Location

No air conditioner but according to the locals, no one in town has an air unit so it would have been nice to have enough air fans for each room to feel comfortable. Also location of washer n dryer was horrible.

Great location and value.

The location was perfect, and the loft beds were enjoyed by my two teenage nieces. Parking was easy out front. The sofas in each bedroom made it nice to be able to talk in the evenings as there is no central living room other than a dining table and chairs.

The mattresses were firm, which some didn't find as comfortable, but we had an overall lovely time.

Extremely spacious, warm, easy to access and very comfortable

Although we had been clearly informed the apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lot of stairs and no lift. It was however well worth the climb! A great apartment and we wish we had had longer there.

Beside the cold and price it was a nice place for short term

It was clean and the bed were clean and nice. The apartment has enough space for everyone.

As we came the flat was very cold and it took us about two hours to get it warmer. I think for the money we paid it should be better prepared. My experience from other places in ski area is really different. You come always in a warm cosy Appartement!

The teens loved the loft! Fit our extended family of 8 very comfortably.

Exceeding our expectations!

-The place was VERY spacious. We are a family of four, and the place seemed enough to house more than 6~9 people. This is a whole apartment consisted of a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a dining room, a toilet, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. Each rooms are also big enough, especially the bedroom next to the kitchen; it has two individuals beds(a regular single bed) above a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. -The interior and lighting is neat and fantastic. It looks just like or better than it looks in the photos presented in booking.com. -Location is pretty good as well. You can get to nearly every main spots in about 15 minutes.

-The bathroom was designed a bit poor so take shower in an upstanding position was quite difficult. Shower faucet was a little tricky to work with and the shower glass was broken. It would be nicer if the cleaning staff cared more about the cleanliness of the bathtub. -The place is located on the first floor so it doesn't seem suitable for people more sensitive to privacy/safety issues. Except for it, NONE!!

Just Perfect

We stayed just the one night, with 4 persons. The apartment is huge. I could imagine staying a week with full occupancy and it not feeling too small. It is an older apartment, but very nicely decorated, with everything you could need. There are lots of extras in the Kitchen like, tea, coffee, spices and oil. The beds were very comfortable. It is just a short walk to Sillpark shopping centre and the station. We stayed over the weekend and parking outside was no issue (it was also free). The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe to be walking around late at night. It is self check-in & check-out but it was seemless and communication was great beforehand. We will be back. thank you

Very nice option to stay in a centric place in Innsbruck!

In general terms the apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is really spacious and comfortable.

There was a malfunction with the heater and we couldn’t get hot water until day two :(

Apartament molt confortable i espaiós, amb una galeria semiexterior molt agradable. Et sents com si visquessis al lloc i això ens agrada molt quan estem de viatge. Situació molt aprop de la parada del bus que et porta al centre, per tant fàcil per visitar la ciutat. Molt ben equipat :)

Хорошие апартаменты для большой семьи. Находятся недалеко от вокзала и центра города. Район очень тихий, несмотря на то что апартаменты на 1 этаже, шума с улицы не было слышно и машины очень редко проезжали.

Немного скрипели двери в туалете но это мелочь :) еще можно добавить больше освещения
