Super nice apartment with an amazing view and awesome customer service!!

Perfect apartment with an amazing view of Innsbruck. Michael was super friendly and helpful throughout the trip. The apartment comes with a transportation card and it's an easy bus ride to get to the heart of old town Innsbruck. We used the apartment as a base and skied many resorts in the area...most are within an hour of the apartment. Defintiely recommend this apartment and we'll be back!

Beautiful apartment in beautiful location.

Well, where do I start. Michael & Martina were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Michael helped us with ideas of things to do, booked a taxi for us for early one morning (we had no car) and lent us a usb charger (as we had forgotten an adapter!) The apartment was well equipped. The two ring hotplate was sufficient to make cooked breakfast and a pasta meal. The washing machine, especially, was most useful. I have not yet mentioned the beautiful location, with beautiful walks in close proximity, and views. Last but not least the excellent Welcome Card, of which we made good use of for, the excellent, public transport and cable car entries.

The pillows were 'lumpy' and not the most comfortable. Behind the TV and bed was dusty (being picky). A squeegee would be useful in the shower.

We enjoyed the apartment, especially our host was very kind and friendly providing many suggestions.

Everything was fine. Just a minor improvement could have been to have two additional armchairs (although I recognize that the apartment is not very big) for better reading and comfort.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay

Very well equipped. spacious apartment with a Fantastic view of the mountains. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a decent meal & the owners generously provided extras such as coffee & beers,wine. The shower was first class & just the ticket after a day out exploring the local area. The host also generously provided free travel ticket for the busses & cable car.

AMAZING experience and fantastic stay

Right in the middle of the mountains so amazing views! Comfortable bed and decent kitchen facilities, easy to cook dinners if you didn't want to travel.

This apartment didn't have anything that we didn't dislike, there was a garden for snow ball fights, a nice hot shower and a piece of paper of things to do in bad weather.
