Wir waren begeistert und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Wir waren im Studio und sehr begeistert. Zu den Gastgebern: Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern über booking.com verlief unkompliziert. Christian und Susanne haben uns persönlich empfangen und herzlich begrüßt. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Als wir das Angebot, uns jeder Zeit melden zu können, annehmen wollten, um um ein paar mehr Gebrauchsutensilien wie Spülmaschinentabs zu bitten, hatte Susanne uns schon angeschrieben und nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen würden. Als wir wieder zurück zur Unterkunft kamen, waren nicht nur die angefragten Sachen aufgefüllt worden, sondern wir hatten sogar neue Handtücher erhalten (absolut nicht selbstverständlich für uns bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung). Zur Ausstattung: Das Studio bietet alles was man braucht und das als moderne Ausstattung in sehr guter Qualität: überraschend große Arbeitsplatte in der Küche, Herd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Essbereich mit Sicht auf die Berge durch das kleine Fenster, sehr groß und komfortables Bett, einen sehr guten Wasserdruck besonders in der geräumigen Dusche, die separat zum Bad ist. Trotz der kleinen Fenster konnte man überraschend gut lüften und hatte recht viel Tageslicht (wir hatten sehr gutes Wetter). Die Heizung heizte das Studio auch sehr schnell auf. Wir würden sehr gerne in der Zukunft wiederkommen!

Una bella villetta a 2 passi dal centro.

Si può andare in centro con una camminata di 10 minuti, la casa è silenziosissima, la camera è ampia ed il bagno molto confortevole. Lo staff è gentilissimo. Il giardino esterno molto ampio consente di stare all'aria aperta.

Ruheoase trifft absolut zu - und trotzdem überaus nahe der Innenstadt.

Hochwertig eingerichtet, super sauber, ein wirklich schöner Platz - auch zum Erholen - und dennoch nur ein paar Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Nette, hilfreiche Vermieter, die - was ihr Recht ist - ziemlich auf die angegebenen Zeiten achten für An- und Abreise. Parkplatz kann dazu genommen werden auf dem Grundstück, was sehr sicher ist, allerdings hat das seinen Preis. Alles in Allem sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert.

Die Kosten für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine ... das sollte bei dem Preis wirklich inbegriffen sein.

Absolut unerklärlich, wie die 8,8 Punkte bei Booking zustande kamen ….

Das Positive zuerst: die ruhige Lage und trotzdem nur etwa 8 Gehminuten vom Marktplatz und der Altstadt entfernt.

Wir reservierten ein 37 m2-Studio im Untergeschoss. Als wir ankamen, mussten wir jedoch in den Keller hinuntersteigen (wo ich jedes Mal den Kopf an der tiefen Decke anstiess (s/Foto), und wir dann ein Keller-Studio vorfanden mit lediglich kleinem, vergitterten Kellerfenster, genau auf Höhe der Rasenfläche (s/Foto vom Esstisch). Zudem war es eiskalt und empfunden feucht im Kellerstudio, was auch in den 3 Folgetagen – trotz Keller-Fenster immer offen, damit die 24°-warme Aussenluft wärmen würde — nichts änderte. Durch die erste nur 3-Minuten lange Dusche überschwemmte das Zimmer (s/Foto), denn der Ablauf war komplett verstopft (gemäss den Gastgeber komme das oft vor, da ein Baumangel vorläge). Zudem war die Nespresso-Maschine noch mit den leeren Kapseln der vorigen Gäste gefüllt und das Restwasser bereits ausgelaufen (s/Foto). Der Wasserkocher war komplett verkalkt (s/Foto). Siehe dazu auch die Foto der Besteckschublade …. Es hat wohl einen Flachbett-TV im Studio, aber damit kann man keine TV-Sender empfangen, sondern lediglich You-Tube und Netflix (s/Foto). Tagesschau, Wetterprognose etc waren somit ein No-Go. Die in Booking versprochene Terrasse existiert für dieses Studio nicht, zumal es auch keinen Ausgang in den Garten gibt (bei dem sowieso ein grosser Teil auf der Frontseite mit Verkehrsplastikbändern abgesperrt war), ebenso wenig wie der angegebene Bademantel, die Bügeleinrichtung, der Wäscheständer oder der Essbereich im Freien. Und das alles, obwohl dieses Kellerzimmer rund Euro 180 kostete pro Nacht, zuzüglich Parking 15.— und mit der Citytax total also Euro 200.— oder ungefähr, was ein Viersterne-Hotel wie das berühmte Hotel Innsbruck im Stadtzentrum (mit Hotel- und Empfangs-Service!) etwa kostet. Kein Telefonempfang im Keller unten (3/4 unter der Erde !) und den versprochenen WLAN-Zugang erhielten wir auch erst auf Anfrage hin: sowieso gabs keine Infos irgendwelcher Art im Studio.

Par temps frais et pluvieux, le studio était humide et froid, un petit chauffage aurait permis de sécher le studio La douche est mal conçue, mais et au bout de 5 minutes, c’est un dégât des eaux machine à laver le linge, mais rien pour sécher le linge ( à part le sèche cheveux) Instructions à l’arrivée incomplète, difficile de trouver la boîte à clés Abord pas entretenue, impression glauque à l’arrivée

Lage tiptop: Kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Nettes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Frühstückscafé mit Außensitzplätzen um die Ecke.
