Live like a local!

A 20 minute bus ride from Innsbruck, the Singer is a delightful way to experience the small and beautiful village of Götzens. The first floor of the house is like stepping back in time. Previous reviews cover what the space does and does not offer to help you decide if it is the place for you. For us, it was a fantastic way to experience Austria. The views are of indescribable beauty and the host was so kind. We’ll definitely be back in the winter to take advantage of the many nearby ski runs. And, if you’re looking for a place to eat in Innsbruck, try Das Brett restaurant. The food is delicious and well priced and has a ton of games to play.

Great location, landlord is very friendly and welcoming. The kitchen is bit old but it’s well equipped and very sufficient. Rooms are very big and comfy.

Mattress is not good, you can feel the wires are poking around. We didn’t have a good sleep. Wifi is very very slow.

Warm, comfortable apartment in a quiet and convenient location.

The apartment was warm and comfortable with a bit of outside space. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. There was a good range of kitchen equipment and constant hot water, so we could freshen up after a day on the slopes. The bus stop was nearby with frequent buses into Innsbruck and to the ski slopes. Good ski storage facilities.

The apartment was a little dated, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Not many English channels on the TV, although that wasn't a major issue.

Location and the views are amazing, the propery had everything we needed. The connections to innsbruck center is very convenient and there are shops close by.

The towels in the bathroom should be replaced, as it is not in a good condition anymore.

Pleasant

The location is very nice. Just 15 mins away from Innsbruck city center and 5 mins away from hiking trails.

The room is located on the ground floor and there is an unpleasant issue with the bathroom. The window in the bathroom is located right next to the bath and it is not covered by anything to prevent anyone from outside to look inside. This gives the feeling of insecurity. Internet works only in the kitchen and the speed is rather slow. If you want to work, have skype calls or watch videos from time to time, this condition is suboptimal.

Ansprechend, stark revovierungsbedürftig, Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht

Freundlichkeit des Senioren-Vermieter-Ehepaares. Große und ruhige Wohnung. Reiningungsmittel, Toilettenpapier etc. ausreichend vorhanden. Fernseher-Reciver defekt - wurde innerhalb von 24h repariert. ABER!!!!!

Einrichtung ist, wie auf den Fotos sichtbar, traditionell, allerdings stark "verlebt", abgenutzt und nicht alles sauber. Wie schon 2023 von Urlaubern erwähnt, weiterhin folgende Mängel: Herd- Kühlscharnk uralt und teilweise defekt, Sammelsurium an Omas Hand- und Geschirrtüchern - entweder trocknen diese nicht oder hatten eigentümlichen Geruch, Kalt- Wasserhahn in der Küche funktioniert kaum. Licht über der Küchenzeile zu dunkel. Tochter der Vermieter leider sehr unfreundlich. Wie die teilweise sehr guten Bewertungen zustande kommen, können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

De vriendelijke ontvangst.

Tegenvallen zou ik het niet noemen. Het was schoon maar beetje verouderd , sommige spullen waren aan vervanging toe. Zoals ijskast en oven. Een aanbeveling zou zijn: n paar kruiden in de keuken en een verbandtrommel. Als je met het OV komt heb je dit niet bij je en omdat je al veel bagage hebt.
