Absolutley Awesome

The Kasperhof Apartments are situated in a fantastic location, approx 20/30min walk down into the town of Innsbruck,uphill to consider however there's no need as there is a bus that is a few steps away from the apartments that runs every 10 minutes,into the heart of Innsbruck and back it takes 10 mins give or take, we used this daily its free for your duration of your stay as are given a downloadable pass,we were never asked to show it.The Apartments are stunning the scenery is fantastic, theres also a lovely eatery just a couple of minutes up from Kasperhof if you don't want to go into the town,you can just have drinks if you want, we ate here twice...then a bit more of a very short climb to get the heart pumping is another place to drink and eat further up, but do check the opening times before embarking, all the information is in the information pack in your rooms.Then there's good old google to double check.Oh and the gardens and stables are beautiful ! we spent some time sat out there enjoying a drink..also the restaurant is super lovely, recommend booking at the weekend as can get busy.

Theres nothing we didn't like as such..some things can't be helped there was building work going on across the road from the apartments which was quite noisy at times, but we only heard it if we were sat outside on the balcony..inside you can't hear any noise because the glazed doors & windows are fantastic :-) and building work won't last forever so no complaint from us.Our apartment was fairly cool even as temperatures rose to high 20's low 30's we didn't have to use the aircon...I did look at switching it on at one point but noticed that this was an extra cost, from memory it wasn't much so no biggie, also a few euros to use the washer and tumble dryer not a complaint just fyi's...maybe its in the small print which I'm rubbish at reading sometimes.

Nice size and very clean , lots of utensils in the kitchen .

Horses in back of property as a livery stable out the back . Only because I’m a light sleeper so some days people in yard kept me awake . But a minor detail . Also want aware the shuttle bus doesn’t run in summer .

Clean, Roomy and Comfortable Apartment

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the shower was great. It has pretty views and is very quiet at night so great for sleeping. The owner was very responsive and easy to contact. The location was a bit out of town. We walked from the train station and it took an hour, including an uphill slog at the end. We should have taken the bus. We were emailed a pass for the bus before we arrived but I hadn’t checked my emails, so I didn’t know. With the pass, the bus is free and it’s really convenient. We used it every time we went into town. The K bus stops at the bus station and less than a block from the apartment. The name of the stop begins with an L. Ask the owner for the full name. The bus is much quicker and easier than walking, and it’s free. There are two buses that go to the old town from the apartment. One is K and I forget the other. The bus stops have the schedule; they each come three times an hour. Very convenient. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus

Wonderful

A fabulous 4 night stay at Kasperhof Apartments. We were in apartment 6 and had great views from both the front and back balconies. The apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable with everything required for an enjoyable stay. Located a 15-20 min bus ride (which ran regularly) into the city, the apartment was great to return to after a busy day hiking (a good selection of hikes start in the hills behind the apartments) or visiting the city. A lovely restaurant & beer garden are located a few mins walk away, and an excellent supermarket is a short bus ride or 12-15 min walk away. Petra was very friendly and helpful, and communication with the apartments before our arrival was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

One step to the mountains in the greatest of comfort

The location is stunning, public transport is so efficient (and free to use with the welcome cards!) that having a car is made completely redundant. The hosts are helpful, cheerful and very very patient!

Absolutely nothing! We were charged 28 Euro for parking despite having no car, but that was Booking.com, not Kasperhof. If we can go back we will book directly.

Simply perfect!

Super clean, well equipped, with fantastic hosts and stunning views. Close to the center, close to skinning, with amazing views of the mountains, horses, and the airport to watch flights coming in and out. Perfect!

Beautiful mountain view property in Innsbruck

A beautiful property set up on the hillside, with fantastic views of the mountain all around, including the little airport in front. Free parking space on-site was a welcome. The kitchen was well-equipped (no microwave) and so was the bathroom with plenty of fresh towels etc. The balcony was great to unwind in. Wi-fi is works well throughout the property. There is a lift as well but you need to walk a few short steps to the lift for those mobile-impaired. I have old parents who didn't travel with me this time but sometimes do so I look at these things. The laundry room and ironing room is on a separate floor. There's also a bus stop close to the property but we took the car everywhere as parking in the city is also quite convenient. The room can get quite warm at night, we left the windows open and I carry a little travel fan with me everywhere as the EU started getting warmer. Must be perfect in winter. I also saw they had AC at an additional cost but we didn't need it in April.

There is nothing to dislike, the views are amazing,, you wake up to a mountain and stables view. With the view from the living room being Innsbruck airport. Windows are double glazed. you do not hear aircraft. The space and design of the apartment is everything you could wish for. Petra is very accommodating in your stay, should you need anything she is on call. The bus stop is just 50 metre's away which takes you into Innsbruck centre.

We had no snow. Petra couldn't control the weather 🤣

Exceptional

We loved the room. Everything was super clean, the kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable and plenty of room and closets. Big shower, nice balcony. The host is very nice, friendly and gave a lot of information. The kids loved the horses nearby. A lot of thought was put into the room - there's even a first-aid kit. Highly recommended!!!

The washing machine and dryer, which are shared, are only available between 9 AM and 9 PM (at extra cost). This was a little uncomfortable for us since we usually returned around 8 PM to the room which did not leave enough time even for a single cycle of washing and drying.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Unterkunft war sehr grosszügig. Man hat viel Platz und der grosse Balkon mit der wunderschönen Aussicht lässt einem gerne dort verweilen. Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und es war auch alles sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich direkt willkommen.

Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe, sind für mich die Kissen und Betten, welche ich persönlich nicht komfortabel fand. Die Matratze war mir zu weich und etwas durchgelegen.
