Loved the property. The entry to the rooms inside are through external door numbered as 14. It took some time to understand how to access but it's okay. The amenities were pretty good enough for my stay. Location was good. Grocery store is nearby (5 mins walk).

Comfortable, Convenient, and Well-Equipped Apartment with Minor Drawbacks

We had a very pleasant stay. Upon arrival, we were given room number 5, which was quite spacious and featured several windows as well as a small balcony. One of the highlights for us was the convenient washing machine, which made our stay much easier. The apartment is in a fairly central location, about a 10–15 minute walk from the main attractions, which made getting around the city very convenient. We appreciated the peace and quiet—there was no unwanted noise from the neighbors, and the soundproofing seemed excellent. The beds were comfortable, and the sofa bed was also sufficiently cozy for the children. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this apartment, especially for its location, amenities, and comfort, keeping in mind the issue with the window coverings during bright or hot periods.

The only drawbacks were the heat (dmittedly, there was an unusual heatwave in Innsbruck during our visit) and the bright in the room. Indeed the windows could not be darkened in any way. If you find it difficult to sleep in a bright room, you may struggle to rest well after sunrise.

Comfortable and spacious apartment in a nice part of Innsbruck

Property clean and spacious. Apartment 5 has a small balcony with nice view. Kitchen has all necessary equipment and a very large fridge/freezer with ice tray and ice packs supplied. Bed and sofa were very comfortable. Shower was powerful and easy to control the temperature. Washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent were all provided. The dishwasher and washing machine both had ‘fast cycle’ options which was very convenient. Lots of power outlets for charging devices. Property manager communication was excellent on lead up to and during stay. Access instructions were sent on time and were clear. During the stay the door lock malfunctioned and the manager was available by phone immediately, arrived at the property within 30mins and had fixed the issue 5 minutes later. The neighbourhood was quiet and the bus J goes from 3 minutes walk from the property to either the centre of town or to the starting point for the Nordkette cable car. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and taxi rank within 3 minutes walk as well. The early online check-in meant I got my ‘guest card’ in time to use it to get free public transportation to the property from the station on the day of my arrival.

I was staying there during a heatwave and the apartment did get very hot at night, so I would recommend bringing a fan if you find it difficult to sleep in hot rooms. The neighbourhood is quiet enough to have the windows open at night which helped with this a little. The shower does not have an anti-slip mat so I would recommend bringing one or asking the property manager if one can be provided if that is something you need. There was no microwave or toaster, although the oven had a ‘grill’ setting that was easy to use. There was only one pillow provided which was ok for me but perhaps enquire with the host in advance if you know you need more pillows to sleep comfortably.

Bus stop is not far from the apartment. It is walkable towards the riverside. Walking back towards the apartment is a good exercise for legs :)

ottima posizione appartamento caldo e accogliente in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva in pieno centro di Innsbruck appartamento caldo e accogliente nel nostro caso non era prevista la colazione ma all'interno dell'appartamento vi è comunque tutto per poterci pranzare cenare e fare colazione. unica pecca il tavolo piccolo.

più che non piaciuto noi lo abbiamo trovato molto scomodo non vi è un parcheggio dedicato e si deve lasciare l'auto per strada. i parcheggi non sono facili da trovare bisogna girare un pò e comunque non abbiamo mai trovato d'avanti all'appartamento. da tenere monitorato sono le strisce blu il sabato e la domenica non si pagano ma per i restanti giorni si e i prezzi sono abbastanza alti.

Raucherapartment trotz Rauchverbot

Die Lage, die renovierte Dusche Dass in der mini Küche eine mobile Herdplatte und Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und miniGesirrspüler vorhanden waren

Dass das Apartment nach Rauch gestunken hat. Nicht gerochen, es ließ sich durch lüften nicht ändern, alle Möbel, insbesondere Bett und Schlafcouch hatten den Geruch intensiv aufgenommen und abgegeben Wenn lt Nutzungsbedingungen 200 Euro bei Rauchen im Apartment fällig werden, sollten diese auch für die Beseitigung der Rauchfolgen eingesetzt werden. Vorhänge, Matratzenschoner könnten gewaschen, für Polstermöbel Dampfreiniger oder zumindest febreze zum Einsatz kommen. So fühlt sich jeder Nichtraucher verschaukelt und die Raucher eingeladen, die Verbote zu ignorieren.

Eine schöne Wohnung, um ein paar entspannte Tage in Innsbruck zu verbringen.

Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch und funktional eingerichtet, die Küchenzeile gut bestückt und zum Kochen geeignet. Das Bad sah sehr hochwertig aus. Eine gute Wahl, wenn man nah an der City wohnen möchte.

Die Matratze war sehr dünn und fest, nicht für jeden Rücken geeignet.

Die Kommunikation war top. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigte. Es war ruhig.

Leider hat es etwas nach kaltem Rauch gerochen in unserer Unterkunft. Es waren leider nur zwei Kaffeekapseln da, obwohl wir zu dritt anreisten, das war etwas schade.

Het enige zou kunnen zijn dat het al een stukje op een berg ligt, dus zonder auto moet je flink omhoog lopen. Maar dit vonden wij geen probleem.

Für uns rundum perfekt.

Sie war extrem sauber, ruhig gelegen und hatte für uns die perfekte Grösse. Auch unsere selbstverschuldetes kleines Problem wurde sehr schnell behoben. Die Lage passte für uns, 10 min zu Fuss und man ist bereits bei der Altstadt.

Als übernachtungsmöglichkeit passabel, keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre!

Das Bett war bequem, ich habe gut geschlafen. Auch das Bad war gut. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend.

Zur Einnahme des Frühstücks steht nur ein Wandtisch zur Verfügung, man sitzt auf einer Art von Barhocker, dabei ist der Tisch viel zu hoch angebracht, man ist wie ein Kind ohne Kinderstuhl. Es gab außer dem Bett kein bequemes Sitzmöbel im Zimmer.

Tolle Base für Innsbruck-Kurztrip

Das Apartment ist sehr hell, sauber und sogar größer, als wir dachten - insgesamt wirklich total komfortabel, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir fanden die Lage super, weil man von der Haustür aus loswandern kann, gleichzeitig aber in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Julia war immer erreichbar, sehr nett und hat uns auch gute Tipps zum Wandern gegeben.

Es wäre toll, wenn Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Essig vorhanden wären - gerade für Kurztrips wie bei unserem ist das super viel wert :-) Ansonsten wäre es noch super, wenn man die Tür zum Schlafzimmer etwas geräuschloser schließen könnte - wir mussten sie leider offen stehen lassen und sehr leise sein, um meinen Sohn nicht zu wecken...

Schönes, sauberes, neuwertiges Apartment

Die Unterkunft ist neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Man findet alles was man benötigt, auch in der kleinen Küche. Mit der Gästekarte kann man die Öffis kostenlos nutzen, und so innerhalb von wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt gelangen, zu Fuß sind es ca. 10-12min, also auch super machbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr nett :)
