Beautiful apartment and modern renovations. Comfortable beds and pillows

The check in process was a nightmare. Extremely difficult to understand what needed to be done to check in. Apartment was very nice, but did not know there wasnt an elevator and we had to carry 6 adult and 3 children luggage up 5 flights of stairs. Washing machine hadnt been unloaded and pillow cases had hair on them.

Good location - close to the main train station

Considering the extremely high price (went at Christmas) the apartment was unimpressive at best - dishwasher barely worked - cut foot on broken glass on bedroom floor - 3 tiny hotel sized shampoos (4 adults staying 4 nights), no other toiletries - no main living area, just kitchen table and bedrooms - up 3 flights of stairs

Amazing location, walkable to train station, alstadt, museums. Grocery stores, restaurants, everything. Very spacious apartment. 2 awesome full bathrooms. Efficient kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great washer. Everything was in perfect working order.

Location and room was very modern and clean.

We were on the 2nd floor which was good and had a good view over the street, but as with Europe we had to carry our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs to reach our room.

Automated checkin with no staff. Fast and Easy. Clean and spacious apartment. 2nd single bed was a full size bed, not a sofa bed. Apartment included a Washing Machine which was a big PLUS. Kitchen had Dishwasher, hot plate, refridgerator and sml applicances. (though no microwave). Beds were comfortable. Location was great - we wallked from the train station and to places in Innsbruck.

Our apartment was on level 1, this required lugging suitcases up a narrow steep staircase, while not an issue for us, if you have any physical or strength issues, this might be a problem. (ie. there's no elevator in the building - to our knowledge).

Location was fabulous and the rooms were wonderfully clean. The beds we very comfortable and bathrooms very nice. The mobile check in was easy. The only suggestion would be to have a more secure lobby space. Overall we loved our stay and I would highly recommend.

A more secure lobby and stair entrance would have felt better.

The location is great! The appartment was spacious, and everything we needed was there.

It was not very clean, that could have been better.

Spacious rooms, easy walk to the historic downtown as well the top of Innsbrook lift. Parking very close and easy to access. Digital key works well when activated. NOTE: Innsbrook card provided with the unit - however only 3+ days booked actually provide benefit, I.e. lift pass, transport.

The fully automated process is great when it works. The site is a bit glitchy and does not seem to update in a timely fashion. - staff response is very timely though. NOTE: we had problems receiving the text updates. The digital key and verification process is updated by text. However reaching out via the Booking.com platform yielded quick replies and assistance. Also, keep in mind if you arrive early and need to drop bags the lobby is NOT occupied and the closet is unsecured; front door does require a digital key but the adjacent door was broken and propped open. Finally, there is no real place to unload bags…. The curb in front is highly trafficked by buss and cars, don’t expect to pause in front, expect a bag drag.

Geen smart TV. Geen gordijn in badkamer met raam, waardoor er inkijk mogelijkheid was.

Sehr gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Zentrum. Bus und Straßenbahn in der Nähe und Restaurant im Nachbarhaus. Sehr gute Ausstattung (zum Beispiel gab zur Waschmaschine auch wäschepods).

Ich bewerte es nicht negativ, aber jeder der diese Zimmer/Wohnungen bucht sollte gelesen haben das alles über self Check-in geht und der Schlüssel über das Handy funktioniert. Eine klassische 24 h besetzte Rezeption vor Ort wie im Hotel gibt es nicht.

Die Lage war Top. Wohnung war Top.

Polsregruppe fehlte

Da es eine Ferienwohnung war, gab es kein Frühstück. Gefallen hat uns die Raumaufteilung, die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam an einem Tisch zu sitzen, den Abend zusammen ausklingen zu lassen. Und die Möglichkeit, den Morgen mit einem Kaffee in der Wohnung zu beginnen.

Da ich nicht fit beim online einchecken bin, wollte ich dies vor Ort im Eingangsbereich erledigen. Dies war durch einen Fehler im Bedienfeld nicht möglich. Eine eintreffende Familie hat dann am Handy geholfen.

エレベーターがなく、スーツケースを運ぶのに苦労した。

Deux belles grandes chambres séparés, lits confortables. Laveuse dans la salle de bain (incluant le savon à lavage). Très tranquille et bonne situation géographique. On faisait tout à pied. Épicerie pas très loin.

Il très faisait chaud dans l’appartement (canicule lors que nous y étions) mais heureusement on peut ouvrir les fenêtres et la porte donnant sur le toit et deux petits ventilateurs étaient disponibles. En arrivant, vous devez avoir le lien pour ouvrir la porte principale de l’entrée avant d’avoir accès à la borne d’enregistrement permettant d’avoir une carte magnétique physique. Par contre, dans notre cas, il n’y avait aucune carte magnétique disponible pour ouvrir les portes. Nous avons du utiliser notre téléphone durant tout le séjour, mais cela fonctionnait très bien quand même. (Je n’avais pas accès aux textos, ils nous envoient un lien internet par courriel le jour même et c’est ok, seulement un peu stressant en cas de manque de batteries). Pas d’ascenseur. Nous étions au dernier étage et c’est beaucoup de marches quand même. Pas de problème pour nous, mais avec grosses valises et personnes à mobilité réduite cela pourrait être plus difficile.
