Beautiful location, lovely building with stunning garden. Having sauna was very convenient after the hiking day. Also, was surprised to get an Innsbruck pass - it was quite the money savior as it gives a public transport pass and I did not get a car in this trip

The neighborhood is crowded with buildings and noisy, eg. one morning at 7 AM loud construction works started nearby. The upper appartement poured several bucket of waters to our terrace during the breakfast, I suppose they cleaned it:) Another evening the fire alarm went on with deafening voice and lasted until the firemen turned it off 20 minutes later. We couldn't use our terrace and have to apply the roller shutter always to keep our privacy as there were passers-by all day in front our windows.
