Location! Beautiful views and central to local shops and bus routes into Innsbruck and Mutters. Host met us on arrival with a warm welcome :)

Wir waren nur 3 Nächte da und haben unseren Sohn besucht. für uns war der Aufenthalt okay.

Sehr geräumig und uriges Ambiente in einem sehr alten Haus . Die Möbel haben mir sehr gut gefallen.

Leider wurden wir nicht erwartet, trotz Zeitangabe. Die Vermieterin war aber immer telefonisch erreichbar und ein Mann des Hauses, der sich uns nicht vorgestellt hat, bat uns ins Haus. Dann kam eine Frau aus dem Stall ,auch sie hat sich uns nicht vorgestellt .sprach nur davon, dass ihre Tochter sich um die Wohnung kümmert. Leider hat das Haus furchtbar nach Pferd gerochen. Kann man mögen . wir nicht so. Die Küche ist teilweise gut ausgestattet aber es fehlt an Geschirr und gehört auch mal bissel aufgefrischt. Für einen Kurztrip war die Wohnung okay aber längere Zeit würde ich sie nicht buchen wollen.

Fijn appartement

Locatie is top, het is 10 minuten lopen naar de Nockspitzbahn (Gondel) of 2 minuten met de bus welke vertrekt op 30 m. Er is een leuk tentje onderaan de gondel, gezellig. De woning is heel ruim en alles is er aanwezig. In de keuken zit alles zelfs een airfryer alleen de vaatwasser ontbreekt. Slaapkamers zijn ruim met een schitterend uitzicht op de dalafvaart van Götzens. De bedden zijn aan de stevige kant, daar moet je van houden . Er is een skilocker in de kelder, deze is prima verwarmd en groot zat. Supermarkt, Tabak en drogist op 5 minuten lopen. Parkeren kan gewoon recht voor de deur en das lekker makkelijk met in en uitladen. Prijs kwaliteit is dit echt een topper! Aardige eigenares zij reageert heel snel op vragen! Alles goed geregeld

Wir waren ein paar Nächte auf der Durchreise.

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war großzügig und komfortabel ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und einladend. Vom Balkon aus konnte man die Aussicht genießen und die Lage war für Unternehmungen in der Gegend von Innsbruck perfekt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Der Verkehr in der gesamten Gegend war anstrengend. Dafür können die Vermieter nichts. Nachts war es allerdings ruhig und abseits der Hauptwege auch.

Eine urige Unterkunft nahe Innsbruck

Gute Lage (unweit von mehreren Skipisten, fußnah zur Bushaltestelle und zum Supermarkt Spar), schöner Ausblick auf die Berge, Gästekarte bei der Ankunft, kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus, nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Fenster gehen auf eine ziemlich belebte Straße hinaus, manchmal kann es etwas laut sein.
