked a two bedroom apartment. It is one bedroom with king bed and a sofa bed in the living area. Very small bathroom and kitchen area.
Parking of 15euro per day to park outside the property (which isn't well signposted) seems excessive and in particular the constant reminders to leave cash for the parking inside the apartment seemed odd and a bit rude. There is no explanation as to why they can't charge the credit card provided at booking and why they do not provide an invoice or receipt for the parking fee.
Furniture and fittings are cheap. Kitchen bin broken, curtains fell down in the bedroom when you opened the door and no toilet roll holder.
Washing machine provided but no washing powder or liquid.
The worst part of our stay however was the noise from other guests in the upstairs apartment. There is a note in the apartment stating how the apartment was built from a particular timber and that there is no soundproofing. Why would you build an accommodation product and not soundproof!! The noise from other occupants walking around and using the bathroom was excessive.
Our stay was 2 nights and we were glad it wasn't any longer. We do not recommend this property.

The rooms are great, the construction is new and it overlooks a creek. You have a terrace with chairs outside and great view over the mountains. The building is quite new, done to a good standard, with underfloor heating, well maintained.
The biggest turnoff for me was the parking, costing 15 EUR/day and felt being pushy to not forget to pay it.
You're directed to leave cash on the table in the kitchen 3-4 times in different messages and when you leave you get a plastic sign on your car windshield reminding you to pay, which I found to be awkward and spoils the mood a bit.
The pans need a bit of a refresh as well. The non-stick pans have been scratched to the point you really should replace them, they're not expensive anyway.
It's odd as the place is really well built and doesn't feel cheap but you only get the lowest grade cookware available.

The flat was clean and well-equipped, and the host, G, was super friendly and helpful. Innsbruck is a small city, so you can reach the high streets on foot from anywhere, and the same applies to this flat. The way there is a wee bit strenuous if you don't have a car, as it is situated on a steep hillside. However, for more athletic folks, it might not be troublesome at all. (Considering my sedentary lifestyle, it posed a small daily challenge for me) However, the view outside the patio was excellent and gave off super relaxing vibes with lots of greenery. I enjoyed my stay.
There were two issues. Firstly, the sound insulation was rather terrible. I could hear conversations and every footstep from the guests upstairs - even with earplugs, the noise was not mitigated. Secondly, despite being charged not so small amount of cleaning fee per day, the room was not cleaned daily. As someone who prefers fresh towels after each shower, six days without room service were stressful. Although there is a washing machine available, laundry detergent was not provided, and I couldn't locate any drying racks.

Die Unterkunft hat viele Pluspunkte:
Die Lage oberhalb von Innsbruck ist wunderschön, mit herrlicher Aussicht. Das Design mit Mondholz ist außergewöhnlich und hochwertig, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Check-in lief reibungslos, die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell und freundlich. Besonders praktisch ist die inkludierte Welcome Card Innsbruck – mit Rabatten bei den Bahnen und kostenlosem Busverkehr.
Es gibt aber auch ein paar Dinge zu bedenken:
Der Weg in die Stadt ist trotz Busanbindung weit und durch rund 100 Höhenmeter anstrengend, sodass „mal eben schnell“ in die Unterkunft zurückzukommen schwierig ist. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig – wir haben nachts die Rückkehr anderer Gäste vom Feiern gehört, als stünden sie direkt in unserer Wohnung. Der Fluss nebenan ist landschaftlich schön, kann aber auch laut wirken. Außerdem gibt es keine Spülmaschine, und wir mussten einen Teil der Küchenausstattung vor dem Gebrauch nachreinigen.

Uns als Familie haben die großen Zimmer in Kombination mit dem enorm großen Balkon sehr gut gefallen. Außerdem war die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bad modern und alles sehr sauber.
Außer das die Wohnungen hellhörig sind, haben wir nichts zu bemängeln

Die Parkplätze sind ehrlicherweise sehr schlecht eingeteilt. Bei (bereits annähernder) Vollauslastung muss man sich mit den anderen Gästen absprechen - ist natürlich weniger als ideal, wenn man früh raus möchte. Das Haus ist irrsinnig hellhörig. Wir dachten, dass die Nachbarn über uns unsere Treppen runterlaufen, sobald diese sich oberhalb bewegt haben. Leider hatten wir keinen Geschirrspüler, aber auch nur sehr wenig Platz um ordentlich Abwaschen zu können. Für den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben, wäre hier ehrlicherweise mehr zu erwarten gewesen.

Très bel appartement, spacieux et bien équipé.
Pas de réponse de la part de Mondolz-urban via booking, à mes problèmes de connexion wifi. Donc pas de wifi le temps de notre séjour. Il n’y a pas de télé mais c’est bien précisé sur le site.
L’indication du parking ne se trouve qu’à l’entrée de l’appartement, donc on se gare comme on peut en arrivant. ( c’est l’espace gravillonné à droite, juste avant le pont. ) les rues sont très étroites.
On ne peut pas laisser les fenêtres ouvertes en notre absence car la pluie peut rentrer par ces fenêtres qui ne sont que basculantes vers l’extérieur .
