We had an excellent stay!

The location is above a bakery/cafe in the historic center, close to everything we wanted to see. It was quiet and comfortable for our family with small kids. The owner was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. He is a perfect host!

Unique experience in the old Innsbruck

Top location in the old town nearby the gold roof. Separated space with the entry thru a roof terrace. Spacious inside, with a sky window. It was warm inside, everything was clean. Good option to stay for 2-3 nights and get the vibe of the old Innsbruck. A, the cafe in the same building is a good and traditional,also a.good tip..

The center of Innsbruck is under construction now, but we didn"t feel to be affected of it in the apartment. Just plan your trip accordingly

Fantastic city centre accommodation

Incredibly welcoming host from the very first communication. Ideal city centre location. Warm, cost comfortable apartment with ample space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Really safe and secure. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. Great value for money. Amazing treats downstairs in Cafe Munding. We will definitely use this as our base in Innsbruck summer and winter.

Perfect location

location was perfect, only seconds away from golden roof by walking.

it is very old (maybe historic) building in the center. So comfort of the room was below average. Thats only one big room with 4 beds, seperate bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is not usable, only one coffee maker without any coffee catriges ( i did communicate with owner for the coffee and some towels)

Loved the location!! Around everything you would want to see and do. didn’t mind the quirky access of getting to apartment. charming for the location. cafe Munding just below was excellent and so helpful with all my questions. even called cab for us when we needed to get to airport.

Recommended for location only

The location is the best thing about the apartment. The picture of the room was fairly accurate and the wi fi was pretty good. The host's cafe is right below, and plenty of restaurants and cafes all around. We were right in the centre of things so that was great.

Unfortunately both my husband and I had injured our foot so climbing 19 steps up with luggage wasn't the best, and doing this everyday for the next 5 days was a pain. The entrance to get to the main room itself isn't well designed as you pass one room, the terrace and then the room itself. The room isn't well equipped for winter stays since the radiators (though being set at 23 degrees) didn't really help. The shower in the bathroom took about 8 - 10 mins before it got hot and that was a crazy wastage. Day of checkout, the host never told us where to drop off the keys and city tax (which had to be in cash) despite us sending repeated messages.

Nice place for small group with great location

Excellent location in a historic building, right in the Old town. Comfortable beds and enough space for 4 people. Great value for money when travelling as a group. Lovely terrace outside next to the bedroom. We also got vouchers from the host Chris for a breakfast in Cafe Munding right nearby (also used as check-in point), which was an unexpected little bonus.

If you have heavy bags, it might be a bit troublesome as you have to climb the stairs and then go through some common areas in order to reach your accomodation. Check-in might take some time, but communication with Chris was swift and efficient.

Innsbruck at its best

The Apartment is decorated very uniquely and nicely, it has an amazing atmosphere inside, with a cool sky light window. it is comfortable and roomy. the kitchen is equipped just enough to make meals and cooking. The owner is very warm and welcoming, and the Munding cafe, just bellow, serves great breakfasts and more. the location tops! in the pleasant old city of Innsbruck, close to everything interesting.

I didn't understand that this is a Studio apartment prior the arrival. I thought I needed a separated bedroom to bed our baby, but it was still very comfortable and didnt affect us.

We were in Innsbruck for a snowboard trip and this apartment was a perfect choice to go to different ski facilities with its central location. It is a large apartment, in Old Town of Innsbruck. Minutes away from transportation, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. We had everything that we needed.

Amazing experience, great breakfast, would 10/10 stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at downtown innsbruck. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the main Christmas market. The stay and apartment were cozy, and the breakfast an added benefit. If we make it back to Innsbruck in the future, we will definitely be staying again. We came from the USA, and made stops in Innsbruck, Salzburg and Vienna. Innsbruck was by far our favorite, and the stay at downtown innsbruck was our favorite place to stay. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful.

The bed was a bit stiff, but it was nice after walking as much as we did.

Good accomodation at the city center of Innsbruck

1. The apartment´s location is very good, right in the middle of the city center and easy to be found. 2. The host (he introduced himself as Chris) is very responsive and kind. 3. The apartment is spacious, fit nicely for 4 of us. 4. The beds are very comfy.

1. Personally I feel the access to the apartment thru another room is inconvenient. 2. There is no shower curtain/door to cover the shower. It makes the bathroom wet after shower. 3. There is no microwave in the kitchen. It will be good if a microwave is added, will be useful to reheat the food or drink.

Wir haben den Schlüssel nach lange Wartezeit in der Konditorei erhalten. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen unfreundlich, absolut keine Spuren von Gastfreundschaft. Der Unterkunft ist alles andere als einladend, kein Fernseher dafür Spinnweben. Mobiliar alt, ohne Charme . Kaffeemaschine vorhanden aber die Kapseln sind inkompatibel, also kein Kaffee in der früh. Bettwäsche sauber aber alles andere mehr als in der Jahre gekommen, Badezimmer substandard. Wir waren enttäuscht. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen

Der Vermieter informierte uns an Tag der Anreise über ein angebliches Problem mit Wasser in der Wohnung und bat uns eine andere Wohnung an, gleich groß und mit einer ähnlichen Ausstattung wie die gebuchte aber ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Da wir uns bereits auf der Reise befanden, haben wir dem Austausch zugestimmt. Die Wohnung hat übel gerochen: über die Lüftung kam aus den anderen Wohnungen abends Zigarettenrauch im Badezimmer und vormittags starke Küchengerüche in unserer Küche
