The location is excellent - rural, quiet, and tranquil, but just minutes away from local facilities and Innsbruck town centre. There is a bus stop literally seconds away from the property (on both sides of the road!) and buses run every 15-20 minutes into Innsbruck and, from there, if you choose not to use a car, you are efficiently connected to everything you've come to Austria for. If you do use a car, lots of free parking is available. Oh, and stunning mountain views from every window in the property!

Nothing. Personal preferences, like the type of pillow you're used to, or towells that you prefer are things individuals need to consider for themselves. The property provides everything you could ever need, but it isn't a bespoke service that caters to the specific needs of every individual.

A peaceful and quiet environment, a very kind host, and a superbly equipped apartment with two balconies. The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away and takes you to the city centre in 15–20 minutes. The accommodation also included a welcome card that allowed us to use public transportation free of charge.

The dehumidifier in the combined bathroom and toilet continues to run for quite a long time after the lights are switched off, so it would be worth connecting it to a separate switch. Also, if you plan to order food rather than eat at a restaurant or cook for yourself, the limited number of delivery services available to this address may be a drawback.
