Amazing view, worth the climb!

The view was amazing and it was great having a terrace from which to enjoy it. There were lots of towels and toiletries provided, and lots of space.

The blind in one of the bedrooms was broken, as were a couple of the outside chairs and balcony. The shower didn't drain properly. The property has a lot of potential but needs some maintenance.

Superb

The location was incredible, the view was stunning. It was easy to fit 10 people and the hosts were extremely accommodating and always responded very quickly. The apartment was clean and lovely inside.

There weren't many kitchen utensils and the kitchen was a bit small, for example no toaster, grater etc. However it wasn't a big deal and there were plenty of plates, cutlery.

The panorama was nice.

The house is up on a hill, so it may be difficult to walk if you dont have a car. Beds were terribly hard and uncomfortable. There is a small room kept closed which smells do terrible. Even if the door is closed by the owner, since there is no window there, the smell difuzes to the house.

Vista panoramica su tutta Innsbruck, alzarsi la mattina e godersi questa vista la sera non ha paragoni. L' appartamento molto caldo e dotato di ogni confort, asciugamani e biancheria a sufficienza per qualsiasi evenienza, accessori per il bagno in quantità, silenziosa e spaziosissima

Nulla unico consiglio, avere a disposizione anche una macchinetta a cialde magari per il caffè sarebbe veramente il top, non mancherebbe veramente nulla, sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta

-Kontakt sehr unfreundlich (hatte nach Late Check out gefragt) - Handtücher modrig - Einrichtung down (Stühle kaputt, Fenster gebrochen mit Folie geklebt, Balkongelönder mit Seil gesichert, zahlreiche Flecken an Wänden drübergepinselt…) Die Mängel gehören beseitig, ihr bekommt fett Kohle dafür!

Hervorragende Lage, großzügige Räume und schöner Blick, Inneneinrichtung leider enttäuschend.

Lage TOP :-). Herrlicher Blick über Innsbruck, mitten im Grünen, trotzdem aus der Stadt noch fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und mit recht gelungener Raumaufteilung und schönem Ausblick. Bad mit Badewanne und Küche mit relativ guter Ausstattung waren weiteres Plus. Fotobilder an den Wänden ganz nett. Großer Esstisch, schöne und großzügige Terrasse. 1 Parkplatz gut, weitere schon sehr steil (an der Straße).

Grundsätzlich passt die (nicht vorhandene) Wertigkeit der Ausstattung/ Möblierung nicht zur ansonsten sehr ansprechenden Wohnung: Billigste IKEA-Schränke, Schränke ohne Türe und Kleiderstange, billig und abgewirtschaftete Sofalandschaft, Wacklige und quietschende Betten mit schlechten Matratzen, etwas windige Decken, billige Stoffpflanzen und Blumen überall, zerborstene Fensterscheiben (wohl durch Hitze und die unschön und billig angebrachten "Sonnenschutzfolien", eine schiefe Duschwandtüre, die nicht richtig schließt... Küche teilweise unter den Schränken nicht geputzt, Wände mit ein paar Pinseltupfern "scheckig" neu gestrichen/getupft. Alles keine großen Themen aber in Summe dann schon doch etwas enttäuschend und im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unpassend.

Praktisch für eine große Gruppe, Sauberkeit und Komfort mangelhaft

Die Anweisungen zu Parken und Schlüsselbox waren einfach, die Terasse ist wunderschön, es ist ruhig und hat eine tolle Aussicht.

Das Appartment war zu unserem Check-In Zeitpunkt nicht bereit und es wurde noch im Appartment gearbeitet. Als die Gastgeber dann fertig waren und gegangen sind, waren nicht alle Betten gerichtet, wir mussten selbst herausfinden, wie man die Sofas auszieht und es hat Bettwäsche gefehlt. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, kam eine sehr unhöfliche Antwort zurück, wobei ich sagen muss, dass die Person, die das fehlende Leintuch gebracht hat, sehr freundlich war. Das Appartment war nicht ausreichend sauber, die Balkonmöbel sind teilweise kaputt, der Badezimmerabfluss verstopft. Die Küche war nicht gut geputzt, es waren tote Insekten in den Küchenschränken und bei unserer Ankunft wurde mit Chlor gereinigt und nicht gelüftet, wir mussten uns daher den giften Stoffen aussetzen. Die Betten quietschen, waren zu weich und sowohl Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren billige Qualität und haben nicht frisch gerochen.

Unkompliziert und geräumig in der Nähe des Zentrums.

Unkompliziert und absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtet: Wir waren 8Personen und das ging gut. Engpass könnte eventuell sein, dass es nur eine Toilette und einen reservierten Parkplatz hat, wir fanden aber meistens einen weiteren freien Parkplatz etwas weiter unten an derselben Straße.

Alles super

Die Wohnung sieht auf den Bildern viel kleiner aus, waren positiv überrascht über die Größe. Sehr schöne Aussicht aus den Fenstern. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Hätte etwas staubfreier sein können. Zurück zur Unterkunft muss man steilen Berg hoch, ist etwas anstrengend mit Kindern aber für 2 Tage war es okay.

Nettes Apartment - schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber

Das Apartment ist bereits etwas abgenutzt aber sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Ausblick ist wirklich toll. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 10-15 Min.(bergauf bzw. bergab) in die Innenstadt.

Es gibt nur einen Parkplatz für das Apartment, das andere Auto mussten wir an der Straße parken. Wenn man das erste Mal dort ist, weiß man nicht wo man parken soll und fährt vorbei, was etwas blöd ist, da es sich um eine Einbahnstraße handelt. Eine Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist nicht möglich. Auf E-Mail Anfragen erhält man eine Standardantwort und telefonisch kommt man leider nicht durch.

Sehr gutes Appartement für den Aufenthalt in Innsbruck, mit atemberaubenden Ausblick. Empfehlenswert

Überragender Ausblick. Platz für alle Mitreisende. Besteck und Geschirr für alle vorhanden, genauso Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Es gab sogar für jeden eine kleine Tube Shampoo. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und der Zutritt war sehr einfach. Preis-Leistung sehr gut und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert.

Leider gibt es nur eine Toilette, was bei 11 Gästen das Aufbrechen etwas verzögert hat (weiß man aber durch die Inseratbilder auch bereits vorher). Der Esstisch ist für 11 Personen gerade lang genug, allerdings gab es nicht genügend Stühle, nur mit den zusätzlichen der Terrasse konnten wir alle gemeinsam Frühstücken.

Die Nachbarn. Nach 22 Uhr sollte man nicht auf den Balkon. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Die Nachbarn haben sich direkt beschwert.
