Lovely quiet location. The owner was attentive and provided additional drying racks for our ski wear. Takes a bit of eff

Wonderful views across the valley to the far peaks. Whilst aspects of the property are a little dated, everything worked, the kitchen was well equipped and it was wonderful to have so much space. The whole property was just the right warmth to come into, after spending the day out in the cold.

There’s very little in way of facilities in the local area, so if you just want to pop out for milk etc, you have to get on the bus. That said, the ‘J’ bus goes down into the valley pretty much every 10-15mins and there’s a small supermarket a few stops down.

Great house and location

An excellent, roomy, well-equipped house in an great location, very close to the cable car and funicular stations. It's also at the end of the frequent J bus route which is very handy for going to the supermarket (10 mins) and getting into Innsbruck (15 mins) if you don't have a car.

Whilst we were staying there was unfortunately an active building site next door which I guess will be going on into 2026, and whilst in no way is the the fault of the property owner, it was noisy, especially early mornings.

A wonderful few days, a great base for relaxing, hiking/running and exploring Innsbruck.

Spacious and light. Great views over the city and all those wonderful trails right behind! Easy to get to town and back via the bus. The perfect base to explore Innsbruck but also relax and enjoy just hanging out in the apartment.

It was super spacious with all the amenities and comfort. Right at the foothills of Nordkette so just 2mins for a local bus station and the cable car station to the peak. Quite and scenic place.

Not exactly anyone’s fault - The apartment is on the first floor with no lift. So we had to leave our stroller at the entrance. However the place is very safe so all good in the end.

Fantastic apartment with gorgeous view over Innsbruck!

The apartment is very clean and was also easy to find. We loved that there were enough of the basics - plates, glasses, silverware, pans etc. Also that there was toilet paper, dish detergent, clothes detergent. Enough to get us started. The rooms are large, towels are large and we could do wash. The J bus comes so close to the apartment.

The pillow were horrible - very flat! We never could find the temperature gauge and the apartment ran really hot in January. We kept windows open all the time, which felt wasteful. No drying machine so the towels remained crunchy! It’s definitely stunning but if you don’t have a car, it can be challenging if you want to go anywhere other than Innsbruck.

Lovely Weekend break

Great location and lovely apartment. The rooms are spacious and well the apartment is very well equipped and finished to a good standard. Access to the Nordkette is super convenient and the local bus goes from outside. Also plenty of parking and a secure garden.

Perhaps a better sofa, but it didn't really impact our stay as there is plenty of other seating and room for everyone around the large table.

Bona opcció als peus de Seegrube.

L’allotjament està molt ben situat si vols anar a la muntanya però no al centre, ja que has d’agafar el cotxe (ja ho sabiem). El pis és espaiòs però una mica desordenat pel que fa al mobiliari ja que sembla que vulguin encabir més llits dels que pertoquen. A la planta de baix hi ha un altre pis i vam poder accedir-hi per rentar la roba.

Les cortines de la casa deixavem entrar la llum dels fanals a la nit i ens va costar dormir. Estem acosutmats a dormir a les fosques i per a nosaltres va ser un repte.
