Spacious, well-designed room with great kitchen options and an amazing shower in a quiet spot near downtown, but extendi

I had a really solid stay at MyQuartier Urban Residence in Innsbruck. The room was a great size and felt much bigger than a typical hotel setup. I loved having the fridge and kitchen options, it made it easy to settle in and feel a bit more at home. The design was clean and modern, and the shower was honestly amazing. The location was pretty good for getting into downtown, and the area itself was very quiet, which made it easy to relax. Bonus points for being close to a really cool bakery nearby. Overall, a comfortable, well-designed stay that worked perfectly for a few days in Innsbruck.

The downside was the experience around extending my stay. It was surprisingly difficult to add another night, and at one point I was actually locked out of my room. Trying to get access sorted out was frustrating and made the whole situation more stressful than it needed to be.

Great location and very clean

Greta location. 10 minutes walk to the city and markets. Very clean and easy to access. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was very well equipped. It was a good price in comparison to other accommodations in the area.

We could hear everything. The people outside the people next door. The bed wasn’t the comfiest and the towels were small and not the best quality.

Cozy, Facilities-rich stay

Cozy, full kitchenette spacious room for 2. Good location, just 15 mins walk to the main street. Cheaper than most options and worth the price paid. Quiet and peaceful. Outside parking could be a little bit daunting to get but still good experience.

It would be good to communicate the time it would take to get the access code after filling out the form. Myself and other traveler was stuck outside the door in the cold while waiting for the code/server went down.

New apartments in a modern style

New, modern, and well-equipped apartments in the heart of Innsbruck. The interior is stylish and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking, including dishes, a stove, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine. The room was spotlessly clean and cozy, with housekeeping done to a high standard. The beds were very comfortable, with quality bedding that ensured an excellent night’s sleep. We had a wonderful time, enjoying both the apartment itself and its convenient location — shops, cafés, and city attractions are all within walking distance. The hosts provided us with an Innsbruck Welcome Card, which offers free use of public transport and cable cars, as well as discounts on various attractions and activities.

The only downside is that there is no parking.

Highly recommended

It was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and equipped with modern facilities like air conditioning, dish washer , refrigerator. It was a very quiet neighbourhood as well . We got a free 2 day Innsbruck pass (not the actual name) to use free public transportation in Innsbruck. Walking distance to city centre about 20min , but plenty of public transport options available as well . Train station is max 15min away if you take a bus.

Our code didn’t work so we called in a staff to fix , they came in about 15 min and resolved it . The kitchen sink is very small and narrow , a bit of a hassle to wash dishes if you cook . It would be nice to have a ‘How to use ‘ guides for using equipments like Aircon , dishwasher or the gas stove as international travellers might not know how to use them properly . We just went with hit and trial to switch on the Aircon and later found that the on/off button was actually on the top right of the display .

Good location in terms of geographical , but the neighborhood is not good. Big traffic in the air on the Street. You can not enjoy the fresh air during the night because of the Street noice. So either sleep in an AC or not sleeping.

The room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen amenities. The location is very good. 2 minutes from a spar. very safe.

One towel per person felt a bit insufficient, and there were no kitchen towels or paper towels provided. The worst part was that our room didn’t have any blinds, so I was waking up at 4:45 every morning because of the sunlight. I noticed some other rooms did have blinds, we just got unlucky with the one we were assigned. May be it is price of Innsbruck but no sleep for so much money feels like a rip off.

I was not able to squeeze orange juice. No equipment for this. Also, I needed to heat milk in a large pot for pasta. They need more of these small kitchen utilities. I had a filing that I will have a problem to reach a host if a code will not work. It is all automated...no touch of a human on the other side.

Smell of toxic paint and unfriendly staff.

The room was completely new with generally high standards. Great bathroom and beds.

