Stay was comfortable. View from the property was awsome.

Breakfast not included, no cooking facility. View from Location was great.

Check in process. My family and luggage was on road side for almost 30 minutes before we could move in. There was a 10 min walk to collect keys. Location of key collection point was not clearly displayed. There was additional wait for concerned person to come with keys. Other staff could not understand english. A bad wheather could have made my family suffer more. Returning keys also required 10 min walk. There was dirty water supply in kitchen for about 10 minutes , then it got cleared .

Exceptional

The location was great. Very close to public transport - Fürstenweg bus/train stop or Mariahilfpark at walkable distances. A supermarket SPAR was right across the road. The Markthalle was walkable and the instructions were quite clear from Chris. He was quite fast to respond to our queries. The view from the penthouse was breathtaking. Great for a group of 4. it was on the 9th floor. Elevator until the 8th floor and one floor by stairs. Definitely worth the one floor climb for such an amazing panaroma view. Key pickup was without any hassle and the lady was quite friendly at Cafe Munding.

Expected more for the money

Beds were fine. Bath and shower also fine.

Key pick-up place hard to find and quite a long walk from the station. After a wait in a cafe, we were given the key, but no information about anything, least of all the apartment (NB: the ad promises info about Innsbruck, restaurants, etc). We were told the owner was asleep. Then another 10-minute walk with luggage to the place (though the ad says 5). In the dark, and from the river side of the apartment buildings, there was no identifier on the apartment building, and we were told it was the fourth of 4 buildings, so we went all the way up to the 9th floor (the key at the entrance worked) to the top and wandered around trying to match a picture with the doors without success. Some neighbours finally helped us by pointing out we were in the wrong building. One and a half hours after arriving at Innsbruck station, we finally got in to a fairly down-at-heel apartment. There was NO printed information anywhere about anything. It wasn't clear what the wifi code was or how to access it. Half the cupboards were locked. Couldn't open the door to the balcony: it was jammed. In the morning, as we were leaving, and AFTER we had gone to the supermarket to buy breakfast supplies (and eaten them), we found an envelope that had been left at the door holding 3 vouchers for breakfast all the way back at the place where we'd picked up the key. No one alerted us to these vouchers. This place really did not live up to our expectations, and we were left with a very bleak impression of the future of tourism in Europe.

The view from the rooms and balcony was beautiful The beds were confortable. The appartment was clean and had higiene products. Thr kitchen was equipped. Location was good.

Locker was far and not easy to find, but with the instructions it worked out. There should be more information regarding the checkout. Was missing some towels on the kitchen

Big apartment with an amazing top floor deck!

I love the view from the huge deck that was on 2 sides of the apartment. I also loved there is a full kitchen and 2 sleeping areas.

tasty breakfast, pleasant location, friendly people. We were happy with the vegetarian spreads (aufstriche). If we had known ( & being vegetarian), we would have opted for all vegetarian breakfast. The locally made bread was delicious. In order to avoid waste, it would be good to encourage customers to take their unfinished spreads with them for later consumption. Of course we did that ourselves, but we were not sure if it would be appreciated. The apartment was spacious with a gorgeous view and in a very nice place of town.

We really liked Munding, but we would like to point out that during breakfast at Munding, lots of waste are generated - each spread coming in a different small single-use container for instance. There should be better options, such as the possibility, as a customer, to collect some spread from a large container with one spoon, and then bring it to your table where you spread it with your own knife. It would also be nice to offer vegan chocolate milk, like oat milk.

Im Badezimmer hat es stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Wahrscheinlich aus einer anderen Wohnung über die Lüftung in das Badezimmer gedrungen.

Wohnung komplett abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig! Kaputte Stühle, Loch im Küchenboden, Terassenmöbel kaputt, Keine Kochmöglichkeit, Alter Plastikstisch mit kaputten Holzstühlen als Sitzmöglichkeit und keine Heizung im Badezimmer. Ehrlich gesagt eine Frechheit diese Wohnung in so einem Zustand zu vermieten!!
