A good budget apartment in a lovely area out of Innsbruck.

The location is lovely and quiet. It’s up high above Innsbruck so has beautiful views and we wanted to live in the houses there ;). The communication from Denis was clear and really helpful. The bed was very comfy. It was great value for money ie you get what you paid for.

Just a few things I’d improve - the shower head holder was broken so you had to hold it throughout. The apartment was a bit cold and after a day of minus temperatures it would have been more comfortable warmer. The towels were quite hard and had a funny smell.

The apartment we stayed in had a separate toilet and bathroom, which I think is really nice. The kitchen was adequately equipped, and the host is very communicative. It’s good for a short stay—we were there for three days and everything worked fine

We thank Denis, the studio owner, for the warm welcome. Denis was a true gentleman, helping a lady with her luggage and giving us extra time on the day of departure to pack for our trip. We are very grateful for this. The studio itself is located in a fairly quiet area, and the apartment has everything for independent living for two people seeking privacy. We also really enjoyed the town and surrounding area. We were completely satisfied. We recommend it to anyone interested in staying.

A night lamp by the bed was a bit missing.

Direct transportation to the heart of the city. Lots of parking space. Clear directions right before the day.

The window on the door is hard to close back up which wasn’t ideal for a basement studio. The shower caulking also had black mold which can be very toxic especially in long exposure. Somehow the hot water ran out one of the nights but luckily the 2nd person just finished showering.

Very satisfied

The building is located in a beautiful residential area about 10 minutes drive from Innsbruck. The studio is in the attic and it has a balcony. It is bright and clean, with modern furniture and a kitchen equipped with all the necessities. It includes also a washing machine. There is parking at the entrance and to the side of the building. Check in was done via messages and it was easy.

The floor on the balcony was dirty.

Relaxing, cosy apartment perfect for travellers looking to explore the alps.

Great cosy studio apartment with all the basics, the host was so wonderful and helpful with helping us get directions to the property. It is the perfect spot for people looking to go hiking/outdoors in Innsbruck and to get away from the hustle and bustle. For those who are more interested in shopping and eating out etc, it takes about a 15-20 bus ride that goes directly from the street of the property to get into the main town, so keep that in mind!

Only wish there was a microwave! Otherwise this property was perfect :)

OK but needs improving

It is good that free parking is provided. The beds are comfortable. Dennis was friendly and responded quickly to concerns we raised, i.e. replacing towels, soap and filling up toilet paper. We discussed the Wifi issue but he was not able to resolve this.

1) The photos on the website are misleading. The description refers to one apartment but there are 4 apartments so the photos we saw were not all representative of the apartment we got. We chose partly on the basis of the photos but this was a mistake. 2) There are skylights which cannot be opened. The sun streams in and the apartment heats up like a glass house. The possibilities of cooling or airing are very limited and the fan only serves to swirl the hot air. The fan is also very loud and keeps you awake. So, you have the choice of a hot night or a loud windy night. 3) The Wifi connection was patchy and often non-existent. 4) There are no curtains on the skylights so that it is very light early in the morning and difficult to sleep longer. 5) The lighting provided is inadequate and it is quite dim in the evening. Also the lights give off a lot of heat so it is counter productive to turn them on when the room is already too hot. 6) The rooms are cramped and the facilities are dated.

a quite pleasant stay over for 2 nights.

the apartment seems very suitable for solo traveler as there is a mini-kichent with necessary cooking stuffs that allows me to make some simple supper and breakfast. with the coffee machine and hot water kettle I can prepare my morning tea, fry egg and other stuff, which seems much better than staying over at a hotel. It is just 15 min drive from the old town and a few min drive to superstore SPAR, the location is very quite at night.

it is suggested to put street number of the property in booking.com clearly as I spent more that a half hour, wandering around the street to find out the exact laction. Please also advise the guest why he should be at the property at 4:00pm the reason why it is like that. Prepare some information in written paper, such as where is the grocery store to buy fruits, vege and milk, some touring ABC at Innsbrunk, which is commond for the host of any airbnb or hostels in North America.

Great apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains.At first we were confused by the airport nearby, but there were no planes flying at night and everything was ok. The apartment has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay - kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and excellent internet. The owner is very friendly, advised us a beautiful place for a walk.

It would be nice to add a dresser or nightstands for clothes.

The host was very nice, friendly and reasonable. The apartment was walking distance to bus stops to Innsbruck. The room was warm and welcoming. The kitchen and the bathroom were fully equipped. The place was quiet during night time.

There weren't window shutters, comfortable bed pillows in memory foam (for people with neck problems) and hairdryer (the host gave it to us the next day). The host told us he would fix everything (bear in mind he started the business not long ago). During day time you could hear planes flying by

Then we booked the place, we couldn't contact the owver. Then we arrive he didin't ansver the phone and didin't react to the booking messiges. He even didin't call back, so we have to contact booking service. Big thanks for them, because they solve this unpleasant situation. In this apartaments there is no food eating tools, just food preparing tools.

Very affordable, 5mins away from bus station and host is very friendly

As this is a new listing plus it is very affordable, we were hesitant at first. But we were very glad to book our stay here! The location is 5mins away from the bus station to the city. everything is literally new and very very clean. The host is super kind and responsive to any questions we had, they even gave us complimentary chocolates and fruits. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

La struttura è in una posizione ottimale per visitare Innsbruck. È molto calda e accogliente. Ottima anche la cucina dotata di ogni comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il parcheggio coperto. Letto comodo e asciugamani puliti e profumati.

Difficoltà a trovare la struttura, Una foto esterna ci avrebbe aiutato sicuramente a riconoscerla immediatamente. Poco apprezzata la vasca, una doccia sarebbe stata molto più comoda, inoltre bisogna stare attenti perché l’acqua calda finisce dopo poco e si rischia di farsi la doccia fredda se non si fa abbastanza veloci.
