It was our 3rd stay in the same apartment, visiting family in Raitis and the location is perfect for being close to them, having amenities close by & with easy access to the city

The place had a very good finishing, good furniture and very well equipped. The bedroom had a very conformable bed and we had a grocery very near, 2 minutes walking, and a bakery 5 minutes walking.
Also, the place has a very good infrastructure to accommodate 2x small dogs (less than 10 kilos).
The weather was very hot and would be more comfortable if we the air conditioning be more powerful and extendable to whole apartment. Even the one that we have on bedroom was very weak.

1. I struggled with the Check in process which is complicated. Will be good if it is explained well in English.
2. Guest parking process is complicated and a struggle to understand as English instruction are not straightforward to follow.

The neighborhood is crowded with buildings and noisy, eg. one morning at 7 AM loud construction works started nearby. The upper appartement poured several bucket of waters to our terrace during the breakfast, I suppose they cleaned it:)
Another evening the fire alarm went on with deafening voice and lasted until the firemen turned it off 20 minutes later.
We couldn't use our terrace and have to apply the roller shutter always to keep our privacy as there were passers-by all day in front our windows.
