Great location. Pitty we could not have stayed longer.

Short notice booking, due to flight cancellation. Perfect location, very central in historic old town, but modern building internally. Comfortable and plenty of room. Due to short stay overnight, we didn’t make use of the kitchen, but this is well equipped.

Great but minor issues

It did what it promised. Looked like the pics. Location was perfect. Prices expensive but reasonable for the area. Size was fine. Nice nespresso coffee machine - a bonus. Very clean. Beds fine. V nice overall.

For the money a few extra touches would have made a big difference. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom felt petty. Duvets didnt have covers. TV wouldnt connect to internet so couldnt connect to anything other than austrian tv. Also the plugs were in weird places- half way up walls by the door for example and nothing near the bed in the bedroom. A real problem for charging a phone which is needed for alarms in the morning. A 10am check out - tho easy- felt very early for the money and no option to leave bags. Ultimately minor issues but they add up to letting down an otherwise excellent place.

Always great, but two bedrooms should mean two bedrooms

Always like coming here, we come every year. Apartments are nice, great location, reasonably priced if we have double occupancy. Clean, modern, and staff are usually quite helpful.

Only thing that annoyed this year is they've described apartments on booking.com as "two bedroom apartments" when it's actually one separate bedroom and then a bed placed in the living room, which they call the "main bedroom". But seriously, thats not a bedroom, it's a bed in the living room. So you dont get your own space that your buddy doesn't walk thru when he comes home later than you. Feels disingenuous. We'll still be back next year, but I'll look at the floor plans much more carefully.

Comfortable apartment right in the middle of the old town

The apartment is comfortable, right in the middle of the old town.

All the noise from the streets gets through the windows. That includes people talking, laughing, suitcases dragged on the pavement and trash/delivery trucks at 6am. I found the kitchen a bit sparsely equipped (only one kitchen towel).

Really lovely apartment in the old town

Excellent location, really well equipped. The bar downstairs makes a great Aperol Spritz. Easy to get everywhere by foot. Great restaurants nearby. Beautiful Mountain View's on the balcony.

No where to store luggage upon checkout. Not even for a couple of hours. There were a couple of underwear items left in the wardrobe by previous guests.

It was centrally located to Innsbruck Christmas Market and the views surrounding the property are stunning. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay but would not recommend if you are expecting separate sleeping rooms.

The location was excellent, easy check in and out. Good bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and duvets etc.

The apartment is advertised as 2 separate bedrooms and a sofa bed. However there is one bedroom and the other bed and sofabed are in the living room/kitchen. I was booking for 3 single women and this was not what we were expecting. Also we asked for a sheet for the sofabed which was not delivered.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Old Town!

The apartment was in the heart of the Old Town, right by the Golden Roof. So many restaurants surrounding the property. We stayed in the Family Apartment, #4. The building has a lift, which was great. Great space in the apartment for a family of 5. Comfy beds! Would definitely stay there again!

Decent appartment in the city center

Location is extremely central

No luggage storage. The windows are old and thin, it gets cold in the night but there's no possibility to control the heating. I suppose they turn it on centrally in winter, but we were there on a particularly cold September and had no heating at all. Noise insulation is bad, and there's plenty of noise in the street.

Well maintained, beautifully located flat.

Space, light, high ceilings and it was in the centre of Innsbruck I.e. very good access to shops/bakeries/transport. Restaurant below offered fabulous food. A 10-15 min walk to the train station. Communication from the team was great.

The bunkbed setting for 2 adults (we were 4 adults and 2 adults could share a king bed, 2 had to use the bunk beds). That was disappointing. Also didn’t like that tea bags and/or instant coffee were not supplied. We arrived in the evening and needed to dash for supplies before shops closed (and shops close early!). We weren’t keen on the bathtub in the bedroom either but that’s just our personal preference.

We visited second week of August. It was really hot weather and apartment wasnt having AC. It was really uncomfortable. Secondly, having the experience staying in other apartments throughout Europe, it was surprising to see that staff did not kept basic things like salt, sugar,oil and cleaning cloth in the kitchen.

Clean, spacious, central.

Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Great central location. Rooms on the courtyard away from the street aren’t too loud at night.

Staff not interested in helping with anything. A bar/restaurant directly below the hotel where staff and locals hangout and smoke all day which drifts up the central stairwell to floor above. Units are warm without AC and need to keep windows open at night if you like it cool.

Great location, but only fair value for your money

This apartment is at a great location in the center of Innsbruck, right at the house with the golden roof. The location is definitely the best thing about the apartment. I've read many reviews about this place. For us, the communication with the host and the collection of the keys was flawless. There was an A/C installed, but it didn't give a lot of comfort.