Hosts communicated only with mail and when I called they wanted me to write back to confirm who I was. They were not very hospitable but sharply limiting their responsibility, not focusing on helping us (until I showed an old mail where they had mindlessly accepted to help out with simple things). When I asked for help they refferred to not being able because they had too many guests, which I think is another way of saying that they have too little staff compared to guests. Drapes worked two times, then stopped working (electric). Tap mouth splashed water all over bench, some kitchen equipment was lacking. Checking in late and out early made luggage storage and logistics complicated since the place lies 30 minutes walk from central station. Ventilation was noisy and the smell from the new painted room was toxic so we had to keep windows open for our entire stay.

Messy, time consuming communication and overall impression the company just want your money.

The bathroom and showers where high class.

The kitchen tap splashed over half the bench, making dishing and usage complicated. There was no way to recycle waste. There was no waste bin The mechanical electric drapes broke the first night without doing anything It took 10 minutes to find the switch for the drapes. dish soap was lacking, and some other small kitchen equipment. The whole room smelled lika a chemical industry from new paint and all things where new so toasting bread smelled like toasting plastic. We had to sleep with windows open. Ventilation noise was quite high Signs lacked to show where to go (information was short and digital) upon arrival. Communication with staff was unsatisfying. We got promise to stay in the same room when I booked two consecutive nights on separate booking occations. But upon arrival the company had missed this. They where very uninterrested in helping out until I proved they promised earlier on. They excused saying they had over thousand guests, but for me that's a sign that they don't have enough staff. Check in and out times are greedy and unflexible. Staff was rude at first, interrupting and not service willing. Since the hotel i situated far from the central station, the disability to store luggage outside checked in hours complicates logistics a lot.

Comodo, pulito e vicino al centro

Struttura in posizione comoda, ben organizzata e col il self-check-in (perfetto per chi arriva tardi, come nel mio caso) Stanza minimal ma con tutto ciò che serve, abbiamo anche trovato due cialde del caffè “di benvenuto” che sono state comode come prima colazione. Host molto disponibile, per mail arrivano anche suggerimenti per il parcheggio, utilissime. Per andare in centro si va comodamente a piedi, il quartiere è tranquillo e a pochi passi dal fiume.

Stanza pulita e in ordine, personalmente avrei preferito che il letto avesse almeno un lenzuolo in più oltre al copri materasso, però sono gusti personali

Einfaches Self-Check in, gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Zimmer mit einem großen Bett. Der TV ließ sich mit dem Handy verbinden! Kaffeemaschine und das wichtigste im kleine Mahlzeiten in der Unterkunft zuzubereiten.

Flughafen ist mitten in der Stadt, daher gab es Fluglärm, aber nachts zum Glück nicht

Das self check in hat tadellos funktioniert. Sehr gute Lage mit Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Wir werden trotz den untenstehenden Kritikpunkten wieder myQuartier buchen.

Vorschläge für die Ausstattung: Hinweis beim Lift, dass die weiteren Zimmer über den gegenüberliegenden, außen befindlichen Gang erreichbar sind. 2 Handtuchaufhänger für 4 Hand/Badetücher sind einfach zu wenig. 2 wären ohne großen Aufwand zu installieren. Ablage beim Bett (früher Nachttisch genannt) wäre ebenfalls wünschenswert. Aufhängung für Handbrause war von Anfang an defekt.

Der Check-In und die Kommunikation vorab waren sehr einfach und klar. Es hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett gemütlich, die Ausstattung wie auf den Fotos. Das Badezimmer war sauber und modern, ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.

Ich hätte mich sicherer gefühlt, wenn ich die Tür manuell abschließen hätte können. Gerade für Alleinreisende ist das vielleicht ein Punkt, den man verbessern könnte. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, dh man hört die Nachbarwohnungen schon, aber dafür können die Betreiber ja prinzipiell nichts.

Velmi pekny novo zariadeny apartman v prijemnej stvrti. Pohodlna postel. Kuchynsky kut bol dobre vybaveny, vratane tabliet do umyvacky a cistiacich prostriedkov. Bezproblemove otvorenie apartmanu - vsetky instrukcie boli poslane v predstihu. Supermarket je cca 100m od apartmanu, do centra Innsbrucku sa dostanete pesi za 15min.
