Luxury details with a lack of accessories and poor cleanliness

Spacious apartment on the 2nd floor (attic), with high-end features: Villeroy & Boch bathroom fixtures, Whirlpool appliances (induction stove, electric oven, microwave), etc. It also has a private terrace on the same level with an incredible view. Excellent location — 500 m from the Hofgarten and 700 m from the Old Town via Rennweg. It must have been a luxury property when it was first opened.

Unfortunately, the current state shows signs of neglect and there is a noticeable lack of linens, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies (except for hand soap and toilet paper). During our summer stay, the absence of fans or air conditioning was quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep at night. Shania, Anela, and Milena responded promptly via the Booking chat. Unfortunately, the assistance was limited to virtual communication — we never saw anyone in person. The refrigerator wasn’t working — only the freezer was — which made storing food a challenge. The issue was reported, and although someone was sent to confirm the problem and we received an apologetic message, the issue remained unresolved during our 5-day stay. The apartment was handed over in mediocre cleaning condition, and combined with visible signs of wear and tear, the overall impression upon arrival was not very welcoming. It’s a decent last resort if you’re booking on short notice.

Very disappointing.

Nothing

The place was not properly cleaned when we arrived. When we move the sofa bed, there were so many dirt underneath. NO TOWELS for 5 people (we have booked for 5 guests). Lighting in the entire apartment is not sufficient. There were 2 bulbs that are not working.

Großzügige Räumlichkeiten. Prinzipiell die große KüchGroßes Bad

Wo soll man anfangen? Unter den Schlafsofas wurde seit Monaten nicht gesaugt geschweige gewischt. Da häuft sich der Staub und die Reste der Vorbewohner. Im Bad - Fenster undicht, Farbe fällt von der Wand. Kein Radio, kein Fernseher, Wlan funktioniert nicht. Licht ist eher Mangelware und alle Lichtschalter verteilt durch den ganzen Wohnbereich. Kaum Besteck in den Laden, große Gabeln 2Stk. für 6Personen?? Kühlschrank kühlt nicht. Geschirrspühler funktioniert zwar noch aber auch nur wenn man den Knopf fast bricht. Untermieter sehr unfreundlich, drohten uns und behaupteten das wir herumtrampeln. Alles in allem für 65€ die Nacht p.P. viel zu teuer, da wirds nächstes mal ein Hotel, da fallen alle negativen Punkte weg!

L'appartement est spacieux. Il est situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble calme. Il possède une grande terrasse.

Malgré l'interdiction de fumer dans le bâtiment, nous avons constamment senti une odeur de fumée qui finissait par rentrer dans l'appartement. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables. La vaisselle n'a pas été nettoyé. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. Mauvaise isolation sonore de l'appartement (on entendait la circulation).

La posizione, per il resto terribile l'appartamento, cadeva a pezzi, stoviglie sporche e poco rifornito (neanche una tv c'era)

Abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento per svolgere il Capodanno, 2 notti: mai più. Arrivati in appartamento, volevamo fare una doccia: acqua fredda. L'appartamento era composto da due divano letto e un letto matrimoniale alla francese, divano letto scomodissimi, quasi sfondi, le camere presentavano dei pezzi sul muro in cui l'intonaco era sgretolato, asciugamani uno a testa e piccolo da usare sia per viso che per corpo, il frigorifero aveva un odore sgradevole, volevamo fare da mangiare una sera e mangiare lì ma abbiamo dovuto rinunciare dato che le stoviglie erano sporche e presentavano un odore sgradevole. I cuscini dei divano letto piccolissimi e scomodi. La tv inesistente né in una camera né nell'altra. Il prezzo folle per un appartamento del genere e dalle fotografie di booking tutta un'altra cosa. Mai più
