An older house - not without flaws

Might be an unpopular opinion, but the proximity to a busy international airport made the walks with the dog very interesting. Good access to public transport, even though it’s hard to imagine a bad location in Innsbruck. Helpful host.

It was very cold first day - the house needed some time to warm up. All beds and furniture were very low - unsuitable for taking care of the baby (changing diapers, clothes, etc). Plumbing was stuck on the ground floor - water was almost overflowing from the sink - needed to stop the running water after a few seconds while brushing teeth. The worst of all - is sound insulation. You could hear everything in our room (right about the living room) when people were talking downstairs. Not suitable for families with children who come in larger groups…

We had a great stay at this house in Innsbruck. Big and perfect for our group of 9 people

The house was in a convenient location and close to town.

The heaters didn’t really keep up with the cold. I wish they were turned on before we came so the house could heat up. Also, the dryer didn’t really dry any of the clothes

Also photoes were good, there were details that does not match the overall image. There was possibility to check in late. Also possibility to pay city tax by wire transfer. The price was good in comparison to other late options in Insbruck. Possibility to park two cars inside the garden.

There was feeling of old premises with new refurbishments.

Zu Teuer für Schimmel und nicht Funktionierende Heizung

Das Haus sieht von aussen Extreme heruntergekommen aus. Im Badezimmer war schwarzer Schimmel. Es ist Maximal mit einem Auto möglich zu Parken. Das Haus wird nur mit Elektroöfen beheizt und wird nicht richtig warm. Steckdosen waren Rausgerissen. Der preis von 400€ pro Nacht ist unserer Meinung nach mietwucher für ein haus das bei Flugzeugen die landen Vibriert.

Tout d'abord l'accès au logement avec boite à clés sans présence du propriétaire et avec des informations uniquement en allemand au départ, puis en anglais. Le stationnement se faisait par une entrée sur une autre rue, avec une sortie dangereuse, dans un jardin totalement abandonné. La maison n'était pas adaptée pour 4 couples avec une chambre minuscule dotée de lits superposés. Aberration : pas de télévision dans le séjour mais dans une seule chambre, certaines lampes de chevet ne pouvaient être reliées à des prises électriques fantômes, une seule douche et un seul lavabo pour 8 avec une restriction sur la durée des douches préconisée par le propriétaire. De plus, aucune indication concernant le bout de piste d'atterrissage de l'aéroport situé à 500 mètres.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt guter Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing und Ausflüge in die Berge.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Haltestellen von Bus und Stadtbahn sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Die überdachte Terrasse ist schön.

Das Haus ist für 10 Personen ausgeschrieben, wir waren mit 5 Personen in dem Haus und das war mit 1 Bad und einer zusätzlichen sehr kleinen Gästetoilette mit Handwaschbecken gerade so machbar. Der Warmwasserboiler hätte für mehr Personen nicht ausgereicht, das Wasser wurde beim 2. Duschgang schon kalt. Das Tor für die Einfahrt mit dem PkW ließ sich nicht vollständig schließen.

Das Haus ist alt und etwas heruntergekommen. Man hat sich Mühe beim Einrichten geheben, aber kuschelig ist anders.

Wenn wieder Innsbruck, dann sehr gerne wieder das "Kuschelige Häuschen"

Ein helles, geräumiges Einfamilienhaus mit Garten. Platz für die ganze Familie mit großem Ess- Wohnzimmerbereich zum gemütlichen zusammen sitzen. Große Zimmer .... es hat super gepasst.

Die Türen zu den Schlafzimmern hatten Fenster. Das macht wenig Sinn, weil jedes Licht von außen reinscheint.
