Tirol is beautiful but the appartement was a disappointment

The neighborhood is crowded with buildings and noisy, eg. one morning at 7 AM loud construction works started nearby. The upper appartement poured several bucket of waters to our terrace during the breakfast, I suppose they cleaned it:) Another evening the fire alarm went on with deafening voice and lasted until the firemen turned it off 20 minutes later. We couldn't use our terrace and have to apply the roller shutter always to keep our privacy as there were passers-by all day in front our windows.

Short visit to Innsbruck

The view was nice from the balcony. The self check in was easy and private parking was available down. The apartment was clean and the kitchen has everything you need. You can find a bakery and a small supermarket around.

A bit far from the downtown 10-15 minutes drive and you can’t go walking. It’s located on top of mountain and you have to drive carefully specially after sunset. 1 bathroom is not enough for 2 bedrooms apartment for families.

Good, could have been better if it weren’t for the spiders

The location was excellent, right next to Ruetz bakery and Spar supermarket, only 10 min driving to the Centre.

Full of spiders and spider webs! The washing machine was not in the unit it was in the common area downstairs. Bedsheets rundown.

Family stay

Great location for touring Tyrol, and running some errands in the town or in the city close by. The facilities were perfect for our needs, a fully functional and well equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies, a laundry room and a supermarket just around the corner. Checking in and parking was well thought out and very simple.

Not really ideal for kids, and the units don't allow for much privacy. Since it is all self check in there is not much control over neighborly behavior, so it was quite busy at night, people smoking outside your door, things like that.

Amazing.

The staff was very thoughtful, because there was a birthday party and we got an upgraded room in advance so that our stay will be peaceful. The self-check in was easy and quick and the apartment has give more than we expected (e.g.: vacuum). We also loved the bakery in the neighbor.

careful while operating amenities are human sensitive and may cause you money

owner blackmailed us!! asking us to pay additional Euro 800 for a falls alarm at midnight making us a victim to pay, instead of compensating us. no human involvement and a times it is dangerous as no one was there for half and hour to rescue/turn off the alarm. all guests were disturbed.

Nice and new apartments complex, few minutes by car from ski areas, few minute by car from Innsbruck, from municipal pool, 20m from Spar supermarket, underground parking; nordic &modern interior design, new furniture, quality appliances; pleasant atmosphere, very helpful and nice bar staff; ski bus stop in front of the building we felt excellent here, we would love to come back

Struttura nuovissima e di grande qualità estetica e costruttiva anche nei piccoli dettagli. Posizione strategica per numerose escursioni oltre che per visitare Innsbruck (15 minuti di auto dal centro). Staff molto efficiente

Occorre tenere presente che la struttura ospita anche un locale aperto agli esterni (ivy lounge) che produce oggettivamente della confusione. Tale fatto andrebbe specificato al momento della prenotazione

La decoración, esta muy bien equipado, parada de autobús al lado q permite desplazarse al centro de Innbruck sin utilizar el coche, también supermercado y panadería. كانت الإقامة مريحة جدًا. الغرفة كانت نظيفة وواسعة، وتوفرت فيها جميع الاحتياجات التي قد يحتاجها النزيل. الجو كان حارًا أثناء إقامتنا، وتم توفير مراوح مما ساعد على تحسين الأجواء داخل الغرفة. موقع الفندق مميز، فهناك خدمات قريبة مثل سوبرماركت "سبار" وأحد المخابز المعروفة، مما أضاف سهولة وراحة أثناء الإقامة. غرفتنا كانت في الطابق الأرضي، وتمتعت بشرفة ذات إطلالة جميلة ومريحة. كما أن مواقف السيارات متوفرة في القبو وهي مجانية، وهو أمر مهم ومقدر للنزلاء القادمين بسياراتهم.

بشكل عام، كانت تجربتي جيدة، ولكن كان هناك أمر بدا غريبًا بعض الشيء بالنسبة لي، وهو عدم وجود موظف استقبال يمكن التحدث إليه وجهًا لوجه عند الحاجة. جميع إجراءات الدخول تتم عن طريق جهاز إلكتروني يُستخدم لتسجيل البيانات ودفع الرسوم، وهذا قد لا يكون مريحًا للجميع، خاصة لمن يواجهون ظروفًا خاصة أو يحتاجون إلى مساعدة. على سبيل المثال، كان حجزي لغرفتين، وواجهت صعوبة في إتمام التسجيل عبر الجهاز. كما لاحظت أن إحدى الغرف لم تكن تحتوي على مروحة. في كلا الحالتين، تواصلت مع مدير المطعم الموجود في الفندق، والذي كان متعاونًا جدًا وساعدني في تسجيل الدخول وتوفير المروحة المطلوبة. أشكره على تعاونه واهتمامه.

Ruim, net, modern appartement op een mooie, centrale locatie

Centrale locatie, ruim modern en schoon apartement met deels zicht op prachtige bergtoppen. Zeer behulpzaam personeel ondanks dat zij niet fysiek direct aanwezig zijn.

Uitleg van de wasmachine was er niet, dus hebben deze uiteindelijk niet kunnen gebruiken.

In allem toller Aufenthalt für einen kurzen Trip in Innsbruck!

Tolles Apartment mit ausreichend Platz. Außen Terrasse bei wärmeren Tagen nutzbar, fanden wir toll und die Sauna war ein Highlight zum entspannen. Ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe war ebenfalls von Vorteil.

Die Küche war toll zum kochen, allerdings fanden wir fett und Öl Reste im Backofen. Auch Backpapier oder Alufolie wäre ein tolle Ergänzung gewesen. Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten bei der Nutzung des Plissees, das zum Balkon hatte sich immer wieder beim auf und zu fahren verhangen.

موقع مميز جدا للاسترخاء قريب مسافة عشر دقائق بالسيارة عن وسط انسبروك . الجناح P2 مناسب لعائله من 5-6 اشخاص. الجناح كان غرفتي نوم ودورة مياة منفصلة عن الاستحمام وصالة انيقة مع مطبخ متكامل عصري جدا.
