Breakfast had great selection!

We ran out of hot water in the morning when showering. Reception stated it was probably because the adjacent unit was occupied. Should not happen given normal conditions, as they were.

Wow, amazing apartment. We were there for skiing, couldn't have been better. Immaculate, comfortable, warm, generous size, so convenient. Would also be great for summer walking. Convenient little town a few minutes away on a frequent bus. We also went in to innsbruck for a dinner.

I planned my vacation with @bookingcom and made a series of reservations at multiple places. One of them was embarrassingly inconvenient. After a lot of calls, chat + emails they agreed that as a big inconvenience. And you know what they? offered me a compensation of 17 Euro! All my vacation, my time taken to explain, the follow up efforts + frustration all added to a deal of 17 Euros? And that too for a returning customer? I hate booking.com

Reception was excellent. Very warm and friendly and provides lots of useful information. Coffee and cake was offered upon checkin.

Location was great and the surroundings very calm and scenic. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Comfy beds.

We were not told that the keys need to be collected from the hotel reception which was like 100 meters from the property. Wi-Fi was also very weak.

The apartment is very nice and very close to Innsbruck. Had excellent breakfast at the hotel. Bed is very comfortable. We would most probably stay here again.

Nice apartment near Innsbruck

Clear and easy communication with host. We were clearly told how to get keys for the apartment. The apartment is managed by Römerhof hotel, and we were provided with Coffee, drinks, and some snacks. Nice gesture. The apartment was spacious and clean. Dedicated parking space nearby. We had a great stay.

Perfect for a getaway

Comfy and fully equipped apartment. Right in front of the bus stop, running every 10 minutes and with a trip of 20 to Innsbruck city center. We could use the hotels sauna, which was really nice of them. Super comfortable bed and big living room.

The water from the shower took around 5 minutes to get warm. First time was a bit worrying since we didn't know if it was broken or not. But after that we just knew we had to leave the water running for a while.

Breakfast was really good, the host was very nice, the location is good, you have horses around the place. you get a free bus ticket to the city.

the shower is not so good. you don't have a private parking place but you have free parking at the area.

Over all Service was perfect. We used the occasion to have a workshop at the hotel. The staff was very nice to have everything setup for us.

On site Parking at the apartment is not possible. The near by parking space (30m) was full - which means you have to park at the Hotel it self (100m). Which is okay if you onload at the apartment and then park your car.

Del apartamento en si no puedo opinar ya que hubo un problema con las llaves y no pudimos acceder. Pero si puedo opinar sobre la solución del problema, ya que a nuestra llegada nos alojaron en el hotel Römerhof, en un amplio apartamento del hotel, obsequiándonos con el desayuno del mismo. Solo tenemos buenas palabras sobre el hotel, su personal y la solución del problema que hubo.

Die Lage fussläufig zum Patscherkofel war super, auch Innsbruck mit dem Bus super erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und eng, mit feuchtem Geruch. Für 4 Personen eigentlich zu eng und die Ausstattung sowie die billige und nicht sehr gepflegte Einrichtung rechtfertig den Übernachtungspreis nicht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Haus, die Terrassenfliesen außen sind brüchig und man Pech hat, stolpert man schnell. Wir waren enttäuscht.

Innen die Wände neu renoviert, Auf den ersten Blick modern eingerichtet.

Betten für uns deutlich zu durchgelegen, Rückenschmerzen nach 2d. Quartier für 2 bis max 3 Personen gut geeignet, nicht für 4 Personen! Das Auszugssofa blockiert den gesamten Wohnraum, keine sinnvolle Nutzung des Tischs mehr möglich, ebenfalls kein Terrassenaustritt mehr möglich. Küchenutensilien eher bescheiden: wenig Besteck / Teller / Tassen, kein Geschirrtuch, Wischlappen usw.. Terrassenplatz für max. 3 Gäste. Jalousien an Fenstern z.T. schon lose.

Ottima posizione circondato da boschi apprezzati dai miei due cocker e vista montagna, 15/20 minuti in auto dal centro di Innsbruck

Per soggiorni brevi avrei gradito la presenza di qualche tisana/cialde caffe’ vista la presenza della macchina, essendo un appartamento pet friendly non avrei fatto pagare il supplemento di ben 24 euro per una notte
