We haven’t been happy. It was dirty and different than the picture. Attention no separat rooms !

It was dirty, floor as well as mattress. Look different than the pictures. Furniture broken, electric plugs dangerously damaged. Not safe for kids.

Shameful and disgusting

I didn't like anything about this place.

The sofas were dirty and filled with dust. The mattresses on the beds were all covered in a film of dirt. The floors were dirty. There were spiderwebs hanging from pipes, and dust on top of that. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. The refrigerator stopped functioning on the day we arrived. Old empty boxes lying around on the closets. Unfinished wall fixtures protruding along the walls. Dirty, stained walls in absolutely every room.

I don’t recommend this place at all.

The only thing which was acceptable was the location.

It was so expensive moist-place with uncomfortable beds and without enough furniture.(no carpet or curtains)

the arrangement- no real rooms, it’s actually one big sleeping hall without any privacy. no soap. no tabs for the dishwasher (we asked and got) no soap for the shower (we had our own so we didn’t ask), no soap for the washing machine- we asked and got. the top was electricity brake when we asked for help and actually never got it. it took me about one hour to solve it we had dinner in the dark and I was looming for the fusion the rain you have it in your site with our corresponding with the property we left the apartment after 2 nights we do expect booking for some refund, this kind of place / service shouldn’t be promoted by top class sits.

Der Aufenthalt war zweckmässig und die Lage perfekt. Alles mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Wir waren mit 2 Autos da und konnten a

Hinter und unter den Möbel war es dreckig. Heizung ging nicht (wurde schnell behoben). Wasser auf Boden wegen undichten Warmwasserboiler (wird behoben). Ein Staubsauger, Besen und Kehrset zur freien Verfügung würde helfen auch selbst zur Sauberkeit beizutragen. Bemerkung, alle Schlafplätze sind zwar in separaten Räumen, jedoch gibt es keine durchgängigen Wände. Wer leichten Schlaf hat, hat da vermutlich etwas Mühe.

Leider enttäuschend - die Lage rettet den Eindruck etwas.

Die Lage war sehr gut, dazu direkt einen Parkplatz im Hinterhof vor der Tür.

Die Unterkunft ist eine bessere Absteige für ein Montage-Trupp. Die Fotos täuschen sehr über den tatsächlichen Zustand der Wohnung hinweg. Hier besteht erheblicher Sanierungsbedarf.

Pulizia zero...nella struttura sarebbero dovuti esserci due bagni e due docce ..invece c'era solo un water e una solo vasca molto scomoda. Struttura da evitare...ho chiesto il rimborso del soggiorno.

Departamento amplio, ideal para grupos grandes.

Llegamos a las 3 am a la ciudad y gracias al check in de 24 horas no tuvimos ningún problema y el código de acceso funcionó perfecto. Comunicación constante y a tiempo con el anfitrión. Éramos 8 personas y todos dormimos muy cómodos. Los espacios comunes amplios. Muy cercano a la estación de tren.

Un baño más sería ideal.

JGAnnus passte für uns!

Das Klopapier war sehr weich und mehrlagig. Heizung lief und Türcode hat gepasst. Die Lage war super. Wlan konnten wir leider nicht testen. Zum saufen perfekt!

Der Müll wurde nicht geleert. In der Decke klaffte ein sehr großes Loch. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Ein Bett war nicht überzogen. Und eine Matratze war leicht ekelhaft. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, die Unterkunft mit 10 Holzfällern zu teilen.

Appartement war unbewohnbar, wir konnte hier nicht bleiben, es wäre keine Nächtigung zumutbar gewesen. Dreckig, Schimlig, Nass, Einrichtung defekt, gefährlich usw. Einfach unzumutbar. Bis dato leider keine Reaktion und kein Geld retour.

Für die paar Stunden voll ok, aber für länger als eine Nacht und für Familien nicht zu empfehlen...

Es gab einen Türcode, der Code kam per Email. Das war sehr entspannt. Der Raum, der durch Trockenbauwände unterteilt war, war sauber, kein 5 Sternehotel aber ordentlich. Ein paar Lampen haben keine Abdeckungen und es ist sehr hellhörig da die Trennwände nicht deckenhoch sind. Aber für unseren Vereinsausflug hat alles gepasst. Und wir haben nur eine halbe Nacht drin geschlafen und gemütlich (etwas beengt am Tisch) gefrühstückt. Wir haben keine Krabbeltiere oder ähnliches gehabt, auch die Schimmelflecken waren nicht zusehen, ob das fachmännisch behandelt oder nur mit Farbe überdeckt wurde kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Die Bilder auf Booking passen leider gar nicht, da wurde mit Photoshop ordentlich nachgeholfen. Da sollten dringend aktuelle Bilder gemacht werden, so denkt man, man hat vier bis 5 Räume... Und dann ist die Enttäuschung groß wenn man sieht das es eine umgebaute Halle/lagerraum ist, in dem man auch eine sehr spannende Leiter hochsteigen darf, um zu 2 Schlafplätzen zu kommen..

Wir waren 9 Personen und für das Wochenende in Innsbruck, um Freunde zu treffen.

Die Unterkunft war direkt in der Stadt, dies war sehr praktisch und deshalb auch komfortabel, um am Abend in den Ausgang zu gehen.

Die Bilder, welche von der Unterkunft präsentiert wurden, waren nicht zu vergleichen mit der Realität. Regen ist in dem Wohnzimmer durch die Decke getropft, es hingen Kabel aus den Wänden, Schimmelgeruch, unappetitliche Flecken und unverputzte Stellen sind herausgestochen. Die Küche war nur mit dem absolut nötigsten ausgestattet und nicht modern. Die Unterkunft erinnerte an eine bedürftige, schlecht unterhaltende Wohnung. Es gab eine Badewanne, keine Dusche und nur eine Toilette.

Schimmel, Kakalaken und keine schöne Zeit

Nicht zu empfehlen! Sehr schlechter Zustand der Wohnung, die nicht mit den Fotos von Booking.com übereinstimmt. Folgende Mängel waren/sind vorhanden: Schimmel im Bad Schimmelfleck im Wohnzimmer (wo auch geschlafen werden soll); 25x30cm groß, Schwarzschimmel Schimmel an den Fenstern Schimmel Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung Offene Kabel Offene Hochbauwand mit abfallende Metallleiste Großer Flecke neben dem Bett Allgemein sehr dreckig (geplatztes Flasche Bier im Eisfach, Dreck in allen Ecken, unter dem Tisch) Kakerlaken Haben 2 Tage gebucht, ca. 800€ gezahlt und von dem Vermieter 200€ zurück bekommen, nachdem wir uns beschwert haben. Booking.com nimmt leider dieses Angebot nicht von der Plattform. Sehr schwach. Ich hoffe ihr liest diese Bewertung und bucht eine bessere Unterkunft.
