Fun visit to Innsbruck made better by clean and comfortable lodging.

Great location-Access to transit and in the center of town. Comfortable, though the bed was a bit soft for my taste. Ample kitchen and fridge. Fantastic hot showers and thirsty towels.

Kitchen would be even better with a cutting board and toaster.

Great location!

This apartment is in the middle of Old Town and a few steps away from shopping and hiking. Check in was easy, at the hotel lobby two blocks away. This apartment is close to many wonderful restaurants and cafes.

We travel as a couple and I am noticing a trend of beds pushed against a wall, without bed side tables or lamps. This apartment has an odd layout which required me to get into bed by crawling from the foot of the bed, with nowhere to stow my watch or glasses. There were very few electrical outlets and they are positioned high, at the light switches or covered over by unmovable furniture.

Family week in Austria

The place was nice and with a lot of space. The big bed, set of two beds + common secondary matelas, was comfortable - soft (too soft for my partner point of view). The kitchen was well equipped and cleaned. Towels were furnished. Air conditioning in both main rooms. The location was ideal. Baby bed (with extra cost) ready on arrival with nice cover and pillow. Our daughter slept very well.

No microwave. Very warm in the bathroom. Bathtub "windows" not super practical and did not keep well the water from running out of the bathtub. Pillows (but difficult to satisfy everybody!)

Fabulous location in the old town. The apartment was small but perfectly adequate for a short stay.

The layout of the apartment is a little quirky, having to walk past the bed to get to the kitchen. The bed was a bit soft, but OK for a short stay.

Nothing.. very negative vibes..

Quiet old side-street but right in town, close walk to Imperial Garden, groceries within 5 min walk, small studio but ok for our two nights

Lady at Reception was very quick and pleasant.

I was very disappointed that I was charged a cleaning fee at check in. We leave any property in very good condition, assuming the host would naturally hoover, change bedding, towels etc, as you would in a hotel. A separate fee was disappointing.,

Great for a ski trip

Everything our group of friends needed. We rented several apartments for our group. Location was perfect to town center. Each apartment had nice necessities and included more than the basics. Facilities were clean.

We typically rent a home for a party our size so not having a common area was expected. Our group gathered in one of the large apartments after our trip and it was cozy.

Easy like Sunday morning 😊

Location is just perfect (old city but silent). Apartment is clean and has all you need. Window view is 😍😍😍. Check-in/out was easy and simple.

Bed was tooo soft for side sleepers 😂, but that is subjective thing 🤐. I wish that furniture is organized differently (the space is big enough to be more "user friendly").

Very nice apartment in a great old town location close to public transportation at a great price.

Location, price, service were all great. Apartment was nice. I was worried about the 3 minute walk to the apt with our luggage if there was snow, but we were lucky with the weather. Public transportation right outside and taxis lined up waiting 24-7 across the street.

The European practice of not using a top sheet and two individual douvets made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Be sure to get good instructions to find the door down a tiny back alley. We walked too far and had to get directions because the door is not in the front on the main street and alley is hard to find.

Check-in male at desk is rude and quite unpolite. Smiling and being as support to customer would be appreciated. Better time on the check-out with female operator, she was smiling and polite.

A wonderful stay!

it was ideal for our purpose, and when our son came down with a high fever, cough and delayed flights to London, we were so grateful to the staff for organising an extra night, to allow him and his husband to rest for the day. will be recommending Basic Apartments Downtown to anyone I know to be visiting “Innsbruck, Du Wunderschöner Alpenstadt”

Comfortable place that I would gladly visit again

Location in principle fine in the old town; very convenient. apartment is great, good beds, well equipped kitchen. It's all there

One less positive aspect really was weather dependent. I was there on a few very warm days, and then the apartment warms up to the point that you must open the windows at night. The windows open on a busy street in the centre, which makes sleeping a bit more challenging than many would desire. With the windows closed, the street noise is almost absent, so it is fair to notice that this will only be a potential summer season issue.

Il n’y avait pas de micro-ondes, pas de grille-pain . Quand on a payé les frais de nettoyage sur le terminal on avait le choix de payer en canadien ou en euros et l’employé nous a exigé de choisir euros disant que c’était son employeur qui exigeait ça de cette façon. Nous on voulait choisir canadien très décevant .

Die Lage war ideal, direkt in der Innenstadt. Die Bus-und Straßenbahnhaltestelle sowie der Taxistand waren direkt vor dem Haus. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Das Apartment war sauber und sehr bequem.

Le fait d’avoir son propre petit appartement tout équipé était génial. On était en plein centre ville, ce qui est parfait pour les visites ou pour prendre des bus vers des randonnées. L’établissement (l’appart) était propre. Je le recommande.
