Location was great… just across the beautiful river to Old Town

Located just across the river to the Old Town. Check-in was easy… make sure you follow the instructions BEFORE you arrive… to get your door code!

Located next to a hostel… could be quite noisy with hostel guests chatting until midnight some nights. Narrow alley to get to the location… can’t walk to the street if cars or buses are coming through… quite dangerous but people seem to manage. Two single beds pushed together… it was just me so it would have been nice to have a queen bed ‘cuz you can’t sleep in the middle!

Blackhome Vintage is a very nice place to stay in beautiful Innsbruck. The place is very clean and it is a whole apartment. The location is literally perfect as it is just across the river from the Altstadt. Valentina provides excellent customer service as well

Great location, but overlay priced for the advertised amenities

Breakfast place just got opened less than a week ago. Out of three days of stay, it got opened on time only once. However, breakfast place had good choice of food and extremely friendly attitude.

Poor communications when issues arises. TV channels were not available on first night. we were told that someone forgot to program the IP-TV box. Most of the channels in English were not available. No cleaning service or towel service available for 3 consecutive days,

Great locatiion. Close to the old city and restaurants. Easy to check-in

I was surprised by the well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We called the phone number provided and had our questions answered very quickly and satisfactorily.

NICE LOCATION

Great customer service on the phone. Check-in and Check-out were very simple and time-saving.

Our experience staying here was very mixed. On the positive side, the customer service team we contacted by phone was extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay. They really tried their best to assist us, which we appreciated. However, the overall cleanliness and condition of the rooms left a lot to be desired. We checked into two rooms. In one of them, the bed hadn’t been properly cleaned – there was hair all over it, and no bedsheet, just a thin fitted sheet through which you could see stains on the mattress. We called customer service to report the issue, and they were very helpful and arranged a new room for us, which we’re grateful for. That said, the new room wasn’t much better in terms of general cleanliness. The wooden floors were sticky, and the towels provided had brown stains on them – so off-putting that we ended up buying our own towels from a nearby store. Even worse, the next day, we saw the cleaning staff placing fresh bed linen and towels directly on the floor near the stairwell, which was honestly unacceptable. The cleaning team really needs better hygiene training – or cleaning themselves. As for the second room, it was located in a dark corner with a single small window mostly blocked by the staircase. It felt very closed in – not ideal if you’re claustrophobic. Again, the customer service team was kind enough to help us change rooms the next day when availability allowed. In short, excellent customer service over the phone, but there are serious issues with cleanliness and room quality. There is a lot of potential here if the hygiene standards are raised.

Good budget studio apartment

Good customer service (they respond to calls v quickly) which is important as there is no staff onsite. Apartment was budget but good value for money

Just things to be aware of: - noone onsite so it is not possible to leave a bag (eg for a few hours after checkout) - you don't get the card that most hotels give (for public transport) - old building with wooden stairs so noisy when people walk around

Great location and mostly sound isolated. Comfortable bed.

Although I had pre-arranged a luggage drop off with the customer support team ( early arrival) due to a miscommunication I was informed on arrival that this was not possible. I would have appreciated an early warning, especially since a paid taxi dropped me off to my destination and i had to lug my bag to the nearest baggage deposit. I had booked for and paid extra for an early checkin ( 12pm) and the room i was assigned was not tidied up/prepared for a new guest - I had to contact customer care to enable this - took about an hour more. They agreed to refund the extra price for the early checkin. For stays of seven days, one weekly cleaning is included - I had to proactively remind them of this by contacting customer care. It can get hot inside the room at night - opening the windows was mostly ok - except for the nights the hostel next door had raucous revelers. Travelers who get a room with a kitchenette also want to cook - but there were no basics ( salt, oil) to cook with - I had to go get full sized groceries and throw them out at the end of my stay. I have stayed at blackhome for a night before and admit that it is suitable for very short stays only.

Fantastic stay.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the location was perfect. Staff were great and quick to answer any questions. We loved the Nespreso coffee in the room and the shower was awesome. We were on the ground floor so we didn't have stairs to take. We would absolutely stay here again. Don't fret if the directions for self check in are not clear at time of booking. In the end, it all worked Smoothly.

We loved the coffee and wish there was more! Yup, that's fairly picky but there ya go. The small cookies were fabulous and we wish there was a couple more. Yup, that's pretty much all we can suggest to improve on, so that's very picky. The directions on where to check in, were hard to figure out at the time we booked, many months ago. But in the end, they were super easy.

Good location, clean place, and comfortable beds. Rooms are equipped with mini kitchen with microwave, coffee/tea maker, fridge. Basically it has everything I needed.

I can hear clearly the sound of other people in the hallway, or when they open the door. Since our room was in the ground floor, we hear a few people every now and then, which makes it a bit hard for a light sleeper like me.

Non working Air Conditioner on Hot Summer Day :(

Is not a hotel and if you have any issue you can't contact anyone. There is a QR code in the room wall, maybe for contact info. or instructions, but the web page from the QR code is not working. Once you check out, there is no locker or someone to hold your luggage, in case of your plane/ train/ bus leaves later in the day. Nice big TV! But only for radio :( .I tried to see if I could fix it, but the TV settings were set in Russian or something. Our visit was during a hot day in Innsbruck ~32°C. Good that the room has air-conditioner. Wait, it works only as a fan and you can't change the settings :( . Wait maybe on the QR code on the wall there are instructions... I forgot the QR code doesn't work. Ok, a warm night it is... Ohhh... well, at least the bed is comfortable. Ohh no, the bedsheets are itchi... :[ That was my frustrating experience.

Passable

The apartment is in a good location in Innsbruck. The old town and transport connections are only a couple of minutes away from the property. The apartment itself had docent cooking facilities and was nicely decorated. I picked up the key card from a machine, which I found easy to use.

The air conditioning didn't work well, which meant that the apartment was uncomfortably hot. I contacted the owners through the chat function in their website but I never received a response. The safe wasn't open when I arrived and there weren't any instructions on how to reset it. The level of cleanliness in the apartment wasn't great. I found several hairs around the apartment including in the fridge. Parts of the door frames in the bathroom were warped from water. The Wi-Fi connection wasn't wasn't secure.

The central location, the comfortable bed and the personel at the breakfast location. Breakfast also was good.

Check-in has difficult. Especialy after a 8 hours trip to get there... The key wasn't working and nobody answered my message. After two long tries, somebody answered my phonecall and told me a code that I used to enter inside. We received the room 221 that has no window to open and we had to stay with the door opened in order to breath some fresh air. For me personaly, it is nightmare.
