- In the end a refundable damages deposit of 500Eu was not required/requested. - Flat was spacious, well laid out & well constructed, very clean, well equipped (Miele appliances), little noise from neighbours, 500/100Mbps broadband, welcome bottle of cheap fizz, bean to coffee maker with enough beans for 2 cups per day for 2 weeks, good bathroom, good standup fan, pepper supplied, well located mirrors, bus stop outside takes you to within an 8min walk of railway station. Decent soap, handwashing & shower gels.

- Despite the building having superb insulation this flat has four windows that catch the sunlight/heat all afternoon; even with the blinds, curtains and windows closed during the afternoon roasting during July 2026 the flat did get uncomfortably hot. The flat really needs aircon and/or external shutters to cope with such hot spells, failing that proper quiet ceiling mounted fans in the two main rooms. The curtains don't make the bedroom particularly dark at night like in most hotels, so if you need it to be dark bring an eye mask. The road outside is surprisingly noisy and the adjacent church starts its bells at 6am, with the 7am bells getting very persistent. This is not much of an issue when the windows are shut but during a hot spell you have to leave them open all night. We were sent our guest cards entitling us to free use of buses for the duration of our stay at 9:30am on our first day, unfortunately neither was sent to the person who made the flat booking, so we discovered them quite late. Nearby building work did take place on weekdays but the pneumatic/SDS drills didn't start until 8am. The coffee machine is noisy so you may wish to refrain from using it when you think it may disturb neighbours; or the owners could swap it for a Nespresso machine making it much easier for guests to swap the coffee to something they prefer. Note that there was no foil, cling film, olive oil, paper towels, tissues, herbs nor salt. Note that the controls for the apparently separate Miele halogen hob are not on the hob, they are on the Miele oven. Note that the washing machine is in the basement and I think a small (2Eu?) honesty payment is requested for each use. - We would seriously consider returning but probably to a different flat in the building to avoid the heat and noise issues.

This property was simply wonderful to stay in! It is in the perfect location, in a quiet neighborhood just two stops or a short walk away from the downtown. The apartment is well equipped for anything we needed and there was a shoeemarmer, bakery, and pharmacy just down the street (plus a small playground perfect for young children). Even though we were there in the summer, the apartment stayed cool and it was very spacious. We especially loved having the balcony with its beautiful view of the mountains to relax on in the evening. Unfortunately one of our children was quite sick when we were there, and everyone at the apartments were so helpful with extra supplies and making sure we knew where the pharmacy was, etc. I am hoping we will be back to Innsbruck in the future and we will absolutely stay here again!!

Fantastic place to stay. Exploring Innsbruck from here was an easy walk into the old town. Public transport was nearby but we found we could walk instead. Loved the unit and the courtyard was an added bonus. We travelled by car, so we were able to book an on-site car space through the owners. The bathroom was the best one we experienced during our two months of travel - the shower is fantastic! Everything was just fantastic! Highly recommend!

It was perfect.

A very clean apartment that was peaceful and cosy thanks to the lovely selection of wooden furniture as well as its location. It is located in a quaint and safe residential area, just a short 10 minute walk away from the city centre.
