Great appartement for a great price.

Wonderful little town with good access to Innsbruck. The apartment is clean, tidy, comfy, and practically organised with all the necessary facilities. (It even had a washing machine with the washing powder provided!) The person received us kindly, showed us the appartement and gave us the necessary information. Price/quality is perfect! I highly recommend.

Great for weekend stay in Innsbruck

We had a nice stay at the property! The Suite Comfort was spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen was larger than most I’ve seen in such apartments. There was also a washing machine and AC unit. They have two parking spaces just outside which was very convenient. Great value for money considering how expensive the hotels in the area were.

Would have been nice if they gave us two house keys, as it required some planning to split up for activities. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates/cups/glasses, but cookware was lacking. WiFi didn’t work well. Side note, not the property’s fault: there is a church right next door which rings its bell every hour, even throughout the night.

Excellent location, tram station was nearby. Well equipped kitchen, Well furnished rooms, comfortable beds Excellent view from the balcony.

An additional toilet would have been nice. Alternatively, the shower and WC could be separate. Since six persons can stay there can be a long wait to use the toilet.

Very friendly and helpful host in a lovely, comfortable apartment

The apartment is very nice and has a very beautiful view. The apartment is very comfortable and fully stocked. Having 2 bedrooms for a family of 4 was wonderful.

I didn't realize that apartment was a 30 minute tram ride from Innsbruck. It was a very nice and quaint town, but nothing is open on Sundays. I felt like the communication could have been better. Also, there is a clock tower that rings at least every hour all night long which made it hard to sleep.

The host Nicolas is extremely helpful and patient. Apartment is cozy and well-equipped, and 5 min drive from Muttereralm. Well connected with the tram (we received complementary tickets for staying at Innsbruck) and grocery store nearby. Enjoyable stay at Innsbruck.

The location for skiing and sightseeing, the views of the city and the mountains and the comfort of the flat. Nicole and Natalia were very welcoming throughout our stay and gave us very good recommendations.

Excellent cost apartment with helpful hosts in the mesmerizing village of Mutters

Mutters, what an amazing place to stay. the location above Innsbruck and the free public transport was a great combination. The apartment is excellent and has everything you need, stove, oven, washing machine, ironing board. It’s close by to a bakery and a grocery store, has a good private parking spot and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

The floor in the bedroom is a bit wiggly and noisy. Not a big issue at all, but feels like it could be remade at some point. There is also a window close to the ceiling between the bathroom and the bedroom which makes the bedroom very light when someone is in the bathroom. I would recommend adding a curtain to it.

Unbeatable proposal

Unbeatable proposal of a charming apartment in a quiet village near Innsbruck. It is not far away, you can reach the city center by train. It is very near the Stubaital valley also. The apartment is big enough for a family. It has all the necessary services to enjoy your stay, even including a Netflix subscription. Our host was always reachable to organise the check in and check out. Our welcome was very friendly, our kind host prepared for us the Welcome card which allow public transportation and some discounts and gave us very valuable recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. We had an issue forgetting our keys, and quickly shipped them by express service without hesitation, Very high quality/price ratio. We felt like home.

Gute Lage, Innsbruck ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, aber auch Wander- und Skimöglichkeiten Axamer Lizum, Stubaital. Einrichtung gut, sauber und zweckmäßig. Superaussicht auf Innsbruck. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Perfekter Aufenthalt nähe Innsbruck

Sehr sauberes Apartment mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, egal, ob Spülmittel mit Schwamm oder Handtücher und Föhn. Das Apartment ist besser ausgestattet als ich dachte. 2 TVs. Küche komplett ausgestattet, Bad mit großer Duschkabine, 9kg Waschmaschine und Föhn. Staubsauger, Wischstange ect. alles vorhanden. Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Rollläden. Hofladen (sehr zu empfehlen, Bio Produkte) und Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Vermieter ist auch sehr Freundlich und hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Parkplatz vorhanden, Babybett auf Anfrage.

Die Duschkabine ist etwas undicht und flutet mit der Zeit das Bad. Aber das ist nörgeln auf hohen Niveau.

Mutters var en väldigt trevlig by att bo mitt i! Charmigt och vackert på landet och nära Innsbruck. Kort promenad till spårvägen och bara lite längre till affären. Bra lägenhet att bo i, tvättmaskin och diskmaskin fungerade bra. Modern ugn och spis. Lätt att nå ägarna, enkel kommunikation, de var trevliga Fantastiskt att vårt ”welcome card plus” som vi fick från boendet gällde på kollektivtrafik, på flera kabinbanor och på den jättefina kommunala poolen med bad med utsikt mot bergen!

Att wifi bara fungerade ibland. Att den balkong med utsikt som syns på bilderna på Booking inte alls fanns till vår lägenhet : den informationen behöver förtydligas i annonsen, att bara vissa lägenheter har balkong med utsikt! Kylen och frysen hade en mycket otrevlig lukt (men såg städade ut, svårt att veta varifrån lukten kom). Skärbräda i plast behöver bytas ut, ofräsch.(ägare informerad och skulle fixa ny men skedde inte under vår vistelse) Alldeles för lite kaffe går att göra med liten mochabryggare. Räcker till en enda kopp. Spårvagnen går inte längre hela vägen till Hbf så man behöver krångla med buss också om man kommer med tåg .

Perfektes Appartment in der Nähe von Innsbruck

Sehr gute Lage in Mutters. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur Bäckerei und zur Stubaitalbahn (STB), mit der man direkt nach Innsbruck fahren kann. Wir haben in der größeren Suite im obersten Geschoss gewohnt. Von dort hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick über Innsbruck und die umliegenden Berge. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Apartamento espaçoso, limpo, cama confortável, cozinha completa, chuveiro bom. Check in e out fáceis. Anfitriões solícitos. Estacionamento em frente. Bombons de boas vindas. Venda de ovos e laticínios bem ao lado, supermercado a 500 metros de distância. Próximo a uma bela igreja, com linda vista das montanhas.

O box do chuveiro não veda completamente, o que gera poças de água no banheiro.

Nicola, una persona gentilissima, accorto ad ogni esigenza. Appartamento ok, tutto come in descrizione. Posizione a pochissimi minuti di auto dal centro di Innsbruck. C'è anche la fermata del tram che porta al centro, a pochi passi. Supermercato, benzinaio, ristoranti, tutti a un tiro di schioppo. Consiglio!