The apartment is at the top floor and it gets hot. Although there was a portable A/C installed and a few fans were available, this only gave a little comfort. The second bed room had no windows (should not be advertized as a 'second' bed room), which made it very uncomfortable. The shower was ok but we could spot mold and unclean spots.

Fairly easy to find. Time limits on arrival check ins made our travel more difficult to ensure we arrived to get keys, but once there it was quick and easy. Great location in center of town!

Could have had a bit more furnishings, more comfort items to help enjoy the stay. Definitely needed more fans for air flow. One bedroom with bunk beds was extremely small. No places for clothing or bags. Kitchen was sufficient. Not super well stocked but enough to get by.

Great location, poor communication, and not up to clean standard

The location was amazing. Right in the heart of the action.

Was charged $60 for an extra person, totally understood. But, then staff kept staying they were dropping off sheets for sofa bed, asked again when it didn’t arrive, went down to reception, told it would be there soon. By 10:30 pm we called and was told it wasn’t coming. No one informed us, poor communication. It seemed like staff was mainly running restaurant, and also trying to tend to hotel guests. Was told manager next day would refund our surcharge. Haven’t received any communication from hotel today. The walls in the first bedroom had smeared residue on walls, which isn’t something you want to find in a hotel room. I have a picture, it’s gross. While we initially felt excited about the portable air conditioner, it was putting off much heat and then didn’t feel the room cooled down. It’s in a loud night area, so tricky to keep windows open. The bathroom faucet was very loose and worried I would break it with easy use.

This is a superb apartment in a great location. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of spare bedding if required. The patio area and views of the mountains were superb.

Almost Perfect Stay in the Heart of Innsbruck

Our stay in Innsbruck was truly memorable, thanks to this well-located and thoughtfully maintained hotel. Everything—from the location to the amenities—was spot on. Situated within easy reach of public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, it made exploring the city effortless. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with attention to detail evident throughout the property.

However, there are two minor areas where improvement could elevate the experience to perfection. First, installing proper blackout curtains would greatly enhance sleep quality by blocking out early morning light. Second, during warmer months, having air conditioning or at least better ventilation would help prevent the room from feeling stuffy or suffocating. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay in Innsbruck, and with just a couple of tweaks, it would be flawless.

Wonderful apartment and ideally situated for activities in and around Innsbruck.

This location is perfect for any type of Innsbruck tourism. Ideally situated on the main pedestrian thoroughfare and less than one city block from the "Golden Roof" and cathederal, walking distance to the Markthalle alongisde the river with its running/cycling path, the furnicular to Nordkette, public buses to the ski slopes throughout the valley, etc. The host was extraordinarily responsive.

Nothing terrible to say. Three notes for full disclosure. First, on weekend evenings, because this is literally on the main thoroughfare, it is extraordinarily noisy very late into the evening. In the morning, commercial trucks serving the merchants on the ground floor may also disturb you. An apartment "in the back" may mitigate some of the noise. Second, there is no in-room or in-building laundry. Not disqualifying, but if you are in Innsbruck for outdoor adventures, you may want to consider where to wash/dry your clothes. Third, if you are there for work, while the apartment is extremely spacious, there are very few power outlets and we located none around the dining table (which was ideally situated for working with a laptop and gazing out at the street below ... alas no outlet for powering the laptop).

Hot water pot used to boil water was dirty. Very very noisy. I could hear everything from my he delivery person coming in and out of the bar down stairs at 6:30 am to people talking on the sidewalk. No coffee included in the room.

Centrally located little gem, right in the heart of Innsbruck.

Needed a one-night stay in Innsbruck to break up drive to Salzburg and we found this little gem (at significantly discounted rate) right in Innsbruck’s beating heart. Did pre-check-in online which saved time when we arrived. Staff at coffee shop/bar gave us key and instructions and we took lift to our 4th floor apartment. Well stocked kitchenette, huge TV screen, comfortable, clean room, and decor inside room and around the whole apartment block (portraits of pop culture icons on walls) created a modern, funky vibe but not too over the top. Message system also allowed host to provide easy parking instructions at nearby Congress parking garage. Highly recommend this property to families or couples & small groups of friends travelling together.

Coffee shop downstairs wasn’t open when I went for a coffee just after 9am. Top bunk slats were loose and I didn’t trust them holding my 96kg body so I moved mattress to the floor and slept on it there. Not much else to be critical of. Just would’ve liked to have stayed a few nights longer.
