I would stay again.

Modern and spacious. Beds were very large and comfortable. Free undercover parking with charging point. Simple check-in & checkout process. All cleaning materials provided. Lovely views. We stayed in the Winter so unable to experience the garden, pool, or roof terrace. Heating took a few hours to kick in but apartment was warm afterwards. Good Wi-Fi. Bus connection was very regular and took 10 minutes to the centre. Price was very good compared to other options nearby.

A lack of electric sockets. Only one in the entire Kitchen, so had to constantly unplug the appliances which was a bit annoying. Also, only one in the lounge area. However, one bedroom had 6 I think. Strange. On our second morning there was literally zero hot water for showering or in the Kitchen. Luckily, we were heading directly home anyway. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom which for a modern build was unusual, so the window needed to be opened after showering (even though it was snowing outside). Some food had been left in the refrigerator which i suspect had been left by mistake as it was open and therefore not really usable by anyone else.

Lovely stay in Innsbruck

It is a very nice penthouse apartment, with your own private swimming pool and nice hot tub and rooftop terrace. Gabriela was very friendly and helpful. We mostly communicated with what's app, English was not an issue and she is very respectful for our privacy. Kitchen is fully equipped, enough storage place, beds are good (not too soft), wifi is good, triple glasses made it super quiet inside. We were bit worry about the warm weather since there is no airco, but you can simply put the shutters down, you can easily kept the apartment cool. We enjoyed pool, enjoy the view, and enjoyed apartment for 10 days. Parking is inside the garage. Check-in and out, communication was very good.It's a great holiday house. For long stay, they also have a laundry room with wash machine and dryer. You can contact the host to make use of it.

If i have to say something, then it would be perfect if the shower and bath can be separated. It does easily get the bathroom wet. But it does not bother us that much. There is indeed no lift, but staircases are rather easy to walk up and down.

Pleasant

Location is on useful bus routes but otherwise need a car as can't walk to a shop. Staff helpful and found me an armchair as there was no comfortable chair in the living room. I was expecting a washing machine. All communication was in German, I needed to ask every email to be translated. No extra bedding in case of being cold but the apartment was warm.

Privat parking in closed off garage. Swimming pool. And the appartement is well equipped. Also nice view on the mountains.

No lift😁. No problem for me but could be an issue if you have difficulties with walking. You have to go upstairs to reach the appartement.

Appartamento molto confortevole, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort (tapparelle elettriche, vasca idromassaggio, qualsiasi utensile per cucina, box auto) tranne…l’ascensore. Peccato, con tutti i bagagli avrebbe fatto davvero comodo. Si trova a 10 minuti di auto dal centro.

Ausstattung und Lage für meinen Zweck

Übergabe und die Abzock-Methoden die man vor Ort praktiziert. Ich musste wesentlich mehr zahlen weil ich meine Kinder dabei hatte obwohl ich bei Booking für 4 Personen gesucht hatte. Bei der Bestätigung steht dann dabei dass der günstige Preis nur für 2 Erwachsene Personen gültig ist. Die können dann verlangen was sie möchten und von günstig sind wir dann weit weg. Also Vorsicht beim Buchen und euch vorab alles schriftlich geben lassen. Eine Kaution von € 300,00 müßt ihr auch gleich zahlen. Ich lauf schon knapp eine Woche der Kaution nach. Statt nach dem Suchergebnis € 132,88 wird mir jetzt € 193,88 verrechnet. Müll dürft ihr aber auch selbst raustragen, sonst kommt sicher gleich nochmals ein Betrag in Abzug. (Vermute ich) Personal war bei Konfrontation gleich sehr unhöflich.

Schöne Abkühlung an heißen Tagen und ein sehr schöner Ausblick

Der Pool und der Blick von der Dachterrasse aus sind sehr schön. Die Betten sind sehr gut und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll modern.

Leider hat die Schlüsselübergabe nicht wie vorher vereinbart geklappt, so dass wir nicht bei Ankunft zwischen 15:00 und 16:00 in die Wohnung konnten sondern uns noch etwas Zeit vertreiben mussten - was nach einer langen Autofahrt mit Freude auf Entspannung in Wohnung und Pool nicht schön ist. In der Küche gibt es sehr wenig Steckdosen.

Excellent séjour à Innsbruck !

Appartement moderne et neuf, très bien équipé, lave linge dans l’appartement, accès au toit terrasse et une petite piscine. Emplacement à l’extérieur mais arrêt de bus au pied immeuble, bus fréquent et rapidement au centre. Infos touristique, Flyers à disposition. Une borne de recharge tesla dans le parking mise à disposition. 😍

Pas de magasins autour. Un restaurant proche mais pas testé. Pas beaucoup d’info sur utilisation et entretien de la piscine. Attention pas d’ascenseur.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Sie ist wirklich chic ausgestattet, allerdings kann man sich abends als Gruppe nur an den Tisch setzen, eine Sitzecke gibt es nicht. Es steht ein Sofa an der Wand, aber da können ja nur zwei drauf sitzen.. grundsätzlich ist es aber wirklich edel und schön ausgestattet. Im kleineren Schlafzimmer sind die Steckdosen und günstig verteilt, Handy aufladen ist schwierig. Entweder die eine Nachttischlampe aus und stattdessen Handy dran oder Handy neben der Tür auf den Boden legen und riskieren, dass irgendjemand drauf tritt

Der Whirlpool ist natürlich ein Highlight, Küche ist auch wirklich gut. Natürlich sind die Töpfe jetzt keine super Qualität, aber es reicht völlig aus. Wäre Sommer gewesen, hätten wir uns auch sehr über die Terrassen gefreut, aber im tiefsten Winter war es natürlich zu kalt. Alles in allem eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung, Anbindung mit dem Bus keine 100 m entfernt
